Très très bien situé, adresse pour GPS, une fois devant les arenes, un petit stress , on arrive devant bâtiment fermé, mais l'entrée est dans la rue juste à côté au fond à 150 m Manque un tout petit peu d indication pour l'entrée piéton. Parking non signalé dur le sites , plusieurs parking payant Très proches . Très très propres , accueil très gentils , Il manque peut être juste un kit de bienvenue café thé, car bouilloire a disposition , ou un petit distributeur dans le salon d accueil . Situation idéale. As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

No kettle, tea/coffee in the rooms and an awful smell of drains throughout the hotel especially noticeable when you vacate the lifts to enter your floor! Furniture in dining area is very dated , coffee machine at breakfast service was old and gave chocolate instead of cappuccino, informed staff but did nothing.. We stayed with another couple and would have liked to have enjoyed a drink in the lounge together but it was non existent as the furniture was not comfortable and the bar was never opened. Though due to the smell of drains we didn’t wish to spend too much time in there. There was a basket of croissants on the reception desk to help yourself, unwrapped! I suspect the leftovers from breakfast, however the hygiene aspect of this leaves a lot to be desired! To summarise this hotel is not a 4 star, very dated and needs much attention to bring it up to standard. We would not stay here again.

Myself and a friend had been locked out of our vacation apartment and had nowhere to sleep that night; at the end of her shift Beryl took the time to help us, find us an available room in the hotel and even explained that we could be refunded the payment if we were able to get into our apartment later in the night before using the room. We hope that the hotel can be appreciative of the wonderful service received from their staff member and hopefully reward her accordingly! Will definitely think of staying here next time we're in the city thanks to the warm and helpful reception we received.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while attending a French course. While well situated it is really well hidden with only very tiny signage and it is tricky to find. I wanted a private studio apartment where I could self cater and study quietly. The kitchinette was not particularly well equipped but adequate and there is zero cupboard space to store items that dont need refridgeration. That said the fridge and mini dishwasher were good. The oven was baffling and there were no instructions as to how to use it. The bed was comfortable but lacked basics like mattress and pillow protectors which I think is important post covid. The bathroom was large but tired and grubby in places Be aware that if staying for any length of time you will need to supply items like toilet paper as they only provide 2 thin rolls per week 😂. The reception staff are very unwelcoming and rude. ( I speak French reasonably well so it was not a language issue). When I arrived the person behind reception kept me waiting while he shuffled papers and did not even say hello! Another member of staff ranted at me when I made a polite enquiry as to whether breakfast was included in the price because I had booked via the language school so I was not sure. This morning I took the Odalys breakfast which I paid for the day before. My advice is go into town and take one of the many breakfast formulas many cafes offer, they are much better and cost less. Having returned to my room after breakfast reception called me and said I had to go to reception straight away to pay for my breakfast. I told them I had paid the day before but he insisted I had not and again was rude. Luckily I had a receipt I took to show him. For me this raises questions over their administrative effectiveness, Imagine if I wasnt able to fight my corner I would probably had to pay again! Finally the WiFi is OK but patchy, probably due to the number of users at any one time. Would I stay here again? Probably not and that is purely because of the rudeness displayed by all the staff I encountered at reception. There feels to be an overall reluctance on the part of reception staff to provide any information as to how things work at this aparthotel. eg when I purchased a breakfast no one thought ti tell me that it is served on the first floor etc just small things that make a guest’s stay a bit nicer It feels like an organisational culture issue or perhaps a lack of training. Other staff members have been lovely.

The location is great since is 10-15mints walking to the center, has a pharmacy and supermarket near by. In addition, Booking doesn't mention the pre-authorization ”debit” of 150.00e, which is not refunded to us on the last day, but when your bank released (2 days and still awaiting). This informations can only be found in the document sent by the apartment, and of course in small print. Another aspect that is not mentioned is the cleanliness of the room, which must be taken care of by the guests.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights. We got there around 4pm & there was only one person helping guests. The check in took over 45 minutes. We taught that it was easy to walk to the city centre but you have to walk through this alleyway that is a bit scary as there are so many drunks, homeless people & so many dogs running around that make my daughter really scared. During the check in the hotel charged me twice & I did point out the error to the receptionist but he was not very receptive & quick to rectify the issue. I did also spoke to the manager & his attitude was not any better. The worst is the laud noise coming from the hallway. People not even guests are allowed to rom in the hallway making very laud noises and knocking my bed room. The following morning I spoke to the manager & he said it’s because of summer parties. The same for the swimming pool. They allowed non guests to use & there is no bed left for guests to use. In general it is not a good hotel at all. Will never stay there again

Close to the train station and also the historic cathedral. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ability to do laundry was a plus. Rooms clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Narbonne.

The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Such a lovely friendly Hotel , the staff just couldn't be nicer. I was visiting with my daughter watching the Samoa v Japan Rugby game and the facilities were fantastic - felt like home and relaxes with the little touches in the entrance area of hotel , games , fitness , video game , table tenis. When I go back to Toulouse, I will definitely be staying here. Thanks from Chris and Elsie

There was a literal brown sht trace in one of the beds the attendance was the worst one I’ve ever gotten, I’m ashamed to have chosen this as my hotel and receiving such a miserable experience from it. I went with my family (with elders and children) for one night, at the reception there was a lady (She had long braided hair and dark skin -just in case the hotel sees this so they know what type of staff they are working with), we were leaving to Paris at 7am on train the morning after so we asked her if it was possible for her to reserve a cab for the morning so that we could go to the train station, to which she said she would do, then we asked her about the breakfast and she said it was going to be set up at 6 am (since the train station was very far away and we needed time to shower, eat and then leave in the cab). The morning we were leaving we arrived at the reception at 5:45 am, there was no breakfast served and no one there, there was a sign that said “If absent at night call *cell number*”, however, we called it multiple times and no one replied. We waited for the cab, around 45 minutes had gone by and the cab never arrived to pick us up. We had 7 suitcases and as I said, two elders and two children. Since apparently there weren’t going to be any more trains that day we looked up how far the train station was (over 25 minutes) and were technically given no other choice but to walk (the elder of over 70 had to carry two suitcases since the little child couldn’t bare with one and barely had any force to move it, the other elder has back and knee problems and still had to go through numerous steep roads and streets carrying a suitcase, in one part I had to stop and sit in the plain street because I felt toile throwing up, but since I hadn’t eaten anything because of the unbelievable bad attention that woman gave us then there was nothing to throw up). I’m just telling you how rough it all was for us just because the lady at the reception couldn’t care less about calling us a cab or arranging the breakfast she said she would arrange (to which we had already paid for before hand. We paid 6 breakfasts just for nothing, unbelievable!). We’ll try to contact the hotel and demand a refund for this horrible experience, they should look more into their staff before hiring them, it’s incredible how one single person can cause all this just because they don’t want to do their job right. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, most unpleasant experience ever.

Located right in the center of everything. Great access to activities and sights. Could not ask for a better location. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! Decent room. I would stay here again, except for one thing. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning was turned off for the season, which meant a hot room with poor sleep. And poor sleep is not a desirable feature in a hotel room! While the windows did open, being in a room on Floor 1 along rue Romiguières means keeping the window open isn't a real option, as the constant roar of scooters (which is completely absorbed when the windows are closed) prevented that. SO I would stay there again but would call first to see if they have the AC turned off. If it is, I will stay elsewhere.

Un gran hotel con fantásticas vistas a Carcasonne. Jardín, terraza exterior y habitaciones muy grandes. Todas las habitaciones con máquina de café. Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Un cuatro estrellas muy recomendable

We have stayed at the Novotel in Montpellier many times, normally en route to Spain. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and can be easily accessed from the autoroute. Garcia Lorca tram station is a short walk away and the tram stops right in heart of the vibrant and lively city centre. The room wasn’t anything fancy but was very clean and comfortable. The bar and reception areas have been refurbished the staff were very welcoming and helpful. During our stay, we had to move rooms due to a leak from the air-conditioning unit, this was dealt with efficiently and without drama. The car park is secure with ample spaces.

Comfortable well appointed bedroom, but un-inviting public areas. Better than average breakfast buffet with efficient breakfast staff. Dinner menu overpriced for what it is. Be wary on check out as the reception will take a pre-auth on your card prior to your stay which they then try to claim is a deposit and attempt to charge your card a second time for the full value of the stay rather than undertaking a completion on the pre-auth already taken - which is normal hospitality practice.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon.
