Despite the early check-in, it was wonderful that they catered to us when we arrived at the reception at noon. The hotel's air conditioning is great, and the room is clean, so I don't have any worries. Despite the variety of dishes, I don't think the buffet is really good.

Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience. Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care. The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop. Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home. Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you. The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience with the hotel. Kindly be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel, where you may hear the bark of dogs or the cat miao during dining or sleeping. We heard dogs barked this morning during the breakfast. Well.... you may need to choose wisely otherwise you may get shocked. Cheers!

strategic location in the heart of Makati, easy to call for Grab e hailing to board on and off, close to malls like Greenbelt and not far from Bonifacio high street with those high end upscale malls, good job to the staffs too they were very attentive and house cleaning staff were efficient too! The only drawback for me is the water pipe in bathroom was not very good in water flowing, they need to fix that

Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

We spent 1 night here as a quick stop over for our next flight to pps. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant and bar area. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Water wasn't hot but it was better than the water temperature in most places I stayed at philliphines. The view around this hotel is not good.

Incredible exceptional clean hotel! Friendly staff, full size brand new gym and nice swimming pool. We were looking for something walking distance to MOA but turns out it takes about 20-25mins even being so close by. I still would highly recommended this hotel especially for the price. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Hotel staff was professional, kind and helpful. Amazing buffet breakfast, one of the best in Manila. Useful free shuttle to moa. Our only disappoinment was the room cleaning: no floor cleaning, no bedsheets change for 5 nights, found a couple cockroaches inside the room.

This is a perfect place to spend your holiday. The staff in the hotel is so welcoming and the room is superb. It is like a home away from home. It was peaceful, full of greenery and therr are just a few guests during our stay. We had the pool for ourselves. Downside: The food at Apt 1B is med but the price is high.

If you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. I highly recommend this little gem!

Host is very nice also the staff, very accommodating. The place is near moa arena good for concert goers like us. Plus points the washer but the exhaust fan is not working if you will cook

It was difficult for access to the swimming pools, not many restaurants, the rooftop and room view was amazing and the staff polite and helpful.

This condominium style accommodation is excellent. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay, and addionally, it has fast and free wifi, a kitchen that is stocked with all the utensils to feel like a home . The entertainment centre in the room has an XBox to see your favourite movie or play your favourite games. The bathroom is larger than normal with a clothes washing machine included, and the bedroom is the most comfortable i have had. I recommend this accommodation with a view to use it on my next visit to Manila.

Very helpful had a late check out and I only had to pay 100 pesos an hour and they were very understanding. All cool.

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

Staff are all friendly, they gave us complimentary room upgrade and a late check out. Bed is comfy, restroom is clean and water pressure is good. Considering the rate they offer and excellent customer service, it’s really a great hotel to stay in Makati Avenue and/or Poblacion area.

Salcedo is perfectly located in the heart of Makati, within walking distance of numerous restaurants. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely efficient, always ready to assist with any of your needs. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, are beautifully maintained and make for agreat addition after a day of sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the freshly made omlettes. The best part, however, is the rooms; I've never felt more comfortable in a hotel - they have everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and business travelers.

Whatever you do, ask not to be booked into room 417. We had no water for a night and thought we were doing something wrong. After reporting to reception they said they would send someone up but we waited for over an hour, we had to go somewhere so had to once again have a cold shower. We reminded them before we left and they said they would send an engineer. 6hrs later they still hadn't until I was upset then they finally sent someone. During check out I left a bottle of wine I got as a gift in the bar fridge,told reception to please get it for me and they told me no one from housekeeping saw the wine. I guess my wine grew legs and walked out. They said they will send me CCTV footage after I requested it but of course, I doubt no one from housekeeping will walk out swinging a bottle of wine happily. We're not stupid and we know it was stolen by staff. I'm extremely upset. I didn't think hotel like this would have thieves. Don't order food from the rooftop either, it's really terrible. It's all overpriced and bland. The only good thing about Coro are the ladies at the SPA.

Superb stay ! Nice Service ! Nice Room ! Nice Location ! Just the area is a bit different at night due to lots of bars. Definitely will stay again if have the chance !

enjoyed my stay at the hotel- the room was large and bed was comfortable. service crew was also great - the room was tidy everyday when service was requested. they also provided a huge canister of water in place of plastic water bottles for sustainability efforts. free breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about. would have appreciated air conditioning in the lifts and corridors!
