Hotel 4-Star di Normandy, France

Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil et l’engagement de cette Hôtel, très propre, professionnellement de qualité de l’équipe et de l’hôtel et même du petit déjeuner. Je vous le recommande fortement très bien situé de la gare et même du Centre Commercial et de la Plage aussi ! Nous reviendrons si il le faut ! Merci à toutes l’équipe de cette hôtel !

家族で1部屋、40000円程度でこんな可愛らしい御伽話の中のような家に泊まれるのは信じられないくらい素敵な経験でした！ まるでフランスにお家を買ったような、感動的な気持ちにさせてくれます。 お庭は美しく、アメニティも（石鹸類やコーヒー、お茶、ヘアドライヤー、タオルなど）たくさんあります。スタッフも優しく、とても心地よい滞在でした。 残念なことは一つだけ、電波が弱すぎてWi-Fiがつながらないことでした。しかし、無料の電波に繋ぐことができるようスタッフは最大限の努力をしてくれましたし、私はeSIMを持っているので大きな問題ではありませんでした。問題は父です。そもそもなぜ旅行先に仕事を持って来なければならないのか不思議ですし、テザリングなどいくらでもやりようはあるのに、PCが使えず仕事ができないとイライラしていました。なので、滞在する人は仕事を片付けてから来てください。 そうしたら、本当に素敵な経験ができます。生憎時間がなく、素敵なテラスで朝ごはんをいただく優雅な経験はできませんでした。ですが、その経験のためにもまた戻って来たいと思える素敵な宿でした！ 街の位置からして容易に旅行に行ける場所ではありませんが、特に日本の人はこの場所が大好きだと思います。日本には絶対にない雰囲気、景色ですから…海外の方がなぜ伝統的な日本家屋に泊まりたがるのかが理解できました。みんなにしってもらいたい気持ちと、ずっと秘密にしておきたい気持ち半々です。 ベッド数も十分で、トイレとシャワールームも分かれています！

Hôtel top à Rouen ! Personnel très accueillant et agréable ! Petits déjeuners très bons et topissimes ! Chambre spacieuse et agréable ! La literie est excellente et j’en ai fait des hôtels …. Rien à redire, excellent hôtel avec un très bon qualité prix et accueil chaleureux…. À refaire sans hésitation…. Continuez comme cela !

The room with partial sea view is very noisy with windy sounds. if you are sensitive for sleep, should choose another side without sea view. But the room without sea view is very small compare with the sea view one, and no balcony. Even with same price…. Breakfast with few choice, and service is just not bad…

Our second time at The Mercure Mt St Michel. The positive point is that it is warm!!!! lol, given the cold outside, it was wonderful to enter a warm building and a warm bedroom (some hotel bedrooms are so cold when we reach) . Service af reception was good, helpful, nothing fancy… not helping with suitcases.. but that is ok lah. If the structure of the hotel allows it, we would really recommend to have an elevator, for those of us travelling from far with huge suitcases… please think of it. Last…. The outside toilet is not cleaned often enough to my opinion… as the corridor, which was full of soil and leaves…. The bedroom was very warm, spacious, nice, except the mini winnie tiny toilet. Like…. Why building this separate toilet like that, where we can’t move?… that was weird. But all the rest was great, no stress. Breakfast buffet was nice and the location is also very nice, very light.

Nice location and lodge was very nice, especially the bathroom. Service was very friendly but some had limited english. Restaurant was very good, but service was a little bit slow.

Bon séjour au Best Western Plus Le Havre Centre Gare lors de notre passage entre amis. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé, parfait pour découvrir la ville sans être trop éloigné des principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est accueillant, et les installations sont simples mais confortables. Un choix agréable pour un séjour sans prise de tête avec des amis.

Great hotel, we didnt use the spa facilities but they looked amazing. Great breakfast, nice to see a vegan milk option not many places provide this. It was 18/9 and air con had been switched off as I assume they thought the heat of the summer was over, the room was really hot, they did provide us with a fan which helped a bit. We were ground floor so not keen on having a wide open window

Suite au top, très belle chambre avec une superbe luminosité et une belle vue sur la ville du Havre. Un bon souvenir, nous recommandons. Salle de sport un peu petite mais piscine et spa très cosy et agréable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel in Rouen. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
