Best place i have stayed in vietnam could not recommend it more. We came in at 5am after a sleeper bus and when we got there we were greeted with fruit and buns. We got to check in early and sleep for a few hours. Room was lovely with a double bed and ensuite. We rented bikes and we got free water for the day after doing this. The staff were lovely. They provide a laundry service- I gave 2kg of clothes at 10am and it was left waiting outside my room all clean and dry at 4pm. Breakfast was included this was nice too. We also were given snacks and water for our next bus after leaving. If staying in Ninh Binh you should definitely book with Homestay Koi!!

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! La piscine est tout simplement incroyable et parfaite pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. La patronne est super gentille et toujours prête à aider. Le petit-déjeuner est au top, offrant une variété de choix délicieux. L'hôtel propose une multitude de services comme la location de vélos et de scooters, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer les environs. De plus, ils vous conseillent sur les itinéraires à suivre à Ninh Binh, ce qui est un grand plus pour découvrir cette belle région. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % !

We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Ninh Binh and were able to see so much of the area in just one day. The location of the home stay was super for this and we were also delighted that the staff were helpful in arranging transport to the train station and Trang An. Until we came to leave, we would have been comfortable leaving a 3 or 4 out of 5 rating. We were however made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who oversaw our stay, as he began hassling us to leave a review before we had had breakfast. This intensified when we returned from our day out; we were obliged to leave a review before he would drive us to the station (which we had already paid him for). We left a generous review on *********** (averaged at 8.0/10) which did highlighted the one area we felt was lacking - the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The man then proceeded to drive incredibly unsafely (including at points driving without holding the steering wheel, across two lanes in relatively busy traffic and far slower than the rest of the traffic) whilst using his phone to translate his haranguing of us about our review, eventually resulting in us having to speak to his boss on the phone about why we hadn’t left a 10/10 review. The entire interaction left us feeling distinctly uncomfortable and spoiled the end of our trip. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle, even though it was not in the drop-off location we had agreed.

We’ve booked a one-week trip with Mr Truong. It was just incredible and we highly recommend him. We’ve seen beautiful places up north where we could live local adventures away from tourist spots. He organized for us a French-speaking guide who was amazing. Truong is a very good driver, a flexible and smart person. He even found a solution for us to avoid the typhoon. We stayed three nights in his friendly home and everything was perfect (cleaned room, tasty meals and lovely atmosphere). Thank you again Mr Truong and family for making our trip unforgettable. Mi familia de 4 hemos pasado 5 noches aqui.La habitación para cuatro era super. grande. Y daba al jardin en frente de la piscina .El desayuno proporciona Fruta,zumo riquisimo, café o te,y luego una gran variedad de huevo ys sea scrambled,frito,tortilla etc ,noodle..con pan...La vegetación es una pasada.Tiene unas vistas al rio preciosas.Thuong es una mujer simpática y muy agradable que te ayuda en todo.El lugar está cerca del embarcadero...no hay ruido y recomiendo este alojamiento mucho!!! Tam coc y sus alrededores tiene tanto para ver...Bai Dihn pagoda,barcas de Tran Ang,Hang Mua ,Bich dong pagoda..etc. Tiene bicis . Que puedes usar y pasear por los arrozales con unas vistas maravillosas...ha sido una estancia increible . Gracias Thuong!!!

This home stay is just great, you have everything you need, it is simple but clean bedsheet, clean overall, bathroom is ok for home stay. The highlights are renting motorbike from them, the FOOD and hospitality are spot on, the food might be the best you will eat in Vietnam, good home food, fried banana 😍 spring rolls the list can be very extensive. We will recommend this place to all our friends if they are visiting the region! Thank you Jasmine and team.

Accueil très chaleureux, on se sent comme à la maison, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer la maman et le papa de la pension qui nous on présenté fièrement leur famille et nous ont donné un petit cours de vietnamien. La chambre était très agréable et surtout pas chère par rapport a sa qualité. Nous conseillons vivement.

Really impressed with this small hotel. Took a day off the motorbike to chill out. The room was beautiful and clean, 3 big windows with sunlight, everything well laid out including desk, kettle, fridge (in a cupboard so not noisy), luggage rack and seats. Big shower with plenty of hot water, and heaters which were interesting. The bed was fantastic and the area is quiet at night. I’ve been staying in Guest houses and hotels around Vietnam 150-800vnd and this is one of the best even though mid range price. Linh as the host is very caring & kind, we stayed here and feels like home. Eventho she was busy, she always happy to helped us. Thanks Linh! Looks like she’s detail oriented person, so don’t worry to stay here.

관광을 목적으로 한다면 위치는 너무 좋습니다. 가성비로 따진다면 역시 최고 입니다. 우리가 평가를 하기전에 호텔에 지불한 비용을 생각한다면 약간의 아쉬움은 감수해야 합니다. 시설은 오래 되었고, 청결한 실내는 아니며, 일반적인 호텔 서비스를 기대하기는 아쉽네요. 사장님의 친절은 기대해도 좋습니다.
