깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 특히 침실과 분리되어 있는 별도 룸이 있어, 좋았습니다, 조식이 다소 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 나머진 다 맘에 들었습니다.

Check in experience was good. Property is very big and spacious with plenty of amenities. We stayed to enjoy our universal trip. There are many shuttles goes to universal at different timings in a day. Service with in the property is good everyone was very helpful. But i had one issue with the appliances provided in the rooms were not clean and room had weird smell in the bathroom which eventually you wont smell much if you keep the bathroom fan on all the time. Appliances in the room are old. Carpet was not cleaned properly. Rooms are spacious.

a wonderful hotel, which is located very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has its own area on the beach, but you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella, and you are given a voucher, according to which they provide all this on the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast ! The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot. And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold. If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place.

We arrived very late at night for our cruise the following day, so this was a perfect location for us. The hotel is situated inside Miami international airport so you don’t even have to travel anywhere. The only thing we found was that there were no sign posts, we had to keep stopping people to ask where it was, we walked for around 10 mins and after asking around 3/4 people we eventually found it. It is round a corner behind a Mexican restaurant and basically just what looks like an information desk. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room free of charge from a double to a king room. We got into the lift and found our room on the 4th floor, the corridors could do with some updating and looked a bit like walking through a prison. Our room was at the end of a corridor. It was very clean and tidy and a lot nicer than I expected. There was a coffee maker and some biscuits under the dressing table and plenty of hanging space and a steamer in the wardrobe. The bathroom was clean with hand wash and body lotion and shower gel. The bed was very confortable and after our late arrival we just went straight to sleep. We woke the next morning, had a quick coffee and booked an Uber to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay before a cruise or flight

Very nice stay staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms clean bed comfy would recommend for a couple of nights stay. Very well organised and structured they have covered everything. Breakfast was basic but good choice and fulfilling. Compliment shuttle to the port very good.

Social media and the website make it look a lot more upscale than it is. The rooftop bar had the tiles on the floor literally caving in. The rooms were pretty clean but extremely small with the view of bushes and the parking lot. Walls were thin so you could hear pretty much everything going on. The hotel was in close proximity to everything but the location was still a little run down. Overall, i'd say a 2.5/5 stars and that's honestly being generous. I stayed four night and they didn't even offer to come clean the room or give extra toiletries until Saturday and that's only because we asked. The pool had about maybe three-four lounge chairs around it. Other than that, it was very small and the rooftop area was very crowded and compact. It worked for the time being but I would not stay here again.

Outdoor Pool is well managed, staffs are kind and disney bus is always on schedule it was good for the price
