The hotel is well located in the centre close to shops, restaurants and about 1.1km from the grotto (10-12 mins walk) The staff are very friendly and very welcoming especially Chris, Thiago and Fatima. It would be nice to be welcomed as an Accor member. Chris was super friendly and suggested things to do and see. Breakfast each morning was decent and did the job. It consist of croissants, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, marmalade etc with fresh cafe and selection of coffee too. The breakfast is more continental so don’t expect a full fledged breakfast (you pay what you get) The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms have international travel plug attached; very handy. Each day my room was serviced, it was spotless( thanks to an amazing housekeeping team). It would be good to see a coffee/ tea/ kettle in the room for easy access. Bed was super comfortable and had a good sleep the rest of the 2 nights I stayed, the first night of sleep was miserable (doors slamming, the walls are thin hence you can hear the communication and telly in the other rooms, kids screaming up till 1am). The phone in the room didn’t work, I could not even ask for a room move that time of the night.As I was out most of the time it didn’t bother me much but someone who has sleep issues, could be a bit noisier at times. Ask for a room at the back(tough you might be woken up at 530am with noise from the kitchen fans). There is no food available onsite so if you need to grab a bite, takeaway is your best bet(there’s a chipper across the street and a kebab place). The meals served are ready to eat and needs a microwave to heat it up (not something I would like to see in an Accor brand tough ibis is a mid scale hotel). I was informed by the staff at the desk about this new policy. Overall a good experience and would recommend the ibis Lourdes hotel for a short visit.

We all look for a hotel to provide a complete, pleasant experience. However, when you “sort through” the component parts of a stay, the single most important part of the stay has to be the importance of a comfortable, good night’s sleep. This hotel advertises, on its website that it has air conditioning. When you check in, you read that the hotel prides itself in providing a 19.5 degree Celsius temp for a great night’s sleep. We had been staying on the Mediterranean coast, but would have been required to arise at around 2 AM in order to make our flight the next morning. We decided on this hotel, because of its nearness to the airport, providing us a connecting flight to Paris. We found it on TripAdvisor and other sites as well. We called and made our reservation. When we arrived in the room, it was very warm - 25.5 Celsius. It’s completely understandable that they would not want to spend the money to condition the air in rooms that are not occupied. We turned down the air as low as it would go at around 5 pm and waited in the room for two hours - the restaurant did not open until 7 pm. The temp had not come down any at all in the first two hours, but it was the heat of the day. After arriving back in the room after supper, the room was still 25.5°C. The sun was still up, and it had been a very warm day. Once again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We tried to go to bed, but the temperature never came down. At around 1 AM when the temperature was still 25.5°C, I called the front desk and told the young man that the room was not cooling and we desperately needed to sleep. He asked me if I correctly set the thermostat device and I told him that I was quite certain I had. He was concerned that I might not be understanding the device, so he asked me to come downstairs where he could demonstrate the procedure for setting the temp at the lowest level. I got dressed and went downstairs, and after he explained the procedure to me, I advised him that that is exactly what I was doing. This young man was very polite and told me he had no choice but to give us another room. We switched rooms and the new room was at 23.5°C. I turned it all the way down the moment we walked in and within 20 minutes the temperature had gone up a half a degree - probably from being opened up and disturbing the air with hallway air. It never went down. We were completely miserable. The lack of rest made our Paris flight and the subsequent trans Atlantic flight to Atlanta very tiring. Perhaps the outside temp was unseasonably warm (I don’t know). However, if a hotel doesn’t supply its hotel with enough air conditioning to cool the rooms for customers during the warmest months of the year, it either should not advertise Air Conditioning or should shut down and not sell rooms during that period of time. Un hôtel très moyen au niveau de la qualité des prestations et de la propreté. Rien à dire concernant la literie ou l’insonorisation qui sont très correctes mais sur la propreté et l’hygiène des chambres … Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas terrible pour le prix sans compter les problèmes de TPE … cela n’empêche pas d’être aimables et de préciser avec courtoisie ce qu’on a le droit de manger sur quel buffet par exemple. Au final un repas froid en novembre et relativement light sans compter les réflexions désobligeantes. Bref ! Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel et encore moins le restaurant. Seul l’emplacement est intéressant près du parc club du millénaire !

Montpellier City Center
We stayed here on a whim after rerouting our trip. We did not know much about the area, but wanted to be near the city center. Montpellier is a university town with a very vibrant college crowd. This hotel is an easy walk to the main sights in Montpellier and to some great restaurants. The room had a great layout, was very comfortable, and with the option of a decent breakfast offering. We had a car and parking was available on site, which was wonderful after some of the parking issues we had elsewhere. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Our room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it. Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products. Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it

I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.
ibis Albi

Leider hatten wir nur 1 Übernachtung buchen können, jedoch der Aufenthalt im Ibis Albi war perfekt. Bei der Ankunft ein sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist hat uns eingescheckt. Zusätzlich sehr hilfreiche Erklärungen zu Albi und gleich mit Stadtplan versorgt und Touristisch wichtigen Punkte markiert. Hier an diese Stelle nochmals vielen Dank, beim Ausschecken war er leider nicht da. Das Hotel mit eigenen Parkplatz mit Tiefgarage, bequem zum Parken, mit Fahrstuhl gleich in die richtige Etage. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Auch das Zimmer, Badezimmer inklusive alles ”tip-top”. Die Betten wohlig und für einen guten Schlaf. Unser Zimmer war im 3 Stock sehr ruhig gelegen , zumal das Hotel an einer sehr verkehrsmässig stark Frequentierten Hauptstrasse liegt, Vorteil, von hier kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Wir haben diesmal obwohl sehr gutes Angebot , kein Früstück eingenommen. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch von Albi, dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Auf jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

👍🏻 Première fois en appartement hôtel, le studio est grand avec 1 séjour cuisine et une chambre. La cuisine est super équipée et on peut absolument tout faire : du café aux oeufs au plat. Le frigo permet de stocker des achats alimentaires. 👍🏽 Chauffage et climatisation compris. Silence des chambres. L'hôtel est bien desservi par les bus et le métro pour aller au centre ville, et aux alentours il y a des commerces, boulangeries, supérettes, kebabs ouz bars. 👎 Très mauvaise literie et les couvertures étaient pleines de cheveux des anciens clients. De même le sol avait une couche de moutons, et les rideaux étaient à moitié déchirés, mais on peut utiliser les volets roulants pour se préserver le soir.

A modern, clean, compact addition to Campanile’s genre of city hotels, located in a built-up area and only a 20 minute walk to the awesome Sainte- Cecile 13th century gothic cathedral. It is claimed to be the largest brick-built cathedral and is truly impressive. The hotel room was a good example of Campanile’s standard design, spacious enough for a short stay with comfortable beds that we have come to expect. We slept well, although one has to accept some street noise from the usual culprits - motorbikes. Parking is a little restricted for the size of hotel, so it pays not to arrive late. The hotel has an attractive lounge and breakfast bar, but no restaurant. However, there is an excellent Spanish restaurant (La Cocina) alongside, where we dined. Altogether, the hotel was just fine for our stay in this very interesting city.
Kyriad Carcassonne - AÉROPORT

We had an excellent stay at Kyriad. The room was as expected, basic but very clean. The breakfasts are buffet style, included are cereals, fruit, a variety of breads, ham, cheeses, bacon and egg. It filled us up for the day. Evening menu was limited but the food was very good. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves most evenings. As mentioned on previous reviews, its quite a walk into the Cite, and 20 euro's for a taxi, around 10 minutes if you have a car. However the location is handy for the autoroutes, if like us you want to explore the region. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Kyriad
