The airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

All the staffs are friendly and helpfull, especially Miss Nissa who take care our room reservation. The room is clean, the view is extraordinary .. we can have a mountain and beach view.. all the amenities are provided. The swimming pool is beautiful, plus they have private beach with unique bamboo in the front. We’re really enjoying our stay with Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer, keep the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My experience in double tree bintaro was overall 4.5/5.0 everything was perfect until the breakfast buffet. First of all staff was not attentive upon arrival and they simply just said seat wherever you want although there was no table available at that moment. So we had to ask around if the seats were available to dinning hall staffs. Also i asked one of the staff where is the sambal (hot sauce) and he asked me he doesn’t know where they put the hot sauce. It was a funny but kinda embarrassing situation if i was the staff at this hotel. Other than that it was overall good experience. Oh and there were No cotton buds in the amenities. So bring your own.

Standard wise I would say it’s closer to higher end 4* hotels. One of the better options if you’re around this area 👍🏻 hotel exterior looks good and view from room is nice too! Have to compliment the bathroom amenities. Love their room slippers (it’s diff from usual) and though I didn’t get to try out their bath bomb and salts, they actually provide it for free to customers. Their bathtub area looks like those meant for spa use. If you’re interested in that you can check it out

The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The food and entertainment are great. We enjoy our stay here. Just 1 thing that disappointed for me, the trademark of tentrem is the lemongrass fragrance. But when i came to the lobby, the fragrance was not detectable..

Sangat2 mengecewakan dgn sikap ibu Rina marketing yg tdk profesional dlm menyikapi laporan hingga menimbulkan hal yg tdk menyenangkan & membuat tdk nyaman pd kami . Kejadian berawal saat kami sewa alat karaoke 300 rb/hari dr pihak resort saat dipergunakan jam 22.00 wib dtg mas petugas hotel menyampaikan batas waktu ber karaoke agar dimatiin kami patuhi krn itu sdh aturan & agar tdk mengganggu penghuni lain, jam 23.00 wib dtg lg petugas hotel atas perintah ibu Rina akan mengambil alat karaoke dgn alasan waktu sewa habis. Hal ini yg membuat sy kesal, tdk ada perjanjian sewa alat batasnya sampai jam 22.00 wib & sy mempergunakan alat karaoke sdh sesuai batas waktu berkaraoke... Koq sy malah dituduh mengganggu penghuni lain padahal jelas2 lewat dr jam 22.00 win sy sdh tdk berkaraoke & kedua petugas hotel yg dtg ke vila mengetahui hal itu..... Mhn kpd Ibu Rina jika menerima laporan di cek dulu, telusuri & pastikan asal muasal kebisingan tdk langsung memvonis & mengambil kebijakan yg menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan konsumen yg merupakan bagian dr aset/sumber devisa buat hotel.
