"Fantastic location next to Gora Station with easy access to Gotemba premium outlets via bus& Cablecar to Lake Ashi. Kaiseki breakfast and dinners were thoughtfully planned and different each meal. So many free snacks and food at different timings. Private outdoor onsen was wonderful as well. Note: you have to queue for any of the 3 huts. Only thing we didn’t like was having to shower outdoors and the dated toto bidet. Other than that, perfect 2 night stay at Hakone."

"Hotel is away from Gora station Not recommend to walk due to the walk way is up and down hill. However the hotel provide shuttle bus with time slot. Booking needed. Room is great. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant is very limited around hotel. 7/11 nearby."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a truly authentic Japanese experience in the heart of the mountains. Here are the highlights of my stay: 📍 Location and Accessibility The hotel is situated on a steep slope in Gora, which provides a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. Since the walk from the station is quite uphill, I highly recommend taking the cable car (funicular) to reach the hotel easily. On the way back, the hotel provides a very convenient shuttle bus service. 🍱 Dining Experience The food was the absolute highlight! Both breakfast and dinner were exquisitely presented and delicious. The attention to detail in every dish was impressive. A lovely touch is that you can wear the complimentary kimono provided by the hotel to the restaurant, which adds a special traditional feel to the dining experience. 🏮 Accommodations The rooms are beautifully designed in Japanese style. They were clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment to relax and soak in the local culture. Verdict If you are looking for a place with amazing food, beautiful traditional rooms, and great hospitality in Hakone, this is it. Highly recommended!"

"Service from the staff is excellent. As the period we go is a cold season, there is no aircon running in the hotel. They provided us with a standing fan upon our request. Hotel is only 2mins walk away from Gora station!"

"Замечательный отель, местоположение супер, рядом с фуникулером со станции Гора. От станции Гора довольно крутой подъём, с чемоданами будет непросто, можно на фуникулере проехать одну станцию и пойти по ровной дороге. Рядом Хаконе Парк (вход бесплатный по Hakone Free Pass), пивоварня Gora Brewery, продуктовый магазин Очень понравились условия размещения, просторные номера со всеми удобствами. Красивые юкаты можно брать бесплатно у лифтов на этаже. Можно заварить себе травяной чай. Национальный ужин кайсеки длится полтора часа, включены напитки, такие как свежайшее пиво, сливовое вино, виски, сëчу, сакэ, джин, соки, лимонады. Можно выбрать время, с 17:30 или с 19:30. В онсене помимо самих источников есть джакузи, сауна и холодная ванна. В холодильнике есть холодный морс и лед-мороженое. Остались только самые приятные впечатления от посещения"

"The room is spacious as advertised, the hotel is a bit old but overall is still comfortable and relaxing. The in room hot spring is awesome with nice view of the lake. The open air public bath is not very big but it's fine when no crowded. The observatory deck (Take the stairs from 4th floor) is slightly below expectations due to the handprints on the window but it's still a nice place to chill. The food for dinner and breakfast have limited choices but the taste is good. You can have the view of Mt Fuji outside the lounge on a clear sky day. Free shuttle from hotel is available to pick up at Motohakone pier and the bus (Hakone Free Pass) to Hakone Yumoto station is available at the front of the hotel."

"很不錯的温泉度假型酒店，在新年這個時間點淘到這個價格，性價比算高了。酒店離雕刻之森站比較近，或者到強羅也行，有免費接駁小巴。如果是自己坐公交，則可以坐到天悠站。房間很大，有陽台，佈局合理，乾濕分離，有暖氣，酒店本身有温泉。如果在酒店用餐，要提前預約，附近也有餐廳，我到得比較晚，在附近吃了頓烤肉～"

"We only stayed for one night.  This hotel is also used as a 1-day onsen for public so it was quite busy with a lot of people in the public areas and at the onsens.  The room was slightly smaller than expected.  The buffet breakfast and dinner were ok but nothing spectacular.  The area outside the hotel was very picturesque though, and it's only a 10-15 min walk to the nearest station and you will pass all the souvenir shops and little eateries on the way so it's quite nice. "

"A beautifully designed hotel with a serene atmosphere. I loved the onsen facilities, especially having both private and public baths to choose from. The surroundings were so quiet that I slept incredibly well. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. A wonderful stay overall."
