"Beautiful rooms and facilities, but inconsistent service Pros: The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were excellent, and towels were provided there. The room also included slippers, bathrobes and four complimentary bottles of water. Two additional bottles were available for MOP 26, although Nelson kindly explained that guests can simply ask for more complimentary water if needed. A special thank-you to Nelson, who was the best member of staff we met. He helped us with our luggage, explained in detail the easiest way to travel to Hong Kong, escorted us to the bus and assisted us with many other things during our stay. His service was genuinely outstanding. Cons: Before arrival, we contacted the hotel about my son’s birthday and were promised room decorations. At reception, we were again told that the room would be decorated later, but unfortunately nothing was arranged at all. This was very disappointing, especially because the decoration had been confirmed in advance. The cash deposit also took around 30 minutes to be returned after checkout. The hotel itself is enormous and can feel like a maze; during a short stay, it is quite difficult to understand how to navigate the building and surrounding complex. Overall, the rooms, view and facilities were excellent, but the service was inconsistent. Nelson personally made our stay much better."

"Perkhidmatan yang hebat daripada Yan, Cynthia, Yok. Sebelum ketibaan kami, Yan telah membantu untuk menyokong permintaan kami dan menjelaskan maklumat yang diperlukan. Sebaik tiba, Cynthia membantu mengatur bilik bersambung, naik taraf percuma dengan pemandangan malam, kek kejutan hari jadi, hadiah alu-aluan, cenderahati istimewa dan melanjutkan daftar keluar sehingga jam 2 petang untuk kami. Turut membuat susulan untuk memastikan semuanya berada dalam keadaan baik. Dia benar-benar seorang pemain pasukan yang hebat."

"We stayed two nights and while the staff was more commendable,especially housekeeping and the breakfast team at the breakfast buffet,the hotel itself fell a bit short for the price. Check-in felt a little unaccommodating, even with no queue. The room had a dated, musty smell, and sadly, the kettle handle overheated and burned my hand while I was preparing water for our baby. To their credit, the night staff quickly replaced the kettle after checking. He was kind and responsive, though we didn't receive further gesture of concern after that. The ice i needed for the pain, i had to ask for again because nothing was brought the first time he came to the room, despite mentioning the request through the room service call. With a bit of upkeep and warmer front desk hospitality, this could be a much better stay."

"Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣"

"I celebrated my anniversary and birthday in this hotel. It was my first time staying there. They upgraded me to a suite which was awesome. The room was big and maybe more than 1000 SQ Ft. Breakfast selection was good. There was a lot of diners during breakfast and we needed to queue a long time. If they can shorten the waiting time, that would be better. My stay was pleasant. I used the gym and spa which was free and good. I will definitely stay here again"

"5-Star Review for Studio City Macau I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Studio City Macau in Taipa. The whole hotel is stunning with amazing facilities and an incredible night view. What impressed me most is the hotel staff especially the check in lady named as Tracy. Every member of the team is super friendly, polite and attentive. They went out of their way to solve all my requests and made my trip so comfortable and relaxing. Everything here exceeded my expectations completely. I will definitely come back to patronize this wonderful hotel again, and I highly recommend Studio City Macau to all visitors to Macau. Fully deserved five stars!"

"This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected! For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius. The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need. The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a ****** - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected! Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau. Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅"
