The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful view on a high point of Cusco, the bedrooms are not above reception but below, but they are full of light.

Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit.
Obwohl ich erst um 11 Uhr einchecken sollte, wollte ich wegen meines Frühflugs nur meinen Rucksack abstellen. Sie sagte sofort, dass das Zimmer frei sei und ich zu meinem Zimmer gehen könne. Auch bei Touren war er sehr hilfsbereit! Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert.
Großes, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Amazing place in Urubamba! I rested here for two nights and wouldn’t wish for anything more. The room was very comfortable with big bed, tall ceilings, hot shower and two heathers. Breakfast was super yummy and dinner was even better ! Highly recommend to stay here if you are traveling through Sacred Valley (Pisac doesn’t have nice hotels like this and is only 30 min away)

マチュピチュの駅からも歩いてすぐで食事買い物にも便が良い。外の喧騒とは異なりホテルのホールに入った時から落ち着いた感じで安心できる。チェックインもスムーズ、食事の案内なども分かりやすく短時間にしっかりと必要な事を伝えてくれて、慣れた感じの印象で安心できる。部屋も清潔で十分な備品もあり快適。次にマチュピチュに来る時にも必ずこのホテルを予約すると思う。

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y no hay pierde con el restaurante. No le doy 5/5 porque fui para mi cumpleaños y no me dieron ningún detalle, a pesar que lo deje especificado en el check in

TTheonanaThe sound of the river and the voice of the birds are healed. It walks from the station, but it is a calm environment. The receptionist is also very kind and gives you color 々 information. I am happy with the rich breakfast, delicious and gentle voice. You can always have coca tea in the lobby. Soak in the bathtub and get rid of the tiredness of the Machu Picchu pedestrian. There are many large sculptures in the square in front of the hotel and it is worth seeing. It is a recommended hotel to stay again when you come to Machu Picchu.

GGuest UserBesides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service.
The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out).
They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very similar to the domestic Songzan, and this service is better. And this hotel is very delicious for breakfast or dinner. I will book this one later.

It's just over a kilometer's walk to the Plaza de Armas, making it conveniently accessible without needing a taxi. The hotel is brand new, the breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent! I am extremely satisfied.
