We stayed for 1 night as this is the most nearest hotel to the airport. They provide free shuttle between hotel and the airport. The staff were great and friendly. We had our dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing! Dont bother finding other nearby restaurant, just try their restaurant. The breakfast was okay, not so bad, as there were few options for you to choose. Overall, im happy with their service and will stay there again. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Great location near Islamic Center. Room size is standard with quite small free space, but the bed is comfort. It will be better if the room is refurbished and getting more cleaned

We checked in late and nobody helped us to carry the bags from our vehicle to the lobby. Breakfast is terrible please do something about it.

This is not my first time came here, and the situation is the same. The cleanness and the ambience still the same. Only a little incidents like a noise sound from the machine pomp and the internet connection from my room is annoying but the GM directly promt response and I moved to the room where I used to in that hotel in the next day , so everything is ok . The croissant is delicious also lupis and getuk the traditional cake, maybe in other days I can taste plecing kangkung here and ayam taliwang. All the team are friendly and helpfull . I will come back again

Our experience did not start well at all as we were given a room next to the extremely noisy dance club (open from 4pm to 10pm) and after closing the staff were cleaning up the bar and could not sleep until midnight! Following day we were moved to a far away room. Quiet and lovely. Staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The room spacious and clean. The open bathroom is lovely but mosquitoes were a real pain! Breakfast was ok, they prepare your eggs, the rest was average. The hotel pool is small but cute. The bigger pools belong to a private company and even hotel guests were asked a minimum spend in order to get any sitting arrangements. A special thanks to Ulfa and the front office team who did their best to help us and make us feel welcome. We do like this side of the island as it is more quiet and a bit more upscale than the sunrise side, but it’s very personal…

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.

Beautiful secret garden close to everything (harbor, nice restaurants,shops) the staff was extremly friendly and adorable they help me to upgrade the wifi speed to work. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasty. It would be nice to provide some fresh juices or smoothies for breakfast. They had amazing fruits.

房間是很寬敞，網絡也很好，服務態度也可以。但用來辦公的條件很差，桌子和椅子的高度基本一樣，且表面很臟；餐食是很簡單的本土飯，沒有游泳池，謹以上條件就遠達不到三星級酒店。

Nadat je via de stofferige straatjes bij Paradesa Villa aankomt word je gelijk voorlijk van de prachtige tuin! De huisjes rondom het zwembad zijn zoals afgebeeld op de foto’s. Erg leuk en het huisje van ons was erg ruim! (Er zijn ook kleinere huisjes). We zaten direct aan het grotere zwembad waar ook een bar aan zit. Niet alles wat op de kaart staat kun je altijd bestellen, soms is het op. Huisjes (en alles eromheen) zijn goed onderhouden en schoon. Wel donker, maar dat wisten we van de foto’s. Je komt hier helemaal bij , op dit rustige plekje. Fietsen kun je bij de accommodatie huren , zij hebben alleen geen kinderzitjes. Wij moesten dus even ergens anders heen, al is dit geen probleem want fietsen kun je hier overal huren. Tegenover de accommodatie kun je je kleding nog laten wassen. Goede accommodatie voor een leuke prijs.

Завтраки у нас были включены, было вкусно все, за исключением свежевыжатого сока, уж очень разбавленный. Территория отеля небольшая, но какой вид у бассейна, это просто бомба, будто ты в кино. Мне самой посоветовали этот отель и я ни разу не пожалела. Друзья и я в восторге!

Location is fabulous, right across road from beach and bars/restaurants. Walking distance (10 mins) from Marina when u arrive. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast ok. Cute little hammock outside room which my son loved. Thats the good news. Bad: Room not the cleanest, sockets hanging off walls, opened mirror to find no mirror in it! Second mirror in bathroom dirty and cracked. Shower hose was hanging off wall and not connected to shower, this was fixed after we complained. I also had to ask for bedding to be changed on arrival as it was stained, toilet is yellow and dirty and the fridge doesnt fridge properly.. Water still warm even overnight. Aircon pispoor and door looks like one good shove and it would open even when locked. Water from the restaurant also warm, they dont put in fridge for some reason?? Few sunbeds round pool but by 11.30am they are all in shade and you cant move them which is a shame because its a nice quiet pool area away from the hustle & bustle of the beach outside. Breakfast included was basic if u like eggs or pancakes. I am travelling around Bali & Kuta with my 13 year old and a friend who lives here. This is third *budget” place ive stayed in and is awful compared to the other twom Definitely not recommended unless a room is just a room for you.

Such an amazing place to stay, we have enyoed every moment of it. Super friendly staff, everyone always greets you with a smile, they speak good english....we made a nice connection with Mukim, who has really helped us a lot arranging trips and giving us suggestions. The pool is amazing, always fresh and clean with towels. Breakfasts are amazing. The best coffee we had on the trip so far was here! 😊 They also have a restaurant, awesome grilled fish! We are thanking the staff for their hard work, which has made our stay amazing. ❤️😊

This lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable. The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them.

Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.

Santorini terletak di seberang Gili T dari pelabuhan. Saya berjalan melalui pusat pulau untuk sampai ke sana dan saya mengambil masa kira-kira 25-30 minit. Jika anda mempunyai bagasi besar atau roller, saya tidak akan mencadangkan ini. Saya hanya tidak berasa mahu cuba membuat alasan dengan pemandu kuda (tiada Grab di pulau itu) kerana ia adalah kali pertama saya dan saya tidak tahu berapa kos yang sepatutnya. PS, pemandu kuda adalah standard 100,000. Bagaimanapun, resort ini baik dan saya menerima jus selamat datang. Bilik itu agak kecil daripada yang saya bayangkan. Kekecewaan terbesar saya ialah kolam renang tidak berfungsi dan saya menempah di sana selama 3 malam. Saya terpaksa menggunakan kolam kawan saya setiap hari yang berdekatan dengan pelabuhan. Kejatuhan lain, adalah resort ini jauh dari kehidupan malam yang lebih dekat dengan pelabuhan jika anda bercadang untuk keluar lewat. Dan kembali ke resort, anda berjalan atau berbasikal menyusuri jalan yang sangat gelap ini. Saya akhirnya pergi selepas hari ke-2 kerana kolam masih tidak berfungsi. Dari segi makanan, saya hanya mencuba Ribs Goreng dan ia adalah ok. Orangnya baik dan perkhidmatannya bagus, saya mesti katakan. Mereka memberi pampasan kepada saya dengan memberi saya sewa basikal percuma. Cadangan saya adalah jika anda bercadang untuk hanya tinggal di satu tempat untuk berehat, Santorini ok untuk itu jika kolam berfungsi kerana pantai terletak di seberang resort. Tetapi jika anda bercadang untuk meneroka pulau itu dan mungkin melakukan kehidupan malam, saya akan tinggal lebih dekat dengan pelabuhan.

Everything was pretty good except one thing I called them on WhatsApp because I left 3 bicycles by the beach due to a broken lock. I left early in the morning by ferry and I was just trying to ask them if they brought all three bikes back to the hotel or only two (one belonged to a friend staying elsewhere), and the man couldn't understand my question and became rude and asked me if I was drunk. The people at the hotel were friendly, so maybe this person didn't work there, but it wasn't really necessary. Have a great day
