This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

I am currently staying at the hotel and it has been a great experience so far. I have a neck/back issue and as requested for differenr pillow, they promptly offered me so many options. Also, when I inquired about some techniaclities in the room, never did I get someone from maintenance so fast as I did here, someone immediately came to support me. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the room is really modern and functional, nothing like depicted by previous reviews. As a Platinum IHG member I am used to having great experiences and they offered the same high level of service.

Stay away as long they are renovating. Noise during the day is making to have a meeting at this hotel impossible! Rooms are ok, but there are betters just around the corner. La Vista restaurant is very slow and cannot comply with a schedule for food during a meeting! Disappointing hotel for the price they charge even when renovating!

The hotel and staff are extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The restaurant at breakfast was excellent. The bar staff especially Carlos Ricapa was friendly, knowledgeable and serves the best drinks. Valeria at the front desk is the best. I am so happy and feel at home everytime Im at the Westin in Lima. The spa is fantastic.The cleanliness of the room and room service are great. I absolutely love it there. I cannot wait to return.

Excelente servicio por parte del staff, la ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo en familia y las tarifas muy accesibles; sugiero inviertan en renovar las instalaciones y mi única queja fue el suministro de agua caliente el cual a veces daba problemas de manera frecuente.

We had stayed at another Hilton the previous time we came to Lima, but after staying at the Double Tree, we will only return to this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and it has a full gym you can use that provides you with water and a towel when you go. And what really sold it for us was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible, but three people went above and beyond for us. Angel from the hotel restaurant provided top-notch service every morning to us. Also, Alondra from the front desk spent so much time with us, helping us set up our tours to ensure we had a fantastic time. She always had a smile on her face and we never felt like she was bothered by us. On the contrary, she was always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Also, the person that provided service to our room was terrific (unfortunately, I can’t remember his name). Every day he wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We had an amazing experience and we will be coming back to this hotel over and over again as long as we continue to get the same experience.

Stayed for 4 nights for business, staying on the executive floor (thank you for the courtesy upgrade) we were able to enjoy all that was available on offer at the Hotel. The mornings usually started at the gym, where if there was any gripe it was that all the treadmills had some minor issue which meant I used the bike for my routine instead. Overall though the gym had plenty of equipment and space to perform my morning routines happily. Breakfast was usually downstairs in the main restaurant. The breakfast options were plenty and the staff was always attentive and friendly. As it was a short and hectic business visit we used the executive lounge and the restaurant extensively. The food options from the restaurant were plenty and we enjoyed this both for lunch and dinner on multiple occasions and each time the food was delicious. The staff at the executive lounge and concierge (Rodrigo/Jorge) were fabulous. The restaurant team was also wonderful especially Fabiola and Eduardo though the whole team deserve recognition for their attentive and welcoming styles. PERFECT IN EVERY-WAY!!! Had the most wonderful time. I stayed a total of 4 nights. The location is excellent, very close to most of my family members. Loved the breakfast choices. Has the best restaurants right across the street: Shi-Nua, Anima e Cuore, Osso. Also, Astrid & Gastón 2 blocks away. The hotel has 5 star service. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a massage at the Spa, just what I needed. The workout area was spotless and had the newest of machines. Diego Salas, one of the bellmen was extra helpful, in different occasions he went out of his way to accommodate me. The last day I had a chance to briefly meet the Regional General Manager, Mr. Frank Spielvogel, what a pleasure, no wonder the hotel has so high standards.

Located in a safe and residential area. 20 minutes by taxi from the Mariflores area. The rooms are clean but in need of some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. I gave a 5 star because of the service, I arrived early around 12.00 and I did not have to wait, I was also given a late checkout which was a plus. On both occasion Luis was helpful. When I arrived there was a gentleman at the door, I was expecting to get some assistance with the luggage but that did not happen. Apart from that the hotel is reasonably priced. Few minutes away there is a shopping mall with a selection of high street shops and few restaurant (nothing fancy!)
