Recommended by Lonely Planet, and after reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. My conclusion is that you can experience it for one night before deciding whether to extend your stay. The room has some clever design features, including radiators and electric blankets, making it more comfortable than some fancy but impractical air-conditioned rooms, especially in autumn and winter. The downsides are that the taps seem to have very little hot water, only returning to normal very late. Also, the lack of diffused heating can cause insomnia (caution advised for those prone to altitude sickness). The hotel is located in Barkhor Street, about a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Backpackers should consider their travel needs before booking.

Have Lhasa hotel prices gone down? The hotel we stayed at was really affordable. Even though it's not on a main street and parking is tight with limited spots, we felt very comfortable and safe. During the day, we'd go sightseeing; bus route 24 right outside takes you directly to Zaki Monastery, Sera Monastery, and Drepung Monastery. The owners are friendly, always giving us an extra one or two bottles of water in addition to the standard two. They also have a great driver who helped us park perfectly. Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink. However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall. Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.

Very good, it was very late when we arrived, and the high reaction was very uncomfortable. It was very cold. The store was very intimate to help us get oxygen, adjust the floor heating temperature, very ethnic characteristics, and the experience was very good.
