Hotel 4-Star di Silesian, Poland

I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel for business travelers, only a little loud when the windows are open ...

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

Absolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

The room was very clean and new, and the service was excellent. The breakfast selection was also decent. It's super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night with business colleagues. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Although the hotel has private parking, our van did not fit in the parking area. Other than that, everything was very good. Nice hotel, highly recommended.

This is the fourth time I have lived here and I live here every time I travel. Good location, very close to the train station. There is a ramen restaurant next to it. The need for room promotion was raised and the reception was readily agreed. Breakfast is very rich

The hotel has very good location for the specific city of Katowice within five minutes' walk from the railway station. The room is comfortable and spacious, with very good mattress providing for nice and healthy sleeping conditions. Special credit is for the restaurant both for the nice breakfast of dishes ranging from Polish fermented cucumbers to jamon and for the day dining with original local accents of taste and quality.

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym, przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.
