loved the hot tub but there were technical issues for most of my stay - it wasn’t nearly hot enough. also avoid the restaurant the food and service is horrible. overall the service was good and helped me arrange a snowmobile tour. room and facilities were generally clean, but there’s no AC in the room.

Kami menginap di hotel ini setiap kali kami melawat Stepantsminda. Suasananya unik. Pemandangan hebat dari tingkap di kedua-dua sisi, masakan yang enak, sarapan pagi yang sangat lazat dan pelbagai, kolam renang yang besar dengan pemandangan Kazbegi. Apa yang tidak berubah adalah perkhidmatan santai di restoran (kadang-kadang mereka terlupa untuk menyelesaikan pesanan sepenuhnya). Tanda-tanda haus mula kelihatan.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

Salah satu hotel terbaik di cerun. Terletak bersebelahan dengan kereta kabel (50m). Hotel ini mempunyai kolam renang, hamam, sauna, urutan, boling, biliard, kolam renang luaran dengan air suam. Restoran yang layak.
