Hotel 4-Bintang di Kepulauan Canary, Sepanyol

The lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms are okay, a little outdated. The shower was not very nice (a bit yellow and the water did not go down the drain properly), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other 4* hotels and it is definitely reflected in the quality. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Hotel situato in una zona centralissima vicino a tutto ,bus ,taxi e divertimento. Piscina al settimo piano un po’ piccola ma sufficiente . Servizio ottimo ,molto disponibile a tutte le ore anche di notte ,un merito a Ignacio persona fantastica e simpatica . Un consiglio anche se L hotel è un po’ datato andateci che non ve ne pentirete . La colazione è ottima ,cene non lo consiglio andate a Playa che avete l’imbarazzo su cosa mangiare . Ottimo e viene vacanze

Excellent location, one side is the port and other side is the beach. Near Santa Catalina square with many restaurants and cafes. Negative is the location of the Reception. First floor and use of stairs. Elevator is not so accessible

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

My phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

The place is awesome. Room is clean, spacious and well equipped with necessities. Location is superb, close to lots attractions. In walkable distance to a lot of famous places. Pool seems cool too.

Es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel y no deja de sorprendernos. Las piscinas, jardines e instalaciones una maravilla, la comida y vistas del restaurante y bar fantásticas. Lo único el tema de remodelar las habitaciones que están anticuadas, pero con esas vistas al mar se perdona todo

En general un hotel 10! La ubicación al ser céntrica es complicado aparcar, recomendamos reservar por 8€/día una plaza de parquing. El desayuno sin duda, lo mejor y el personal muy agradable.

Burn trato. Desayuno no muy amplio, pero variedad suficiente. Buena ubicación. Muy recomendable.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

A very large resort a small supermarket but if not all inclusive would be a problem as to getting cabs to the local town could get expensive Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave Overall good resort large pools

Un hotel increíble con un personal tan amable y atento que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento, y la calidez de todos aquí hizo que no quisiera irme. ¡Gracias por hacer de esta experiencia algo inolvidable!

Contando de la base que no nos podíamos alojar en el establecimiento que habíamos reservado por problemas del hotel con el aire acondicionado creo recordar , nos realojaron en uno mucho mejor y con unos servicios excepcionales tanto en condiciones del hotel como el personal.

住在北部去南部平均開車需要40分鐘～1個小時左右. 周邊設施完善有大型的商場還有超市非常方便. 卧室算是可以接受就是地面看上去比較舊但是踩個拖鞋就好. 有浴缸這個我表示非常好評. 停車在旅館的停車場是一天15不過如果不想付也可以在馬路上找一個車位就是比較麻煩. 還有旅館的停車場非常非常非常難找建議提前聯繫讓工作人員給你們發一個照片

Fantastic hotel. Excellent service from hotel staff, very convenient to have a car park in-building in Santa Cruz, and the rooftop pool and restaurant is a standout in Tenerife!

Hotel molto comodo in quanto a pochi minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto di Tenerife Sud (circa 15€ di taxi), fronte mare, la vista dalla camera è eccezionale. La piscina, riparata da eventuale brezza con delle vetrate è riscaldata e si riesce a fare il bagno (se non si è troppo freddolosi) anche in inverno. Il ristorante è a buffet con una buona varietà di scelta, ogni sera ci è stata proposta una tipologia di cena diversa (italiana, spagnola, canaria, ecc...). Fuori dall'hotel c'è una bellissima passeggiata sul lungo mare, mentre sc****ggia per locali e attività commerciali (l'area commerciale è davvero piccola). L'animazione è limitata a qualche ora di musica dal vivo, anche per i bambini è quasi nulla e non c'è un'area giochi.

The hotel is amazing 😍, 1 minute walk from the beach ⛱️, staff are cleaning everyday. Everything in a small walk-in distance. Will definitely book again.

It's 15 min far from Yumbo centre but is ok. Enjoyed my stay there, although the complex is more for families with kids, but if you're solo is nice to have families and kids around to not get bored.

Die Anlage, das Zimmer sind sehr schön. Der Pool war eiskalt, der beheizte Poll ging so. Das Essen & die Getränke sind verbesserungswürdig. Manchmal ist weniger mehr ;-) mehr auf Qualität setzen wäre empfehlenswert! Wir hatten wegen der Buchung Auseinandersetzungen und sollten nachzahlen. Wir haben jedoch nichts falsch gemacht und immer wieder unsere Bestätigung vorzeigen müssen. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm. Bei der Rückgabe der Handtücher gab es ebenfalls Schwierigkeiten. Wir lassen uns überraschen, ob unsere 50€ Sicherheitgebühr auf der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden oder nicht. Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok, wir würden jedoch nicht wieder kommen oder es weiter empfehlen.
