Disappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated. No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

Das Serviced- Apartments-Hotel befindet sich zusammen mit dem Schwesterhotel AC Hotel by Marriott in einem brandneuen Gebäude im boomenden Europaviertel in Straßburg. Für beide Häuser steht die Pradus-Tiefgarage zur Verfügung, die den Hotelgästen eine Ermäßigung von 5 Euro pro Tag gewährt (an der Rezeption Ticket tauschen) und auch einen Aufzug zur Hotelebene besitzt, die barrierefrei erreichbar ist. Wir haben das Residence Inn gewählt, weil es einen sehr günstigen Angebotspreis inkl. Frühstück und 20% Rabatt im Gourmetrestaurant L'Archipel gab. Das gesamte Haus mit beiden Marken ist brandneu und die Zimmer sind auf dem neuesten Stand der Hotelausstattung. Die Qualität der Marriott Betten und das gute AC-Hotelfrühstück, das immer einen IBERICO-S*****en vom Slicer beinhaltet, waren neben der Lage weitere Gründe für die Hotelauswahl. Wir konnten mit dem Auto problemlos zu Ausflügen in die elsäßischen Weindörfer aufbrechen.Das Europa-Viertel inkl. Parlaments-Besuch läßt sich fußläufig erkunden. Achtung: Für Straßburg und Colmar benötigen auch deutsche PKW seit Anfang 2023 zwingend die Critair-Umweltplakette. Sie läßt sich problemlos online bestellen und kostet 5 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr - ein Verstoß wird erheblich teurer. Für eine Tour ins Stadtzentrum, wo parken schwierig und auch teuer ist, empfehlen wir die moderne Tram, die vom Hotel aus ganze 10Minuten ins Zentrum benötigt. Wir haben im Residence Inn sehr ruhig und gut geschlafen - die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist optimal. Das gute Frühstück findet für beide Häuser im 9.Stock in Buffetform statt. I booked for 3 nights but I had to leave early for personal reason, I was told I get a refund . The man in reception didnt seem to understand english well and said yes to everything I said. After one month , still no refund, I contact them by phone no answer, by email they say they reply to you already but it is a lie just to keep the money and dont do the refund that I have the right to get back . They just ignore you to steal money from you . Then when they decide to answer they say I have to give proof that I left early, HOW?? Bathroom was dirty, tiles all black and I stayed in a room for handicaped people without being asked. They dont know what they doing. I dont usually do reviews but I think they deserve this one.

Lovely place to stay- away from the touristy are of the Petite France, yet only a fifteen minute walk there. Quite a few nice restaurants in the area with mainly locals who go there - not your usual tourist traps.The hotel is small, with a slightly oldfshioned air about it - none of your hyper-modern dark corridors and minimalist design. Friendly, smiling service. It feels a bit like coming home. There’s also a smlall spa and if you let them know in time they’ll switch the sauna on for you. Twenty minutes is all it takes. Breakfast is varied, with your usual bacon and scrambled eggs, then hard boiled eggs, small selection of cheeses and cold cuts, fruit, seeds, muesli, juices, breads and pancakes.

Très agréablement surpris pas la qualité humaine et matériel de cet endroit . Un personnel au top , une chambre agréable et une localisation hyper central . A réserver les yeux fermés !!!

Excellent room - quiet, we were in 323 3rd floor new part of hotel, love separate toilet from shower, wonderful comfortable bed and pillows, full length mirror, wardrobe and writing desk, well designed, sound proof windows and heavy door so not disturbed by noise of street or other guests Breakfast - ample spread always topped up, large area to sit, interesting design Friendly reception staff, so patient and helpful, special thanks to reception lady (slim with glasses and elegant grey hair) and booking lady Veronique Fuss free parking for euro 17 is in garage basement of hotel, hotel staff parks car well, for bigger cars do check with staff as they can arrange alternatives.

We stayed here for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Breakfast was adequate - not as good as some of the hotels in the chain, but serviceable. Really Good croissants! Parking is a bit of a mess. We arrived after 8pm both nights and got the last parking spot. Not sure what happens to those arriving later. Air conditioning worked well - important when it is ＞33 out! Biggest letdown was the internet though. Something really wrong with it. We had the last room in the hall and the connection strength was under 5mbs. Ping times to the router in the hotel were over 200ms. Even when working, would cut out for minutes at a time. With a family of four and wanting to load some fresh videos for the next part of the road trip, this was really disappointing and not up to normal IHG standards. Frustrating for a family holiday, but if you need Internet for business, this would have been a deal breaker.

Nous y avons séjournés du 25 au 26 mai 22. Studio agréable, propre, bien situé, proche de tout, nous avons pu nous promener dans le centre de Strasbourg sans prendre notre véhicule.Mais car bien sur il y a un mais, le micro-onde n'était pas propre, il y avait comme du fromage fondu dessus ce qui nous a laissé un peu perplexe pour un 4 étoiles. Dommage que la télévision soit si petite, que l'accès à la piscine ne soit pas plus tard, car nous n'avons pas pu y acceder. Pour le reste le personnel est très accueillant, disponible (besoin d'oreiller supplémentaire demande comblée immédiatement. Le petit déjeuner était certes un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles mais correct niveau qualité. La literie est de très bonne qualité, parcontre la salle de bain mériterait un petit raffraichissement et la mise en douche au lieu de baignoire serait top. Le vis à vis avec l'immeuble d'à côté est dommage.

I could not complain about anything : valet service for the car, friendly staff at check-in/out, clean and spacious rooms, very comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet. Quiet location, close to the city center (max 10 walking minutes to the Cathedrale). I would certainly consider booking this hotel for another stay in Strasbourg.
