Hotel 3-Star di Shaanxi, China

Our room was smelling a bit and we had to keep the window open a lot, we found also cigarette buts beneath the sink, although it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was not ideal as whenever we took shower the whole room was wet and the toilet paper etc. We didn't have any matt so we had to use a towel instead when leaving the bathroom creating a bit of a mess. The toilet is nice and the toilet seat is getting warm (like japanese toilets) which was nice. The room was a bit small for us as we had two big luggage bags and there was no space to open or keep them. The sink was also outside the bathroom directly when you open the main room door on the left which was not that convenient. The hotel was providing warm water and tea at the reception and we got a water bottle each day so that was nice. The staff was very polite, could leave our luggage at the reception.(There was not that much space but we had left our bags for 3 days there, as we came back at the hotel later on as well, which we appreciated a lot). The location is very good and we also ordered some parcels and everything got delivered.

Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater. Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better. Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy. For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own. Overall, the stay was fine but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

The room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near Exit H of the Bell Tower Metro Station Line 2, making transportation super convenient. It's also very close to the Bell Tower, which was perfect for enjoying the night view. Plus, there are tons of local specialty restaurants downstairs, all with delicious food. Overall, a really great stay!

The B&B boasts an excellent location, right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room's decor is unique, and the bedding is clean and soft. Overall, the room is spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is warm and welcoming, and communication was seamless. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and suitable water temperature. Very close to the Han River, a few minutes walk out. There is a yard behind, parking is convenient. 2 bottles of water were given. Planted green plants! The facilities are a bit old, I don't think it affects it. Cost-effective!

Traveling to Ningqiang, I am used to setting here, the room area is quite large, the surrounding traffic is also convenient, the parking lot is large, that is, the breakfast is indeed a bit sloppy, anyway, except for eggs, and one does not know what meat, the others are vegetables. It is convenient to eat around, there is a mama fish recommended

We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

The room was excellent and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, with both a soft and a firm pillow provided. It was very quiet at night, allowing for a great night's sleep. The decor was also lovely. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and the water was nice and hot. In the morning, we had a fantastic view of Mount Hua right from our window. The owner was incredibly nice! They picked us up directly from Huashan North Station and drove us to the guesthouse. The next morning, they dropped us off right at the visitor center for our hike. When we left, they even drove us to the high-speed rail station – full transportation service throughout our stay! Their stir-fries were delicious and very reasonably priced. We ate there twice, and the owner even rounded down the bill for us. Oh, and when we went hiking in the morning, the owner gave each of us a pair of gloves, which was a really thoughtful gesture. We didn't take photos of the room after we slept in it because it was a bit messy, but I did get some shots of the bathroom and the morning view from the window. I highly recommend this place!

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, despite not speaking English. They upgraded my room to one with a window and helped when I had questions. Only warning is that the hotel room did smell like cigarettes which did not bother me as a smoker. Otherwise a great option in Xian in a good location.
