good location as beirut we will come back again asap thanks for every thing

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

接上次點評 追加一些 離店那天早上吃完早餐，餐廳前台女士來讓我填一張問卷調查表，我對於食物的種類填了7分 表示不滿意，她讓填具體點 想吃什麼，我就寫了炒飯 炒麪。她説可以告訴他們 廚房裡給現做。這個真給我驚到了，服務確實好。不過要下次了 再多説一句 在黎巴嫩其實可以不必兑換黎巴嫩磅，因為幾乎沒地方都收美金，而且匯率比兑換點還划算 很奇怪的一點是 在黎巴嫩用優步司機經常要求在系統價格之外加價，我寧願重新打車也拒絕過，但是有時候不好打車也不得不接受加價

فندق جميل ، مرتب ، استقبال مميز ، خدمة مواقف مدفوعة ، موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الخدمات ومن صخرة الروشة ، يبعد عن المطار ثلث ساعه بالسيارة ، حاول اختيار غرف باطلاله لتكون اقامتك ممتعه اكثر

Receptionist are very welcoming and helpful. The room so so. There is a sound from the bathroom that doesnot stop and prevent you from sleeping and the digging started at 9 am on weekend and the pillows are high and not comfortable

這個酒店是動漫卡通主題，電梯、走廊都是復讎者聯盟的動漫主題人物。一樓外麪有一個西餐館，外側環境一般般，停滿了各種車，不太好找。早餐在頂樓，可以看到整個黎巴嫩景色。有游泳池，健身房，但是沒看到溫泉。

Very good hotel near the mall,but no parking if you have a car you have to pay extra 7$ for your car,that's already wroten but i didnt notice.
