The highest floor, the 4th floor, is called a luxury room, but because the roof of the third floor extends out 2 meters and tilts up, you can only see a little sky from the window, and you can't see the courtyard at all. It's very strange, but there is no reminder when booking a room. The front desk helps to order a car, which is at least 7 or 8 times more expensive than calling a car yourself. Consider it carefully.

Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

The hotel is amazing!!! It’s little far away from the city, but is worth it! We really enjoyed! And we really recommend it.
