Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. Tetapi saya tidak tahu sama ada ini adalah pengiraan yang menjimatkan kos Jika anda menghidupkan perkongsian masa penyejukan, ia memang boleh menyelesaikan masalah tetamu seperti saya yang menginap di siang hari! Tidak mungkin, perkhidmatannya pasti teruk! Pengurusan pastinya ulasan yang buruk! Jika anda ingin menjimatkan tenaga dan meningkatkan kecekapan, terpulang kepada anda untuk meningkatkan kecekapan apabila tiada tetamu yang menginap!

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

Very bold and unique room design and colours. It's also quite a new boutique hotel which I think just started operations not too long ago. Not a big room but good enough for short stay. Would have been great if there's more flexibility on the perks that they offer such as afternoon tea.

Superb service! Whether it is booking tours to breakfast, to basic room amenities, staff are super attentive and helpful! I was impressed by the commitment of staff in genuinely and sincerely helping their customers make their stay a pleasant one! Well done team! 👍🏻

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

The hotel was newly built and located near the Luoyang Longmen Rail Station. Room is specious, toilet and shower room were separate. Only disappointment was the shower room was barely any shelve and hook has no clothes hanger, to put clothes and towel. We had to put on the glass door even own toileries have to put on the floor. Hotel provide good buffet breakfast and light supper

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The hotel is very good, stayed for three days, very satisfied with the service: the front desk girl Sherry service is in place, the room is suitable for the arrangement of the breakfast is also very good, the combination of Chinese and Western, and Hu spicy soup tofu brain fritters are very good, the room is also clean and hygienic recommended to stay, will often come in the future

It is a nice clean room, though I was disappointed the heating didn't work reception informed, quite surprised for a 4* hotel. Very nice front desk staff

網上看到這個酒店，感覺裝修風格跟其他酒店不一樣，整好出差想着過來試試，下了高鐵，坐地鐵一站路，很是方便，辦入住時前台小美女還給到了茶水，房間衞生整潔，客房大姐還把衣服給我涼的整整齊齊的，奈斯[愛心]

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The hotel facility is very good and people is very nice. The breakfast is good enough . IF Iit is extended to 10 A.M.. it will be a prefect.

The rooms are well worth their price. They are clean, spacious and very luminous. The Hotel is very well located but it is right in front of an enormous street (think double four lines + an over bridge) and it remains noisy event at night. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures (almost no food options, very small quantities available, no tea, coffee only available in the lobby) and served in a windowless backroom. Quite disappointing. We unfortunately had to deal with some talks from other guests behind our backs (trying to guess our nationalities, commenting on our appearances, etc.), to which someone from the cleaning crew decided to take part in. It was very unpleasant.

It’s a really cute and cosy hotel. Not a big hotel. More boutique style. And it’s close to longmen grottes. Value for money. Clean and modern. It has everything you need. The service staff was really kind and helpful. The dining service - I missed my breakfast but they tried to make a small take away for me. Totally appreciated. Henan service people are really kind. Next to the hotel there is even a massage - ask the reception. It’s decent and very clean. Perfect for after all the walking around.

就在麗景門地鐵旁邊，交通方便，去應天門及老街閑逛都很近。前台服務不錯，衞生就是標準的桔子，早餐品種多味道好。 最大的問題是隔音，樓上高跟鞋碰地板聲，衞生間管道水聲都非常幹擾。尤其雙床起夜時馬桶沖水聲非常大，會影響家人休息，希望能有所改善。

Friendly experience. Delicious breakfast buffet. They say the room comes with a costume rental which is across the street, however the makeup and hair design is extra 169 yuan which means that you are essentially paying the same as getting the hair/makeup plus costume on the main street. I dont see the “discount.”

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

Was just here for a one night layover before my flight, so it was fine for one night. Cant comment on the breakfast as it started at 7, and I had to leave by 6 to catch my flight. Bed was comfy, slept well. Seemed to be one of the few in the area that accepted foreigners!

We had a great experience! The front desk (No. 10, 11, 13) are very friendly and are easy to understand. The airport shuttle drivers (No. 15, 16) are awesome. We took the shuttle multiple times to the airport and the driver arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and he was patient. We have to drop off our grandma at the airport at midnight and back to the hotel after, we really appreciate the shuttle driver working late just to complete our trip.

前台小妮很熱情 ，服務態度很好，客房衞生也相當乾淨，還配送的有水果小零食 。早餐也非常豐富，晚上還有免費的夜宵，這次來出差非常順利，值得推薦👍🏻

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

整體感覺非常棒，在鄭州機場附近良莠不齊的各類雜牌酒店裡麪，選到麗呈集團的，服務品質有保障。當晚轉機非常晚落地，打電話前台想多休息幾個小時，小姐姐人特別好，幫忙延遲…房間裏面各個地方也乾淨衞生，角落裡麪我都拍了，也沒啥臟污，隔音也不錯，睡的很安靜！智能語音控制，充電線、化粧鏡，馬桶也是有坐温的……接送機的師傅人很棒，主動幫忙提行李啥的，給人很親切的感覺…毛巾聞了下，有消過毒的味道…如果很介意，酒店還有一次性毛巾，想的真的很周到！第二天退房，前台小哥哥也很好，晚了一些也沒説啥…幫忙聯繫送機…很少主動寫評價，但是真的很值得～

房間很好很乾靜，特別寬大，前台小姐姐很好看，很温柔，很甜，酒店很安靜，早餐很好吃，榴蓮酥特別棒，唯獨他們家有，每次來就記得他們的早餐呢。
