The hotel is located in the most bustling town in the Lake District, with plenty of shops and businesses. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the lakeside pier. I booked a king room and a quad room. The quad room was in the building with the spa, and there was a bar downstairs. It felt a bit cramped for four people, and the bathroom was extremely small, plus there was only one. The king room in the main building where you check in was quite good. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fruits, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely time.

Although the location of the hotel is not close to the lake, it is between the town of Windermere and Bowness. It is basically a 10-15 minute walk to the lake to take a boat. The World of Peter Rabbit is the closest. The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is the largest among the hotels booked in the seven cities on this trip to the UK. The room is very warmly decorated, the cabinets are very large, and there are many hangers suitable for storing a lot of clothes. The boss's father is from Hong Kong. He chats with us every morning and recommends our travel routes. He is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also very rich, and the price is very reasonable during the peak summer season.

The hotel was rebuilt by the owner's parents. It is very warm and the reconstruction is very reasonable. The room is too small and the family seems particularly crowded. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, but there are many check-in requirements, there is no elevator, and it takes a lot of effort to carry large luggage to the third floor.

The hotel, which I chose randomly, was a pleasant surprise beyond my expectations. It was truly ”small but exquisite.” Although I booked a basic room, it wasn't large, but it was very comfortable. The towel rack was heated, and there was air conditioning, which was another unexpected bonus.

The feeling of an English country villa is very cozy. When traveling with a family, we thought that three people would squeeze into one bed, but when we came back, we found that the service staff had put up a folding bed. The service staff was very nice. If there was no service staff after 7pm, you could call if you needed anything, and enter and exit the hotel by yourself with the key. The restaurant is warm and clean, the service is good, and the dishes are also rich. It has its own independent parking lot. I will recommend it to my friends.

8 minutes walk from Windermere Railway Station, there is a bus stop at the door. The hotel is like a castle, the room is classically decorated, the garden is small but well-cared, and it is very beautiful from the living room or restaurant. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom is slightly smaller. Breakfast can be selected and tastes very good. All were friendly. Had a wonderful two days in the Lake District.

離車站不遠，推着行李下坡到達酒店也還是輕鬆的，返程時得上坡，但因為距離近也沒太難。酒店很安靜，會幫忙提拿行李，酒店早餐也不錯，服務員都很友善。酒店外圍有個大草坪，會有人鍛鍊。總之推薦

It's a Relais & Châteaux hotel, but this was the only room available when I made the reservation. I didn't expect it to be so small. If you can afford it, book a larger one. It's comfortable to stay in and there's a Michelin restaurant downstairs.
