YyyohanBooked on the 11th hour and turned out to be one of the most pleasant stay during the trip. Hotel staff is courteous and prompt in fulfilling requests whenever possible. Room is cozy and practical. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety. Interesting to see Sambal Oelek provided.

Dan kawasan sekitar stesen kereta api itu sangat bersih, teratur dan kemas seperti kawasan kehidupan seharian.

CChesterBryanthe staffs were accomodating and nice. the room was clean and the location of the hotel is perfect as it is just like 2minutes walk from the Salzburg Hbf. It is also easily accessible to the bus stops where you can take going to the altstadt. Definetely worth recommended.

KKee Thong HoHad a very wonderful stay at Austria Trend Hotel Europa. The staff professionalism in handling my request on the room and also manage to deal with the issue regarding the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket on the day of arrival is a plus point before even my check-in.
Allow up to 12pm to check out also allow flexibility for me to do some last sightseeing of the City before leaving. Overall I am very satisfy with my stay and do not regret my selection of choosing this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a really nice, clean hotel with a good price, especially regarding other hotels in Salzburg.
Location is a bit out of the center, but the connections with bus are really good (bus stands near the hotel and goes every 20 minutes or so, you need around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center). Hotel even provides you a free bus card for the entirety of your stay. There is also Billa shop just opposite of hotel.
The room was clean, the bathroom was nice. The only thing we wondered were if there is A/C in the room for summer. Our room was overlooking the busy street with lots of cars, but the windows were really soundproof, so we had no trouble sleeping.

PPengguna TetamuI love this hotel a lot. it’s a small family owned one but very neat and tidy, breakfast tastes so good and the staff are all very nice. it’s around just 5 minutes walk to central train station which makes it so much easier for us after long whole day trips. It definitely worth staying!

TTravelshortsI am stayed at Hotel Mercure Salzburg City for two nights during my time in Salzburg, and it turned out to be an excellent base for exploring the city. What made the stay even better was being upgraded for free to a premium room, which included a complimentary mini bar — a very welcome perk after a day of sightseeing.
The premium room was spacious, clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, good lighting and plenty of storage space. The free mini bar was a nice extra touch, allowing me to relax in the evening without needing to head back out for drinks. The hotel felt quiet and well-run, which made it easy to rest, even though it’s located in a busy and well-connected part of the city.
Location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Salzburg’s main train station, which is ideal if you’re arriving by rail or planning day trips to places like Hallstatt or Vienna. It’s also around a 15-minute walk to the centre of the Old Town, meaning you can reach Salzburg’s most famous sights — such as the Cathedral, Mozart’s birthplace and the Hohensalzburg Fortress — without needing public transport.
Airport access is also extremely straightforward. Bus number 2 from Salzburg Airport stops just a minute’s walk from the hotel, making transfers simple, quick and inexpensive. This is particularly helpful if you have luggage or an early flight.
I would recommend Hotel Mercure Salzburg City to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel that balances convenience with good value. It’s not overly luxurious, but it offers everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay in Salzburg, making it a smart choice for both short city breaks and longer trips.

KKwok ChungNot in the city but just 10 minutes trip by bus route no. 1. It's convenient and the hotel gave us a mobility ticket that can take bus free of charge. No shops are close but a few restaurants which are quite good. The staff are nice and the bar in the lobby opens until 10pm. The hotel is full of art, even on the toilet cover and the carpet outside! Room size is ok. Have air-con but we just opened the window then the temperature is suitable for sleeping. It's 15°C outside at night. Like the shower room as it can be covered fully and no water is splitting out
