The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall. The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

PPengguna TetamuAfter a long, intensive hike at Emei Shan, I chose this hotel to recharge—and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

LLucy ClitherowThe good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.

DDavid-OngWe booked 3 rooms for 7 pax for our recent trip to Ermeishan. Greeted by friendly front office staffs. Staffs are very helpful, they help us to book rides to both bus station and train station. Let us store our luggage bags when we went for our Ermeishan day-trip. It's a beautiful hotel with nice garden, indoor hot springs pool and swimming pool. Our rooms are spacious, family friendly themed with a hot spring tub for soaking. I appreciated the upgrade to suite for me and wife. All of us enjoy the spacious suite, we have our snacks and chit chat session for the evening. Breakfast was good, varieties to select from. Overall, we have to e a pleasant stay here, wish we could stay an extra day to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities . Highly recommended this hotel to any travellers to Ermeishan.

PPengguna TetamuGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

PPengguna TetamuIt is a bit run down but it suits your needs. I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge. The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.
