Отель в целом на троечку. Честно говоря, не уверена, что буду его рекомендовать для посещения. Плюсы: 1) Вкусные завтраки. Сделаны с душой, приятно подачей, девушка-повар старается, и у нее получается) это понравилось. 2) Тихая комната и хорошая кровать. Спится в номере хорошо, к этому никаких претензий. 3) Уютно в номере. Ремонт не плохой, находиться в номере приятно. 4) Хорошая техника: телевизор, кондиционер и холодильник в номере работали хорошо. 5) Круглосуточный ресепшн. Мы заселялись рано утром, и были рады, что на пришлось ждать. За раннее заселение необходимо оплатить половину суток, завтрак будет включен. Минусы: 1) Месторасположение. Вроде и не далеко от центра (20 минут пешком), но рядом с рынком жить не приятно. Да и дома кругом обшарпанные. 2) Вид из окна. Это просто жуть, выход из номера был на какой-то закоулок узкий, где пахло помоями. Окно открыть мы не могли из-за запаха, приходилось включать кондей. Также окно является темным и не прозрачным, свет через него проникает плохо и, находясь, в номере, сложно понять, какое на улице время суток, погода. 3) Ключ от номера не работал. Каждый раз приходилось просить администраторов открыть комнату. Ужасно не удобно. Прожили три дня там, за это время гостевой ключ от номера так и не починили. 4) До номера в тапках. По коридору необходимо ходить в тапочках и каждый раз переодеваться в узком проходе. Не удобно. 5) Тонкая светопропускающая дверь в коридор. Не знаю, зачем, но двери в номера установлены межкомнатные. Это не комфортно и не выглядит надежным.

Отель бронировали телефонным звонком без предоплаты. Отель расположен близко к центральным улицам,но уже в частном секторе. Найти его из-за этого чрезвычайно сложно. Особенно в темноте. Сам отель - частный дом с несколькими номерами. Кровать продавлена. Белье рваное. Не убирались ни разу. Душевая большая, но шторка расположена низко. Воду необходимо пропускать, чтобы пошла горячая. Завтрак довольно скудный, но вкусный. Еда по меню непомерно дорогая. Приятно порадовало,что есть возможность платить за половину суток половину стоимости. Также отсчет суток начинается строго со времени въезда, что экономит значительную сумму.

First hostel I ever stayed at and it was comfortable and cozy. I liked the location, it’s near the railways, so you can actually see and hear the trains go by. Nicely furnished and designed, everything is super clean. You will definitely like staying there. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming staff, snacks, books, and Netflix available! Surely would stay there next time.

”COMPASS HOSTEL” is situated on ground floor of a plush building on Tynystanov Street, All the prominent tourist landmarks of Bishkek City Centre are within walking distance from this locality. Very clean and well maintained hostel with the Globus shopping mall just across the street for purchase of groceries, etc. Manager Ms Altynai speaks English and was very helpful in showing me the important landmark parks on the tourist map as well as helping me get a booking for a group tour to ”Issyk-Kul Lake”. Free breakfast of continental type is available in the morning.

THERE'S A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND, WE REPEAT A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND! What a welcome to the hostel to walk through the gates and look to your left to see a f*****g yurt, absolute belter! There may not be an abundance of apples situated around Apple Hostel but there's a yurt! Apple Hostel, situated west of the Western Bus Station in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan is in such a quality location. You come off a long bus ride from Tashkent, walk west for 2 mins and hiya pal you're being welcomed by the yurt. Take the Matrushka from Almaty, Kazakhstan and hiya gal pals you're in the Apple hostel compound. The Western Bus Station may not be located in downtown Bishkek (aye no s**t loser travels it's called western for a reason), but it's not far from quite a few attractions. From Apple Hostel to the notable Osh Bazaar it's only a 25-minute walk and after buying yourself a cute Kalpak to show off to the girlies back home, you can walk the same amount of time to downtown Bishkek. check out losertravels.com for the full review!

Such an awesome hostel! it's brand new and well maintained so all facilities were in order. The dorm beds were really comfy with their own privacy curtains and power outlets, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Guests who prefer to make their own meals are free to use the kitchen. The location is perfect for exploring the city, it's right at the city center. All attractions are within walking distance, and there are so many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff may not be fluent in English but they were all very friendly and helpful. They even let me check in real early when I arrived in the morning. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a place to stay in Bishkek that's centrally located.
