Hotel 5-Star di Lima Province, Peru

Such a cool hotel! They greeted us with a smile, refreshing towels, and delicious drinks, and even let us check in earlier than scheduled. The cleaning service is superb. The view from the pool is amazing. There are water dispensers with clean water on every floor. It's quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is spotless. The only minor issue is that it's a bit tricky to get the water temperature just right – it's either scorching hot or ice cold. But overall, it's an excellent hotel that made me love Peru even more. Great neighborhood! Great city! Great hotel! Wonderful country! Thank you!

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay — the delicious food 🍽️🥐, the excellent service 🤍, and all the additional amenities that made our experience even more special. Waking up in a comfortable king-size bed 🛏️, enjoying the breakfast buffet, and relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks 🍹🏊♀️ made our time here unforgettable. Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

Poor sound insulation, obedient in the next room can be heard. The most important thing is that when I was preparing to book other Hilton hotels in the past two days, I found that the hotel did not give me a score. At that time, I had already shown him the account of Golden member and provided the account information.

Nice fancy hotel in the business district of Lima. Rooms are spacious and very nice. The gym is nice and relatively big for a hotel. The rooftop pool is also a nice bonus. The location / area is safe and fancy but a bit far away from the historical center and from the pacific.

The hotel is in a great location, next to a large Lima mall, less than 1 minute away. You can go there often. There are many convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. around. The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. The room is also very large and comfortable. There is also a jacuzzi. It is along the street and a bit noisy, but the windows can be closed to block 95%. The soundproofing effect is very good. The only drawback is that the towels should be replaced, they are not so new.

If you want to remember this city at first glance, then stay in the JW Ocean View Room. It's perched on a rock, and down below you you can see Haidian Avenue, the shopping mall complex, and the surrounding affluent neighborhood where people stroll in the evening. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but still managed to catch the sunset. Lima is a city where there's no bad food, and it has amazing ingredients. I've never seen asparagus this thick before, and the corn was enormous. It's not genetically modified; it's the yang energy of this place that nurtures its ingredients.

This is a great option in Lima. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are large and beautiful.
