Saya agak kerap di sini. Apabila saya melangkah masuk untuk mendaftar masuk, setiap dokumentasi sudah dicetak dan hanya meletakkan tandatangan saya. Tidak sampai 5 minit aku sudah berada di dalam bilik.

Tried out new concept with M Qube & it turned a pleasant stay. It is clean & well maintained in all areas. You will get all basic that needed after check-in and in your own cube. Locked locker provided also which no need worry your belongings with no where store but suggested for small/medium size only. Great ME-Time spent in own cube. You will have shared bathroom and it is acceptable clean level. Just to watch up that your amenities shower tray will be get wet if using standing rain shower head as it will spill all around. Location ok as there is a food court next to the building and the price is reasonable. I think gotten my second home to stay in whenever visit Penang 😊 Will be back soon!

Saya mempunyai penginapan yang baik di sini.. Lokasi adalah tepat untuk saya.. Ruang di dalam asrama 4 katil adalah satu cabaran, tetapi bagaimanapun ia adalah tempat berehat😊. Pintu loker selamat adalah besar, tetapi ruang di dalamnya agak mengelirukan terutamanya dengan titik pengecas di dalamnya. anda tidak boleh mengecas peranti anda dengan loker tertutup🤦🏻♂️ dan untuk menambah dilema, pintu loker terbuka pada bantal apabila diletakkan di atas kepala setiap katil. 😔(Mungkin mereka merancangnya memikirkan orang perlu mengecas peranti mereka dengan selamat di dalam loker). Secara keseluruhan saya menikmatinya dan pasti akan mengesyorkan😎👍🏻

Disebabkan sebab istimewa menaiki bot, saya perlu daftar keluar dari hotel buat sementara waktu Ia sudah melepasi waktu daftar keluar, tetapi saya masih berjaya mendaftar keluar dari hotel. Terima kasih banyak kepada bos. Ia adalah pengalaman yang baik.

Persekitaran hotel di sekitarnya sangat bagus, seperti persekitaran vila, tetapi pintu bilik adalah pintu kayu solid lama, jenis pintu di dalam kelas, ada perasaan tidak aman, kemudahan di dalamnya sangat sederhana, seperti hotel, keseluruhannya masih baik, terutamanya kerana sikap layanannya sangat baik

The room is enough, friendly and helpful staff, necessary amenities, clean and tidy as well as really safe! Affordable prices in the heart of Gurney Drive itself. Walking distance to 2 famous malls (Gurney plaza and Gurney Paragon), as well as petrol station and eateries just a stroll away.

Location is easy access. Room is spacious. Just 30 second walking to beach..check in is very convenience but need to contact owner before arrival for check in process. We had very pleasant stay ☺️

We had an average stay for the three nights that we were here. Easy to walk to popular locations such as Love Lane and there is a shop next door providing laundry and travel services. The aesthetic of the guesthouse was cool. It’s minimalistic and ideal for Instagram pictures if that’s your thing. We had a private room with a shared bathroom. There was always hot water and the bathroom facilities didn’t get too busy so it meant we never had to wait for the toilet or shower. It doesn’t appear that the guesthouse has a cleaner which is a necessity. There was dirty laundry in bin bags in the hallway for the whole time we stayed. The ground floor and first floor toilet area started to really smell awful towards the end of our stay. And a lot of the toilets kept getting blocked which was gross. It didn’t bother us too much, but make sure to bear in mind that everything echos in the guesthouse - people walking up and down the stairs, using the bathroom, talking and chilling in the social areas. I think they do provide ear plugs if you need them. The staff’s customer service was pretty poor and they were not friendly or helpful at all. It’s very disappointing when you stay somewhere where you feel like the staff simply don’t care about their customers and can’t be bothered to provide basic customer service skills. Also, we were not provided with towels when we checked in as they had “run out”. We were told “can you not wait until the morning” for towels however, we explained that we needed them so we could use the bathroom facilities after checking in (shower after a long day of travelling). The woman behind the desk reluctantly gave us two small towels that she had which were poor quality and had lots of stains. We finally found some proper bath towels the following evening to use. Although it was a cheap stay and good location, we probably wouldn’t stay again due to the unfriendly atmosphere.

Fully recommended! If you came for a business appointment and a short stay in Butterworth, Penang, this is a good place to stay. The hotel was really clean and comfy. Food places were easy to find around the area too. There are also parking spots provided.
