The location is easily accessible by walk or 1 station tram. The room is well-decorated. You can walk to main station or along the canal for relaxing or finding something to eat.

I stayed in a pod after arriving back on a late flight, instead of driving home at midnight. The pod was nice, very comfortable. The temperature was marginally too warm for me however, and you can't change the settings. That's where the positive experience ended. My phone charging port didn't work - that's fine - I can overlook that, but it's not ideal I was woken at 4.30am by people getting up and ready for the early morning flights. They were crashing and banging around with the doors and fiddling around with their luggage. Ultimately I couldn't get back to sleep because of the continued crashing and banging and ultimately only got 3.45 hrs sleep (I know this because my fitness tracker tells me so). So it was completely pointless staying - I would have got a better night's sleep at home with my 3 year old and 10 month old in the room next door. I believe the hotel's model doesn't work for the following reasons: 1) Each pod has a door with a very noisy latch. The latch doesn't have to be noisy if people are considerate, but a lot of people aren't considerate at the best of times, let alone at 4am in the morning when getting up for an early flight. It's all well and good to have lots of signs saying ”shh!” On the walls, but most people don't see it, or at least it doesn't sink in. I stayed in a capsule hotel on Japan that has roller blinds instead of doors, which are much quieter 2) people are allowed to bring their luggage into the sleeping space. This invites people to fiddle around with their luggage, which disturbs others from their sleep. Again, in the pod hotel in Japan, people must lock their luggage in lockers in the changing rooms, and are not allowed to take anything into the sleeping space - it works much better 3) the hotel has plenty of separate rooms, with a number of pods in each. Why not allocate guests to rooms by their time of arrival and departure, so that late arrivers don't disturb early departures, and vice versa? Overall, if the above 3 things are fixed, I'd probably stay again, but otherwise, definitely not

Hotel’s location is so convenient. It’s max 7 min walk from the main train station and close to restaurants and cafes. Everything was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast saloon and food was great, met our expectations.

This is totally unattended hotel - there are no staff of any kind (other than housekeepers) and no restaurant. Everything from making your reservation to paying to checking in and getting your ”key” (there's actually no key, just a code for a pin-pad) is done online via your web browser or smartphone. So, if you are 100% comfortable with doing everything in your life via your smartphone, great. If you are the kind of person who forgets passwords or does not read instructions carefully, this is not the place for you, it will only end in heartache. That probably explains the negative reviews posted - those people didn't read and follow the instructions provided. The hotel has a ”no refund” policy, so be darn sure you are going to use the reservation once you make it and pay for it. But having said this, the price is half what you would pay elsewhere in the village for the same quality of accommodation. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. No parking is provided, and it is very difficult to find a parking space in this village. This is not a good place to stay if you arrive by car! The site is a former apartment building that has been converted to single rooms. The rooms are large, modern, Swiss-clean, and comfortable. Internet is fast and free. There are no amenities such as coffee-makers, fridges, or laundry facilities. Like most Swiss hotels, there is no air conditioning. It's in a residential area of a small, quiet village. To sum up: If you are prepared to read AND FOLLOW the instructions on the website and in the email you will receive after making your reservation VERY CAREFULLY, and if you are comfortable with a completely unattended hotel (no services or guidance available), this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. Otherwise, best to book into a more conventional hotel, such as the Welcome Inn which is 200 meters up the street and is a very fine hotel. PS: No check-in is possible prior to 2:00 PM in the afternoon.

Ganz neues Hotel,direkt beim Bahnhof Kloten.Alles noch sehr neu.TolleDusche gute Klimaanlage. Das Bett für mich etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das einzige was schade ist,dass es keinen Ķühlschrank gibt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

The staff are willing to help. The most important thing about shuttle is 1) 10 chf from the hotel to airport but free of charge from the airport to the hotel. 2) the last shuttle from the airport to the hotel is 23:30. After this hour, you have to take a taxi, whcich costs 30 chf.

Very clean and spacious and has all the kitchen appliances. But there is no reception or room service. I would say great for long stays.

A great boutique hotel in old town Zurich. 6 minute walk from Zurich HB train station after our flight into Zurich. Front desk staff Sam was extremely helpful and very polite, spoke English very well. Very clean hotel completely updated and this location is AAA for restaurants and bars, and is also quiet for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was ample to start our day. Coffee was great and a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereal and juice. The chocolate fondue machine at the entrance was really neat!

Trip Inn Zurich Hotel is a cheap budget hotel which met our expectation for a simple accommodation. Also, the supermarket is just around the corner. However, we can’t seem to have an option not to have the staff from coming in to clean our room whenever we are out for an activity. We prefer to have more privacy as we do keep some of our less important belongings in the room. Overall, it is a good experience.

Firstly the hotel advertises that there is parking available, please we aware that unless you’re going to leave your car in a space up the road (not designated for the accommodation), then there is NOT parking available in the sense you’d expect it to be. Any space that appears to be on site has signs about not leaving the car with threats of towing your car. We ended up parking in the city centre for 40CHF a night. We did expect cheap and cheerful but this was not cheerful. When we went in, the apartment didn’t appear very clean, and on opening the fridge door there was leftover food in there (including fish, which my partner has an anaphylactic allergy too, although that part isn’t their fault, it just added insult). The kitchen cleaning sponge and towels were dirty. The hairdryer was broken and dangerous to use. The shower screen was broken. The toilet brush had hair left on it. The curtains were stained. There were more issues but if I mentioned them I’d just be sounding petty. Finally, the king size bed only had a single sheet. We sent an email and in all fairness they did remove the leftover food, replace the towel, bin the dirty sponge, “fix” the shower screen (it was a bodge job and will break again soon im sure), and replace the shower head (something we’d not complained about?!) When looking for somewhere to stay in Zurich we narrowed our search down by looking for somewhere with parking. Poor service, not recommended to stay

Auf keinen Fall würde ich je jemandem dieses Hotel zumuten. Der Preis ist günstig, ja, aber davon sollte man sich nicht locken lassen und lieber ein paar Franken mehr ausgeben. Die Lüftung war so laut dass kein Gespräch mehr geführt werden konnte. An den Wänden waren Blutspuren (????), im WC waren Kotspuren, die Türgriffe wurden wohl noch nie geputzt da sie klebrig und schmutzig waren, es gab keine Handseife, das Bett war kaputt (Kopfteil war tiefer als Fussteil), Nachttische gab es keine und das Bett war wohl nicht frisch bezogen. Der Boden war dreckig und die Haupttür hatte gar kein Schloss sodass jederzeit jeder sich in dem Gebäude aufhalten konnte. Zudem wurde durch die Lüftung ein starker ********geruch und später auch ein starker Zigarrengeruch ins Zimmer geblasen, der den aufdringlichen Thaiessengeruch, der vorgängig im Zimmer herrschte, sogar fast überdeckte. Es gibt kein Personal im Hotel welches man ansprechen kann. Der Lift wirkte nicht sicher, einige Knöpfe schienen nicht zu funktionkeren. Wir haben uns nach kurzem 15 minütigen Aufenthalt dazu entschieden, nicht in diesem Zimmer zu schlafen. Zum Glück ist das auschecken genau so unkompliziert wie das einchecken, sodass wir den Schlüssel einfach nur in die check-out Box werfen konnten und gehen konnten. Dieses ”Hotel” sollte direkt geschlossen werden.

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

The hotel has a simple design, everything look clean and minimalistic, the hallway is looking like a prison. The air flow of the hotel is so strange. When anyone open their hotel door or close. You will also feel/hear it inside the room every hour. The hotel room does not include any mini bar, fridge, kettle. I first checked in and got a room in 2nd floor. But when i opened the door, it has very strong cold wind blow to me from inside to outside for 5 seconds, I am not going to explain this in here, you can interpert yourself. I went to change the room to 3rd Floor. I found there are so many kid palm mark on the window glass, meanwhile the bathroom sink suddenly has water leaking issue. So i changed the room again. After that I got the other room it looks fine, only the shutter in the window is broken, I cannot switch it to be opened. But after 1 day, the card is no longer working, I went to chnage the card again. Then I found that cleaning service forgot to close the window. It provides only 1 combination gel for shower/hair wash. And the hair dryer is very poor. Good things are the stuffs are kind, and I could borrow the kettle by paying 20CHF deposit from the reception. *like come on it is only a kettle... * And you could borrow unbella for free.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, hotel ini sangat bersih, dan katilnya sangat selesa untuk tidur! Kami adalah keluarga lima orang, dan terdapat bilik yang disediakan khas untuk keluarga, jadi ia sangat sesuai untuk kami, dan harganya sangat menjimatkan. Saya pasti akan memperkenalkannya kepada rakan dan ahli keluarga saya, dan saya akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali.

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.It matches the display photos of the room.There is free luggage storage service.Hotel staffs are very nice and welcoming.
