La limpieza y el personal fueron excelentes. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y comodas. Los desayunos estuvieron muy buenos y son excelentes para ahorrar del dinero disponible para estadía. Lo único que tengo que criticar es que los cristales de las ventanas estaban pintados (frosted o algo así). Esto afea el lugar, le resta elegancia y no permite apreciar el paisaje. Por otro lado, deberían tener algunos canales de televisión en español, ya que somos muchos los latinos que visitamos Florida.

efficient shuttle with friendly chatty driver, easy efficient check in, unusual decor with lots of unfinished areas (clearly deliberately so) including bedroom ceiling which was original concrete. however this was in keeping with the style and rather quirky. big comfy room great bar and cafe

The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

The service & cleanliness is always good. We have stayed here probably a dozen times in the last 3 years. It's pet friendly which has been great with our dog the last 2 trips. The lady in the restaurant has become like a friend. Certainly a friendly face every time we visit. She remembers us & every morning at breakfast, remembers our drink orders before we even sit down.

Pro - Good location on International Dr and very convenient for those who want to take an i-ride trolley to explore the area. - Walkable to Orange county convention center - very close to CVS and walkable to Walgreen - The room comes with a decent fridge (no freezer compar**ent) and a microwave. - Three swimming pools - Room is clean and the bed is comfy. Con - Room is quite old and outdated. - although it comes with a fridge and a microwave, there is no small dining table in the room and there is only one chair on a working table. - Check in is at 4 PM which is very late and the check out line is very loooong. --＞ be prepared to be in line for 15 min to get the room checked out.

The hotel was a good value. It was pretty clean and close to Walt Disney World. The pool area was nice. A few minor complaints: the first night, we had no housekeeping visit. The second night, we got back to the room to find the door hadn't been closed completely (Luckily nothing was taken but that was a BAD mistake on housekeeping's part). The room also could have used better lighting

Shuttle to Universal, Universal desk, walking distance to 3 restaurants, convenient store (albeit with questionable customers), and a mini golf course. Room was spacious and a unique shape due the round building. We had a high-floor and outside view.

It's close to two outlets (walking distance). There are some restaurants nearby. I tried Texas de Brazil at night. It's good. The hotel is new and clean. It's equipped with a kitchenette. Induction cooker, cutlery, mixing bowls, microwave oven, etc., those basic cooking tools are present. You can do some basic cooking there. I enjoyed my stay.

Came to take care of personal affairs and visit my family and friends while in town

• We wanted a hotel that would suffice for a one night stay before heading to the airport after our universal Orlando vacation. They do have a shuttle to universal studios, but I did not inquire about the times because we would not be using it. This is because we stayed at the royal pacific to get the express passes, which are good for the duration of your stay as well as your check in and check out date. Since the royal pacific hotel is on the pricy side, on our last day we checked out of the royal pacific and checked into this Fairfield Marriott to save some money on our last night and since it is very close to universal studios. The front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The only weird thing to me is that when they go to charge the deposit, for some reason it alerts your credit card as a fraud charge and you have to respond to the text message that it is not a fraud in order for the deposit to get charged. She says this happens “every time”. I think it’s a little weird that whatever way they use to charge deposits triggers a fraud alert on everyone’s credit card “every time”. I am a marriot bonvoy member and I have never experienced this before at any other hotels. Nevertheless, the charges went through correctly, and I was charged the right amount at the end of the stay. We reserved two rooms and we were put next to each other which was nice (although not connecting rooms, which is fine because we didn’t really need it or request it). The rooms are very spacious, tons of room everywhere. You can tell the hotel has had its fair share of wear and tear, but it didn’t feel low quality. They have breakfast in the lobby in the morning. It is mostly a continental breakfast with the exception of premade omelets. So if you don’t like omelets, your choices are limited. However if you do like omelets you are in luck because the omelets were really good. There are other things like muffins, bagels, bread/toast, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Be sure to get the passion orange guava juice from the machine because it’s so good. Because it was so good it ran out during breakfast and it took quite a while for it to be refilled. It was an adequate breakfast before we had to head to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel as you get a pretty good bang for your buck here with spacious rooms, included breakfast, friendly employees, and proximity to universal studios.

Ia adalah hotel yang sangat mudah untuk masuk dan keluar dari lapangan terbang Bas Shantou beroperasi setiap 15 minit, dan mengangkut tetamu ke dan dari lapangan terbang dan hotel secara percuma di tingkat sembilan adalah luas. Sarapan paginya banyak, dengan pelbagai jenis yang lazat.

The room was immaculate! I can’t emphasize in words how I enjoyed myself! My Husband and I will be back soon. GRADE A

Very nice and easy to get to. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They have a small bar/restaurant in the lobby to buy food or drinks and in the side they sell snacks and drinks also. Good location. Easy checkin got to check in a little bit before time which was perfect. Didn’t get to use the pool because it was raining but it looks nice. Overall very good

We had a great stay. The hotel is next to major roads if you are going to downtown Miami or elsewhere. The breakfast included was basic, and with high quality products and offerings. The one observation is that you have to request room cleaning service 24-hrs in advance or they won't come to clean the bathroom and empty trash cans. I was fine with not changing sheets and towels everyday for eco-friendly reasons, but I would suggest the front-desk to remind guests of this cleaning-upon-request. However, when we did ask for room cleaning the day before we left, the front desk graciously made that happen that same day. I will stay there again on my next trip.

I flew into Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport for just 2 nights. Came in for a dive trip out of Harpoon Lagoon (which I totally recommend as a top dive shop and charter site) out of Miami. Found this hotel accidentally and completely and totally recommend to anyone. First I want to say the location of the hotel was perfect. 30 - 40 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport there is not need to pay more and fly directly into Miami. A quick Lyft and you arrive at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach and definitely Miami Vibe; however, the hotel is located in an area where you can feel the vibe without being in the middle of riff raff. The hotel is a hostel hybrid type. You can rent a bungalow for a say 5 or six or 1 room. I traveled alone so I stayed in a King room in the guest house. The room and facility was excellently clean, friendly, beautiful and I would describe it romantic in ways. It has a restaurant that is right next to the pool. Fabolous full bar and excellent service with very reasonable price for the area. The atmosphere fits just about anyone. You have at night a very up class nicely night life dressed group and also those literally there in bathing suits at the pool. Very unique and very awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. My stay was 2 nights and it was so worth it. I recommend this hotel to anyone and cant wait to bring my girlfriend next time for the experience and romantic atmosphere.

Bilik-bilik di tingkat atas memiliki balkoni kecil, dan tidak ada balkoni di lantai lain. Bilik ini mempunyai 4 tingkap kecil, terutamanya kerana lokasi yang baik, di pusat bandar, tetapi biliknya sangat gelap dan sama sekali tidak terang.

The hotel overall is just ok. The breakfast option was very limited and the pool was very small. We had to walk quite a distance to get stuff from a supermarket. On the plus, the room had all convenience including a full kitchen.

Amazing location in Miami Beach. Great quality price rate. The room is simple with everything you need except free water. The staff was nice and helpful. The room isn’t greatly sound proof.
