This is really a 5 star experience! They have many on-site dining options - all with a lovely view of the Concordia temple. All food was fabulous and featured local, seasonal ingredients.
The resort also has a private entrance to the Valle dei Templi park which allows guests to beat the crowds and enjoy a peaceful walk through pristine nature to reach the temples. I hope to return in the future!

check in的時候前台員工非常熱情，給我們介紹説酒店前身是一個郵局，offer了歡迎飲料，在門口停車場打票機壞掉的情況下，協助我們在手機app上完成了停車繳費，並且把我們的車牌錄入了系統，所以車子可以進入ZTL zone。但是忘記了記下她的名字，是一位帶眼鏡的長髮年輕女生。
check out的時候前台的Anna和Concetta也給予了我們很大幫助，並且給了諾託值得一去的旅行建議，非常感謝她們：）
酒店房間寬敞，衞生條件好，圖三是房間一樓望出去的view。一樓衞生間有洗澡間、馬桶、洗手池； 二樓衞生間有馬桶，洗手池。
酒店門口是一個非常大的停車場，請一定記得及時繳費避免被警察罰款。酒店出門右前方就是錫拉庫薩評分第一的那家中餐廳，餐廳味道取決於個人喜好，不過酒店位置對於需要吃中餐的人來説很方便。
錫拉庫薩比較小，酒店位置也好，通過步行去了附近所有景點，下次來還是會選擇這家酒店：）

- Didn’t reply to our request with reserving a parking spot.
- Overall it feels like a four star hotel rather than 5-star.

Great, historical hotel in a nice location. Hotel clearly needs maintenance. The door of our restaurant couldn’t be closed so very unpleasant. Breakfast was good, although preferred to have more savory options. We requested a room on the higher floors but got one which was on the first floor and quite noisy. Still, probably this is the best hotel in Palermo, but there’s room to really improve things for the guests.

Iniziamo dalla pulizia degli ambienti e della camera, raramente ho riscontrato un livello così alto, tutto ”lucido e profumato”.
L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, si trova in pieno centro a Siracusa e in meno di 10 minuti di gradevole passeggiata si raggiunge la splendida Ortigia.
Personale altamente professionale, molto disponibile e gentile.
Colazione dolce e salata particolarmente varia e di qualità.
La struttura è un palazzo d'epoca perfettamente ristrutturato e riadattato all'albergheria, con poche camere(credo circa 15) e spazio comuni che presentano giusti colori e giusta illuminazione.
Ritorneremo e la prossima volta ceneremo anche al ristorante che riserva, tra l'altro, ai clienti dell'hotel il 10% di sconto.

【貴族生活を想起させるクラシックスタイルの一流ホテル】
パレルモの主要幹線路であるローマ通りから一本西に入ったホテルエリアに所在しています。トレニアリア中央駅やバスターミナルからは少し離れており、市内バス利用で15分程度、徒歩だと30分以上かかりますが、滞在中の市街地観光には適しているエリアです。
《素晴らしい点》
まず何よりもその建物の重厚な雰囲気と一流のおもてなしです。20世紀当時の貴族の大パラッツォを改装した趣深いホテルで、ロビーやその奥のバー等はとても高級感溢れる心地良い空間です。そしてフロント係のほかポーター係によって部屋まで案内してもらえます。
部屋も内装や家具等の調度品は昔ながらのスタイルで、大事に長らく使われてきたのがわかります。ベッドも厚みのあるふかふかな感触で、寝心地はとても良かったです。
次に朝食です。建物4階（最上階）に朝食会場が設けられており、ビュッフェ式ですが品数が多く充実しています。特に甘いパン類やデザート系（ミニパンナコッタ、カッサータ、カンノーロ…等々）が沢山用意されています。また、スタッフにより好きなコーヒードリンクを持ってきてもらえますが、イタリアに従い「カプチーノ」にしました。きちんと仕立てられたミルクフォームと濃厚な味わいでとても美味しかったです☕️
《残念だった点》
部屋について、洗面エリアは全体的に広々としており良かったものの、シャワールームが手狭で身体を洗うのがちょうどギリギリのスペースでした。高級ホテルである点を考慮すると、全室バスタブ付きの広めのシャワースペースがあっても良い気がしました。
また、外の道路からの騒音がわりと聞こえてきて、窓はきちんと閉まっていたにもかかわらず、深夜にも路上の騒ぎ声や車両の走行音等が時折聞こえてきました。もう少し遮音性を高くしてもらえることを期待します。
ただし、以上から全体的には非常に快適かつ満足な滞在であり、パレルモ訪問の記念として記憶に残るホテルになりました。ありがとうございました！

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

NNickiR82We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area.
We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella.
The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too!
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there.
Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

GGuest UserStruttura molto bella che peró comincia a risentire il peso degli anni. Necessita ormai di lavori di manutenzione e ammodernamento (passamano della spa in acciaio arrugginiti, alcune lampade in camera non funzionanti, doccia -enorme nella nostra stanza- con acqua solo bollente...). Rimane comunque un hotel validissimo, ottima ed abbondantissima colazione, bella la zona piscina, verde curatissimo e tanto altro. Ma non è sicuramente all' altezza di un 5*L: al nostro arrivo nessuno per il ritiro bagagli, pulizia della camera un po' sommaria, spazi intorno alla piscina disponibili per eventi esterni (un matrimonio ci ha impedito di riposare fino alle 3 del mattino fra musica, schiamazzi e successivo riordino). Un buon 4 stelle, tutto sommato. Ci torneremmo?

GGuest UserLovely hotel with a really relaxed atmosphere. Our room was 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Very comfortable and lovely view but the bathroom is not 5 star. Strange arrangement with the shower and toilet. Notwithstanding that the bathroom amenities were a lovely Sicilian brand. Location is 25min walk into town, not for those who struggle with walking but we enjoyed it. The hotel never felt busy and there’s lots of different places to relax and enjoy the weather with great facilities. Staff are super friendly too.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

GGuest UserUpgraded to Junior Suite, breakfast is excellent, the farm-to-table philosophy truly shines here. However , at dinner , while the atmosphere and service were exceptional, I found the steak to be a bit underwhelming. That being said, the staff were very attentive and sent ice cream to our suite. I’m sure this was just a one-off and I would still consider returning for another dishes in the future.

RRomaIn total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.

But gym was a bit small and we were a bit disappointed that sauna was only for wellness user ...
