It is a perfect place to stay for a solo tourist. Very clean and quiet whilst located in the middle of Osaka. Nice spa and sauna, a lot of vending machines with any kind of goods. Highly recommend.

I’ve booked a very simple single bed room for one night and it was great. The restroom was just a little bit worn but overall a very clean room, great view from the 10th floor and a nice staff members, check in and check out process were very simple.Great option for a short stay in the city!

We had a pleasant stay at this cosy and modern hotel. While the room size is slightly on the smaller side, it was comfortable and clean. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants, food outlets, and bars nearby, making it convenient for dining options at any time of day. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway and train stations, providing easy access to major attractions and even nearby cities such as Kyoto and Nara. Although there is direct underground access to Osaka Station, the station complex is extremely large and can be confusing to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. We would recommend walking above ground if you’re unfamiliar with the area. It took us around 30 minutes to locate the hotel while dragging our luggage, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it’s a good choice for its location and convenience, especially for travellers looking to explore the wider region.

It was a perfect stay for me and my family. We stayed on the 27th executive floor with access to the lounge three times a day, although we barely made use of it but it was decent. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a very smooth late check in and an even straight forward check out. The room was spacious and spotless on daily bases. There were excellent amenities and coffee/tea corner. The room overlooked the station but was very quiet. We were excited every day to come back to the room and relax after long day of exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay which made our first trip to Osaka unforgettable.

First time in a love hotel, and let’s just say expectations were weirdly exceeded. The room? Actually huge—bigger than anywhere else I stayed during my Japan trip. Came complete with an obnoxiously large TV, a projector for impromptu movie marathons, karaoke setup (in case you suddenly discover your inner pop idol), and a massage chair that felt suspiciously life-changing. Oh, and obviously, a jacuzzi because normal bathtubs are for peasants. They also went hilariously overboard with amenities: coffee, tea, a small pharmacy of cosmetics, and a vending machine dispensing essentials like lingerie or contact lens solution (because clearly, these two things belong together). Yes, I genuinely bought some solution; the machine knew my struggles. Overall, weirdly awesome experience. Would do it again!

Old school Japanese hotel as described … come during golden week, hotel didn’t rise the price as much as others, clean even you can smoke in rooms

This was the best stay we had throughout our 2 weeks trip to Japan! Initially I had the impression that the stay here will be very squeezy due the images shown during booking. Upon arriving at the lobby, we were early for the check in (supposedly 3pm) and staff informed they will allow early check in at 230pm instead of 3pm. The staff were all very attentive and had superb customer service. At around 220pm they suddenly allowed us to check in which the self check in process was so seamless, totally impressed firstly by allowing us to check in earlier, and the short process. Upon reaching our room, we were even more impressed! The room was spacious where i could open all 4 luggage at once. The view outside was cast upon the river. The feature by the door where we can place our winter jackets or clothes that could be reworn was so thoughtful. The only downside was the slightly smaller bathtub which we didn’t use. The table was slightly small for 2 pax as well. The hotel supports sustainability cleaning which allow us to choose the type or extent of room cleaning that we want which was great. Personally I totally loved the real time update of the laundry room of ALL the machines and time remained. It helped me reduced unnecessary trips to the laundry room to check on my laundry and when I want to do laundry, i’ll know whether there are available machine for use. Really appreciate this feature. Our only regret is not trying the breakfast. It looked so good and we would definitely come back for our next visit to Osaka and have their breakfast!

My partner said the hotel offered the best breakfast out of our three nights in Japan. It had a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes. I joined the first session of the premium lounge in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the curation of different side dishes to pair with wine, cocktails, sake, and more. It’s a bit unfortunate that access is limited to one hour, but I understand the policy. The public bath was good, though the women’s bath was missing a Finnish sauna. The steam sauna also had a slight smell. The staff were very kind and kept our luggage until the evening before we caught our bus.

Pictures in the reviews can't seem to capture the actual look of the hotel facilities. I was expecting the facilities and amenities to be outdated but to my surprise , it wad quite the opposite ! The beds were comfortable and electrical appliances were working perfectly. For such a cheap price, I was delighted to stay in this hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Room: clean, not too small as big 2 luggages can be opened at the same time Location: convenient, 15-20 min walkable to jr osaka station and umeda station via underground walkway but in the love hotel/nightlife area, may not be good for family with young kids or some lone traveler Service: good. Before checkin, after checkout free bag deposit. We ordered some things online and the reception front received the packages for us, thank you so much. Amenities: Nice small public onsen at 12th floor The only main problem we have is no drinking water is given in the room. Sure, we can buy them at a combini close by but as most hotels provide drinking water, it should not be something that the hotel skimps on. Bonus point: fat cat in front of hotel
