I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Kami kecewa dalam penginapan kami. Semasa membuat tempahan, kami secara khusus memilih ”pemandangan air” dan ruangan itu diiklankan mempunyai 2 tempat tidur ”queen”. Walaupun mungkin kedua-duanya benar secara teknikal, kami pasti merasa tersinggung. Pemandangan yang kami miliki sebenarnya ke atrium di mana anda secara teknikal dapat melihat air melalui tingkap sepanjang seberang atrium - beberapa ratus kaki jauhnya. Tempat tidur mungkin lebih besar daripada penuh tetapi sekurang-kurangnya 6 ”kurang daripada ratu lebar 60” biasa. Oleh kerana kami membayar tambahan untuk pemandangan, kami tidak merasa harganya sepadan. Ruangan di luar konteks itu bagus, tetapi ia tidak mempunyai air botol atau kopi percuma dan semasa checkout kami diberitahu bahawa itu disebabkan oleh Covid entah bagaimana yang tidak masuk akal bagi kami. Dindingnya juga agak tipis dan terasa seperti seseorang membersihkan kotoran tepat di sebelah saya ketika saya sedang tidur. Secara keseluruhannya bersih dan kakitangannya ramah tetapi tidak seperti yang kami harapkan untuk $ 700 / malam.

It met my expectations but I realized that I overpaid for the room because I booked too early:(

깨끗하고 객실도 잘 정돈 되어 있었어요. 위치도 좋았네요. 다만 조식이 없는 호텔이라는게 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 주차장도 처음가는 사람은 연결 통로 찾기가 어려워요.

Nice location with tons of restaurants around. Stylish design and pretty new. Bed is also good. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Newport.

Hotel was clean, comfy and great location for me.

設施：常規四星級酒店設施，感覺比國內的萬麗要好，酒店設施不算新，風格有點像國內麗思卡爾頓，但維護的較好。房間也很大。我們住的最高樓層，視野也不錯。 衞生：房間很乾凈。 環境：酒店地理位置很好，就在州政府辦公廳這裏，旁邊是個大商場，商場的停車庫停一整夜20美金，價格也能接受，整潔安全。住在這裏吃飯方便。商場一樓的cheese factory營業到晚上十點多，晚到的朋友不怕沒飯吃。不帶早餐的話也可以去商場一樓的麪包店吃早飯，選擇多樣也不貴。 服務：前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，沒感受到什麼歧視。

房間寬敞明亮，並且對着湖邊，非常值得推薦舒適的酒店。酒店並且有專門的班車去海邊，適合休閑常駐

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
