Our stay was fantastic.The service was so great.This is the best hotel we stayed at when it comes to hospitality and care in the whole China.The staff was so generous and warm.The room was traditional and spacious.We felt so nice that we even extended our stay.The breakfast was very good and the Lady who served breakfast being very friendly and attentive and she paid attention to small details to make sure we have the food we wanted.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much that whenever we come back to this city we will only consider staying here nowhere else.

The hotel is very quiet and in a great location to enjoy all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent and very clean and the restaurant has a great verity of food to suit your tastes. I would recommend staying here on your trip to Kaifeng.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

Great stay, definetly would stay here again. Clean, god bed, laundry area, free tea in the afternoon.. Walking distance to metro station (1 block), eating pedestrian walk, and 02 blocks from Wanda Shopping Mall with great restaurants. Use the bus in Luoyang is super convenient. Metro does not acept Alipay Transport, need to buy ticket everytime.

Location is conveniently located walking distance to high speed rail station and Metro. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable for most travellers. The draw back is no ice machine but staff is helpful to bring me a cup of ice within 15 minutes of my request. All staff are helpful and cheerful. My stay is well satisfied.

Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! 這次來鄭州東站辦事，預訂了歡桔酒店酒店離東站特別近，打車才十幾分鍾，房間很乾凈，衞生細節都照顧到了，入住時，前台還贈送了免費的美式咖啡，健身房洗衣房都有，體驗了一下，酒店的早餐種類也挺豐富的，前台服務熱情周到，性價比很高！

This hotel seems to be a trendy hotel for the youngsters for its ”Instagramabilities”. Consider staying in this hotel if you are attending events at the Zhengzhou convention Centre. Else, it's within half an hour to everywhere in Zhengzhou. It is within walking distance on a good weather. The breakfast has a great selection of Chinese and some western foods. It also comes with a free tea session and cocktail session depending on the booking made. The room has good noise insulation. Behind the hotel, there's an open concept mall with a good choice of restaurants and coffee. Kudos to Miss Jane, who has been very helpful with everything to us, being tourists from Malaysia.

The check-in experience is very good, the front desk service is very warm, the lobby has everything, and there is a leisure area.Moreover, the room is also very clean. The air conditioning in the lobby and room is very warm. There is a rest area on the first floor where you can drink hot tea. It's great and the overall service is super perfect.We will definitely come again next time, and this hotel is the first choice.
