Booking was done at the very last minute from my end but they made sure I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but restroom was small and had translucent glass doors which made it feel somewhat uncomfortable. Lunch buffet starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:30. While taste is subjective, I personally didn’t find any of the items appetizing. But over all good service and comfortable rooms with not so good food.

Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

Am stay with my family in plaza hotel , Stay was awesome rooms very clean food was marvellous well maintained by Telangana Tourism Staff very friendly feel like a home Special Thanks to front office team Srikanth Hussain luqman Sheetal from Restaurant Gopi Ruth from Housekeeping Joshina Bharathi Ameen we will visits again

Location was good I had only one night stay came earlier morning 4 am I unfortunately was tired I requested them will pay taxi charges in once I get up as I was exhausted from the 16 hours journey They refused I did not like it but paid then and there

I stayed in Balcony hotel during my short trip of 3 nights to Hyderabad Madhapur in Aug 2023, the hotel is in very nice location, the rooms, service are excellent. Nice ventilation, nice beds, clean toilets and great room service. I will stay at this place during all my trips and recommend to everyone who visits Madahapur for family, business, leisure trips.

It was a transit stay of about 5 hours. Came in late at midnight and left by 4:30 a. M. E we were tired after a long trip and just wanted a clean bed. That we got. The youngster at the reception was very helpful and organised the drop to the airport. I was surprised to get the wake up call from him. Not an automated ringtone. Not a very squeaky clean property, but the minimum cleaned and maximum human touch made up for it

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel B+L! The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing jam served during Saturday night dinner. It was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It added a unique touch to the dining experience, making the meal truly memorable. Every detail at Hotel B+L was thoughtfully arranged, and it felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and delightful surprises!

It's located in lush greenery with lots ***go trees. The service is really good and food was decent. We took the Himalayan suite and it's very comfortable. The amenities included in our package were swimming pool, indoor game (pool, carem, etc) and outdoor games. The best part was nature all around - ducks, birds etc all roaming freely. There's secure parking available inside. Had a very good time with family and try to visit again.
