Hotel berhampiran Istana Mirabell, Salzburg

The room is a bit packed as the bed is super big. Having said that, the room is nicely designed and decorated. Free mini-bar with daily refill is rarely found in hotels in Europe. The buffet breakfast is absolutely the highlight. The omelette is crispy outside and molten inside, preserving the freshness and original flavours of all ingredients. Must try! All hotel staffs are polite and helpful. In terms of location, whether or not it is convenience, it depends. It is in the middle of Salzburg central station and the old town, going to either location is about 12 minutes walk. Salzburg down town is not big anyway. Everything is in walking distance.

Pleasant little stay about a 10 minute walk from the main station. Rooms were a good size, clean and beds very comfortable. I was also given a free bus pass to use around the city for the period of my stay. Amenities in the room lean towards the basic side, but adequate. Note the check in time was quite late, at 4pm, and check out at 11am, which isn't great for travellers.

Radisson Blue is a modern large hotel with a convenient location one block from the main Hauptbahnhof train station, with regular busses and trains into the Altstadt and around the region. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and numerous large conference and meeting facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Erste Nacht nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, mussten in den 1. Stock zum duschen. Auf unserem Weg zum Zimmer standen jeden Tag etliche Koffer von anderen Gästen , man hatte das Gefühl in der Abstellkammer ein Zimmer gebucht zu haben. Alle Kosten wurden auf der Website nicht vollständig aufgezeigt, bei der Ankunft kamen noch 22€ Ortstaxe, unglaublich teuer, und 35€ Parkplatz hinzu.

Poor self-check in arrangement. I have arrived after 3 pm, but the check-in information from the email was changed without notification. Finally, I have solved the problem by the help of other guest but not the staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center and the main train station, with limited transportation options nearby. That said, the hotel provides free public transportation tickets, which helps offset the inconvenience.

We had a good stay at Holiday Inn Salzburg City. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s close to the city center, and many attractions can be reached on foot, which made exploring Salzburg very convenient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, one small issue was that the electric kettle in our room wasn’t working. We tried to contact the front desk after 10:00 PM, but there was no one available to assist us at that time, so we couldn’t get it replaced.

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then? I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb. Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.
