Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando.

We arrived very late at night for our cruise the following day, so this was a perfect location for us. The hotel is situated inside Miami international airport so you don’t even have to travel anywhere. The only thing we found was that there were no sign posts, we had to keep stopping people to ask where it was, we walked for around 10 mins and after asking around 3/4 people we eventually found it. It is round a corner behind a Mexican restaurant and basically just what looks like an information desk. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room free of charge from a double to a king room. We got into the lift and found our room on the 4th floor, the corridors could do with some updating and looked a bit like walking through a prison. Our room was at the end of a corridor. It was very clean and tidy and a lot nicer than I expected. There was a coffee maker and some biscuits under the dressing table and plenty of hanging space and a steamer in the wardrobe. The bathroom was clean with hand wash and body lotion and shower gel. The bed was very confortable and after our late arrival we just went straight to sleep. We woke the next morning, had a quick coffee and booked an Uber to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay before a cruise or flight

Great location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Ac working well. Only bad point is the man on reception isn’t the most welcoming of customer service- a bit rude.

Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites by the Parks in Orlando and had a solid experience. The location is excellent—just minutes from the Disney parks and convenient for dining and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with reliable A/C and decent soundproofing for a good night’s rest. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, and housekeeping was consistent. Breakfast was basic but convenient before heading to the parks. Parking was easy, and Wi‑Fi worked fine for emails and streaming. Not a luxury property, but great value for the area and perfect if the priority is proximity to attractions and a clean, comfortable stay.

The entire staff was very nice. We had to evacuate due to a fire in the hotel. The front desk receptionist ran to every floor and ordered an evacuation. She went above and beyond. My only request would be that toast is offered at breakfast. Bagels were the only bread option and although they are yummy toast has less carbs. 😬

Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.

Buen hotel. El desayuno es básico y monótono. El aseo de habitaciones solo se realiza a pedido. Tener cuidado ya que en el hotel hay que pagar el resort free (35 dolares por noche por habitación) Tiene muy buenas vistas.

Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.

Check in experience was good. Property is very big and spacious with plenty of amenities. We stayed to enjoy our universal trip. There are many shuttles goes to universal at different timings in a day. Service with in the property is good everyone was very helpful. But i had one issue with the appliances provided in the rooms were not clean and room had weird smell in the bathroom which eventually you wont smell much if you keep the bathroom fan on all the time. Appliances in the room are old. Carpet was not cleaned properly. Rooms are spacious.
