Hotel 4-Star di Henan, China

The location was a little further from the airport than I expected, but with free airport transfers each way this didn't matter. The service at reception was excellent. Arriving late, the reception arranged a shuttle to the hotel from the airport straight away and also provided me with some food as there was no food establishments open at that time. They were also extremely helpful the next morning with my questions and also arranging the shuttle back to the airport.

Before arriving, we received detailed instructions as to how to navigate to the hotel. The interiors were stunning and such a good place for photos. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was a free gift upon arrival and when we checked out. Overall, very happy with the stay!

Very nice car with space, driver came early with clear sign and communication and drive smoothly. We went to wrong XIY T3 due to misunderstanding, correct international departure is T5 so need to take airport shuttle to T5 and waste 20mins.

這家酒店真的太棒了！一進大堂就感覺特別氣派，工作人員都非常熱情友好，辦理入住也特別快。房間特別乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，枕頭高度也剛剛好，讓人一躺上去就想睡覺。房間裏的設施很齊全，電視、空調等電器都運轉良好，而且熱水供應也很穩定，隨時都能洗熱水澡。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道也非常不錯。酒店的位置也很好，周邊交通很便利，附近還有很多商場和景點，出行非常方便。總之，這次入住體驗非常完美，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

This place has a great location. Walkable distance to Qing Ming Shang He Yuan (Millennium City) The receptionists are very polite and friendly. They even give you a plate of snacks when you have checked in. The landscape is absolutely amazing. Would def come again if I were to visit Kaifeng again.

酒店員工服務挺熱情的，大廳看起來很大氣，整體裝修也很不錯，房間窗簾，馬桶都是智能的，位置也很方便，附近還有小吃街，離高速口也很近，還有豐富的早餐，免費的洗衣房

Overall pleasant stay! Checkin was breeze, and location of hotel is strategic. 西工小街is right across the hotel, which have a similar concept of kopitiam. Night street with booths selling small crafts and also games like those night markets. Soundproofing was not perfect. Could hear patrons talking along the corridor/opening and closing doors. And level 3 is a smoking level. Not sure why i was assigned the room at the level but we took it anyway without changing because it’s for just 2 nights. Hotel offer breakfast and hightea (2-5pm) which is sad for us because we’re always out to explore and missing it. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to have a hot soup meal to warm up your body before you start the day On checkout day, the hotel also gave us a souvenir each.

The hotel is very quiet and in a great location to enjoy all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent and very clean and the restaurant has a great verity of food to suit your tastes. I would recommend staying here on your trip to Kaifeng.
