"Good location, that's it. I live to stay in Yoho Ruslvelt, everything there was perfect except the location, here only location is perfect. So somebody left cut nails on the chair for us. We asked for a baby crib for 2 times one during the check in and again when we arrived to the room and found out there was no crib, and I was waiting for it for about one hour and when we got it.....there was no matters, no pillow, it was hard, not the same service as what we got in another Yoho branch. The bus that takes you to the boarder is very small, and you need to bring all the lugguage inside, also the light system is worse than in Ruslvelt. So if you want the location book this YoHo, if you want a comfort of the room - book another Yoho."

"We'd like to start by thanking Lisa_Y once again for her kind and attentive help with our booking questions during our stay at Studio City Macau — the same wonderful support we received during the Shenzhen leg of our trip. That said, we ran into the same ”perks” terminology issue we experienced in Shenzhen. The benefits provided by the hotel as standard and the perks provided separately by Trip.com weren't clearly distinguished, so once again we had to double-check at check-in which items actually applied. As mentioned before, we believe this really needs to be clarified between Trip.com and the hotel in advance. The water park, however, was truly top-notch. It was the absolute highlight of our time with the kids, and honestly good enough that we'd happily come back to Macau just for it again. One small downside was that, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell in the room. Aside from that, though, we were overall very satisfied with our stay, and it made for a wonderful trip with the children."

"My stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday was excellent from start to finish. The staff made me feel very welcome, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gift voucher that was given to me upon arrival. It was a lovely surprise and made the celebration feel even more special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable, and everything was well taken care of.
One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which was absolutely amazing. It was such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view, and it added so much to the overall experience. "Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau hotel is a very good place for lovers, famailies & business trip. Good facilities include swimming pool, child playground, dry and wet Sauna, Spa, gym room. I feel so relax there and also surprise in the gym room activities include Arobric, Yoga, Tai Chi, Wing Chun. "Excellent stay – outstanding reception staff Minnie and lovely rooms We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Minnie made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. "I was really worried to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but my stay was absolutely fine. If you want to save money but stay in a good area, this is a great choice. Here are a few helpful details for future guests: Best Price: In this area, this hotel is definitely the cheapest and easiest to access. It is the best option if you compare the prices of nearby hotels. The hotel looks old compared to the giant resorts in this area, but there is no need to worry! Because the price is so good, you can spend your whole day roaming around all the fancy, luxurious hotels nearby. Amazing Location: The hotel is just opposite the Galaxy Macau Diamond Lobby. You can simply take the free shuttle bus to Galaxy Macau, and once you get off, just cross the road to reach Hotel Pousada Marina Infante. It is so easy! Room Condition: My room was very clean, and there was no broken furniture at all, only the shower was too old. They even gave me a room with a Galaxy view, which was great to look at. Getting Around: It is very close to other attractions. You have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach The Venetian. Good to Know: The hotel takes a 500 HKD deposit when you check in. Overall, I had a great trip and would recommend it for budget travelers!"

Sarapan pagi yang enak, pelbagai pilihan, dan kualiti yang baik. Sarapan pagi di kebanyakan hotel di Hong Kong dan Macau memang bagus. 3. ***a hiasan keseluruhan cukup baik, tidak terlalu lama atau usang. 4. Disebabkan lokasinya, sangat mudah untuk mencari makanan di luar. Anda boleh makan di Studio City sendiri atau melintas jalan ke kompleks komersial lain. 5. Air di bilik akan diisi semula, dan terdapat perkhidmatan turndown. Kekurangan: 1. Lobi sangat kecil. Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu puncak, anda mungkin perlu beratur panjang. Kerana ruang yang kecil, ia mungkin terasa sedikit sesak. 2. Lobi tidak jauh dari Studio City. Jika ada konsert, ia agak bising. 3.
