Hotel 5-Star di West Java, Indonesia

Everything was great here the environment, the room, the service, and all the facilities were good. The beverages at the cafe were delicious, and the food from the restaurant tasted satisfying. My kid also loved the fish pond feeding time. However, the breakfast was just so-so. I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Despite that minor issue, it is still a highly recommended place for a family getaway.

Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality. Location bit far from city center. No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required. Overall meet expectation.

This is the most worth it Hotel in Puncak Area, even it is near from Jakarta (like you stay in Bogor City). The service is best, eventhough there were some misunderstandings, they always be responsible to give customer satisfaction. My room was also upgraded for free and it was an amazing room. The facility is perfect for family with 3 pools, games room, as well as free photoshoot. One thing that I feel not satisfied was the breakfast system, it was not buffet caused by the occupancy that low. The gap price between room with BF nd non BF is big, however if the buffet is ala carte it was not too worth it tho.

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

Nice ambiance, quite pack for breakfast place. But for the food it was complete enough. Nice for family stay and they have kids movie place.love it

Highly recommended! All the staff is friendly and accommodating every request were attended with full of smiles. The breakfast spread is beyond our expectations. Will sure comeback!

Pertama kali menginap di Hotel Padma merupakan pengalaman yang luar biasa. Dari awal check in kamar diupgrade dari Deluxe Room jd Premier with Balcony. Lalu mendapatkan complimentary afternoon tea yang semua menunya ga ada yang failed.. Enakkk bangettt.. Fasilitas kamar luar biasa.. Kebersihan ga usah ditanya dehhh.. Kemudian saat sarapan menunya banyak dan semua lezat. Kami dilayani oleh pramusaji ”Gilang” yang dengan sangat ramah serta sigap melayani kami.. Adventure Park yang cukup luas dan lengkap, ga bakal bosan deh terutama jika membawa anak-anak.. Sukses selalu Padma Hotel Bandung ❤️

It was an aesthetically good resort in my opinion and basically enjoyed quite a bit. The food and the room was good overall however the water from the shower was very dirty. Some black small particles came along with the water, it was clearly visible since the shower was installed in the tub.

Kali pertama melawat hotel ini. Kakitangan sangat ramah. Penyambut tetamu Satria menerangkan kepada saya dengan sangat jelas dan mesra. Imej pertama sangat dialu-alukan ke hotel ini. Kemudahannya sangat baik. Walaupun mereka bukan hotel baru tetapi dijaga dengan baik. Peralatan gim juga bagus. Beberapa masalah berkaitan kualiti makan malam, ia adalah menu sate maranggi. Ia adalah kekerasan yang sangat teruk untuk standard hotel 5 bintang. Perlu diperbaiki atau turunkan menu jika ia bukan menu kegemaran. Perkara lain ialah penebat bilik. Alangkah menjengkelkan apabila bunyi motorsikal kedengaran di dalam bilik sehingga tengah malam.
