Hotel 4-Star di Cusco Region, Peru

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y no hay pierde con el restaurante. No le doy 5/5 porque fui para mi cumpleaños y no me dieron ningún detalle, a pesar que lo deje especificado en el check in

The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

Nice surprise for me to prepare some dessert and coffee service and I love this hotel very much! Not many choices for the breakfast but it is still ok. Room is super clean and the staff are very kind!

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

非常不錯！沒有拍很多照片，但是大概和大家講一下！首先去馬丘比丘是要在熱水鎮停留一晚的，小鎮真的非常小，所以這個酒店看着離車站遠，實際走3分鐘就到了，下了火車站大概走一會上坡路就到了 酒店是四星的，大堂接待服務很好，還有免費熱水茶包給你喝，有電梯有行李寄存服務，房間很大，兩個人每個人的床都幾乎是Queen size。 房間設施很全：有電扇，暖氣，毛毯 值得一提：Wi-Fi特別好用，開會很流暢；水龍頭很大，洗澡很痛快！ 晚上守着那個河水睡覺，助眠的白噪音 早餐由於出發太早，沒體驗，但是酒店的工作人員個個都非常熱心耐心細心。從馬丘比丘回來以後我們就在大堂休息充電到點去火車站回歐雁台了。 價格也很經濟實惠，總之體驗非常不錯😘推薦大家來

In historical centre but nearest restaurant about 20 minutes walk. We had a room on the front and it was super noisy as it’s on a busy main road. No sound proof or extra glazing to deal with it. Breakfast ok. Probably not stay here again as would choose a boutique hotel nearby to main square and not on a busy road.

地理位置不錯，就在太陽神殿附近。 雖然套房區域有點繞，但是畢竟是歷史建築，是以前印加帝國傳達命令的傳達室（印加文明沒有發展出文字） 早餐中規中矩。 因為歷史建築的原因，牆比較薄，噪音還是比較大。作為一個50平的套房，完全有面積做一個浴缸但是衹有一巨大的淋浴房…是考慮大庫斯科海拔太高的原因麼？

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich erst um 11 Uhr einchecken sollte, wollte ich wegen meines Frühflugs nur meinen Rucksack abstellen. Sie sagte sofort, dass das Zimmer frei sei und ich zu meinem Zimmer gehen könne. Auch bei Touren war er sehr hilfsbereit! Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Großes, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
