The only drawback was that it was under the flight path, and there would be noise when the planes flew over, but there were not many planes in Nelson, so the impact was not too great."

"Excellent stay in a great location - friendly hosts, very comfy bed and wonderfully clean. Car park right out front of my room as well which was really handy. My only suggestion is for the rooms to have sheer/privacy curtains, as there is a big sliding doors and windows that are only slightly tinted, so people can see into your room if they are walking past, so your only option is to close the curtains for privacy and block the sunlight. All in all, a great, no fuss, easy stay. Ask for a room away from the road or bring earplugs."

"We booked two nights, but no one came to change the towels or anything. The facilities were complete, and we could cook, but only two of the four stoves were working; the others were broken. The hotel only closes at 3 PM, and we didn't know that. Since we booked through Ctrip, they didn't send us an email. We arrived at 10 PM but couldn't check in. In the end, other guests helped us contact the hotel staff and told us the key location and room number. So why didn't Ctrip leave our email address with them?"
