Hotel berhampiran Muzium Kubu, Salzburg

We stayed here for 3nights, this is unexpectedly excellent experience staying here. Very friendly staffs, very nice breakfast. Hotel is near to Mirabell garden and we can take the bus/tram directly to Hbf, St Gilgen and Bad Ischl using the free guest mobility ticket. Service is excellent. Strongly recommend everyone to stay here if yoy visit Salzburg or Hallstatt.

We absolutely loved Salzburg, and this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious for the three of us, with plenty of space to relax. After a long day of sightseeing, we often spent our evenings lounging on the sofa and watching Netflix together. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main train station as well as the main bus and tram station. It was incredibly convenient, especially when catching early morning trains, and the flat roads made it easy to travel with luggage. The Salzburg Guest Card was also a fantastic bonus. It helped us save a lot on transportation, allowing us to hop on and off buses and trams whenever we felt like exploring different parts of the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg.

Berjalan keluar dari stesen kereta api Salzburg dan berjalan kira-kira 200 meter ke kiri untuk sampai ke hotel. Lokasi sangat baik 👍Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik, disyorkan. Dan kawasan sekitar stesen kereta api itu sangat bersih, teratur dan kemas seperti kawasan kehidupan seharian.

Hotel was just close to the Salzburg Hbf main train station where easily to access around, opposite the hotel also have Billa supermarket so can easily hunt some food and need at there. Upon check-in you may request the Salzburg city transport pass for free based on the day you stayed in this hotel… Room setup was great, aircon and WiFi works well, bed was comfy, with small fridge but no kettle. The only downside was the shower area was just a pcs of fix glass so when bath the water may easily splash out the makeup area. Overall is a good stay for me. Thank you Arte Hotel Salzburg.

Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna. Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas. Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

It was a great stay, clean hotel, good breakfast and the location is not far from the places of interest in the city.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center and the main train station, with limited transportation options nearby. That said, the hotel provides free public transportation tickets, which helps offset the inconvenience.

I love this hotel a lot. it’s a small family owned one but very neat and tidy, breakfast tastes so good and the staff are all very nice. it’s around just 5 minutes walk to central train station which makes it so much easier for us after long whole day trips. It definitely worth staying!

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then? I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb. Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

Very nice hotel with large comfortable room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Staff were super helpful when I accidentally left my laptop in my room when checking out. Also, much appreciated the gluten free bread for breakfast that was delicious and very safe (came in its own vacuum bag and I was given a pair of scissors so I could open the bag myself) — highly recommend for travellers with celiac.
