Сам отель хороший, но не понравилась плохая вентиляция в номерах. Кондиционер вроде работает, но в номера всегда влажно. Ничего не сохнет. Через какое-то время ощущается нехватка кислорода, но при этом фрамугу открыть не представляется возможность Хорошие завтраки, всего за 5$ Смешанные чувства

Perfect location inside of the MIA - no need for hotel shuttle etc , just walk to Concourse E . I have stayed several times there and noticed this time that the rooms have been upgrated to a more modern look - was necessary !

지나가면서 늦은 시간 체크인, 새벽 체크아웃이 필요해 저렴히 할인되길래 잠깐 몇시간 이용했는데 너무 좋았어요. 처음에 주차장 입구가 자동문인지 모르고 닫혀있길래 못들어가고 있다가 마침 다른 차가 들어가기에 다행히 따라 들어갔습니다. 일단 프론트가 예쁘고 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 방도 널찍널찍하고 바닥도 카펫이 아니라 장판이라 좋았습니다. 주차도 무료이고, 조식도 준다던데 새벽 체크아웃이라 이용을 못했네요. 짧은 시간이지만 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다. 감사합니다.

The hotel is not bad, however there were a couple of downsides: 1. The service was extremely slow, every time we had to wait for 20 minutes at the reception. 2. I have received a small package and had to pay $9 USD pick up fee. 3. I forgot my jacket at my room and when I called the hotel they said that they were unable to locate it. 4. The room was not cleaned and the shampoos/soap were not refilled as well as the towels were not picked up from the floor or changed within several days of my stay. Otherwise, it was pretty clean but not spotless. I haven't tried the breakfast so can't say. The parking is free.

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient budget hotel. Room was large, allowed early check in. We only used it for overnight sleeping and getting to universal. It is as close to universal as their own resorts. There was some noise as the walls are thin but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

A mi me encanta este hotel he ido otras veces y en esta lleve a mi familia pero lo único que nunca me ha gustado es que cae una gota de agua y te sacan de la piscina , incluso mi familia se quejó de lo mismo esta vez , solo por un aire que hizo ,nada de truenos y nos mandaron a salir ,y luego que uno se seca ya no dan ganas de entrar más .Ademas que me dijeron pagas 85 en el hotel y me cobraron 150 y nunca me devuelven .Yo tengo reservación de nuevo para agosto si no me devuelven esta vez no pienso ir más porque al final del día estoy pagando lo mismo que puedo pagar en otros .
