"We stayed at this hotel for one night and got a great deal, probably because it was the off-season. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We had an amazing overall experience during our stay. My child absolutely loved the rooftop area and enjoyed a lot (I’ve attached a photo of it!). The view from the hotel was also beautiful. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Namba (the main market), and the surrounding local market area is also fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"We recently stayed at ANCHORED by RIHGA Osaka Namba and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with both the service and housekeeping. When we returned to our room, one of my Gucci slippers was severely damaged and the emblem on the other slipper had come off. The slippers were almost new and had only been worn indoors. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The staff member was visibly shocked, said this was not normal, and told us she would discuss it with the manager. The next day, the attitude completely changed. The manager told us the housekeeping staff denied any involvement, and therefore no compensation or solution would be offered. We found this extremely disappointing, especially because there was barely any serious attempt to resolve the situation. This discussion also took place while our airport transfer was already waiting outside, which made the experience even more stressful and unprofessional. The manager handled the situation very poorly and dismissively. In addition, we experienced several housekeeping issues during our stay. On one day, housekeeping did not show up despite us requesting cleaning service. Upon arrival, there were also stains in the sink and dirt on the floor. The hotel location is good, but unfortunately the way complaints are handled here felt very unprofessional and dismissive."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. My mother and I had an amazing stay in the hotel, location is very convenient, easy check in/out, the room is good size for a twin bed as there is also a table and two chair inside. Toilet is very clean so as the room and very good amenities. They also provide a delicious frozen breakfasts. I definitely book the same hotel once visiting Osaka again."

"The accommodation is excellent, conveniently located near the Namba area. It is within walking distance, and you can also easily take the train as it is very close to the station. The room was very clean and fully equipped with necessary amenities. There was a great selection of complimentary items available, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, slippers, combs, and razors—truly comprehensive. I would greatly appreciate it if pajamas were also provided, but the current offerings are already excellent. The service was superb. The staff were very helpful, and everyone provided great care. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"The service was very excellent! Room was simple enough for travellers who will be out and about for most parts of the day! It's conveniently located near Shinsekai area, with many izakayas you can choose from. Walking to popular destinations like tsutenkaku tower and tennoji zoo is possible! The walk from the subway was also very short (about 5 minutes)! However, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of heavy smokers! If you are sensitive to tobacco smoke, please be aware of this! This area also does not seem to be very family friendly so be aware if you are travelling with kids! The room is also too small to lay out two medium luggages unless you do it by the toilet! The toilet is also kind of narrow, which may be inconvenient for the elderly! Otherwise, I think the hotel is a great and cheap option!"

"위치는 우메다 중심가에 있어서 좋았고 호텔이 화이티 우메다 지하 상가와 계단으로 연결 돼 있어서 편했습니다. 캐리어 이동 시 호텔 정문 기준 나와서 우측으로 조금만 가면 고가 도로 밑에 엘리베이터가 있으니 이용하면 편합니다. 방은 이그제큐티브 트원룸을 묵었고 전체적으로 컨디션 좋았으나 리모델링 된 방은 아니였으며 재오픈한 호텔이라 침구류, 수건등이 다 새거라서 먼지가 상당히 많이 발생한 점이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 직원들도 전반적으로 친절하였고, 한국말 가능한 직원분도 계셔서 편했습니다."

"Новый красивый отель, маленькие номера не очень удобные, поэтому, если бронируете, то лучше побольше взять. кровать высокая, жестковатая и одеяло с подушками не очень комфортные. Завтраки вкусные, приветливый персонал. Тому кто курит не очень повезло, курилка в отеле отсутствует."

Comfortable bed and good curtains makes it dark at night • amenities: there is a clean laundry room with a microwave and ice dispenser and vanity set available • location: 10-20 min walk from main shopping area and good restaurants nearby. There is not a big supermarket in the area but one convenience store at the entrance of the hotel • staff: very supportive and kind my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement"

"Very near the train line that goes to Namba, Dotonbori, Umeda. Short walk to Mega Don Q and Shinsekai too. Room is not huge but is not tiny either, room is very cozy and the reception people are very friendly. Have water dispenser and microwave oven at the lobby for use. I would consider coming back. We got the room at a very very price as we booked a day before."

"We booked this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic — it’s directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station via the B2-level underground walkway. There are also endless shopping spots along Shinsaibashi-suji. The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new and modern. Highly recommend for a special occasion in Osaka!"
