Hotel 4-Star di Tatarstan, Russia

Very recommended, the room has no smell, the decoration is simple and stylish, it is my favorite hotel style, the hotel hardware facilities are very good, the quality of the service staff is also very high, it is a very satisfying experience, the hotel is located in the city center, is one of the best local hotels.

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done.

Hotel is good, fresh. Location is successful - in the center itself. Very cool room comfort with balcony on Bauman Street. In the rooms and in the corridor - as if there is a problem with ventilation. The room itself is clean, comfortable, bed all as necessary, comfortable mattress. The most failing is breakfast. Well, if you don't have a room for kitchen and eating - well, you don't need it. To the word, there's a stove, dishes, a teapot in the room - that is, you can cook something. Three options for breakfast that you have to order from evening and in the morning to pick up boxes - in general crazy. It is unpleasant and uncomfortable. It is better to put the coffee machine just in the hall and remove this breakfast position

An incredibly cozy hotel in the heart of Kazan. Clean and comfortable apartments with everything you need, the best bed with crisp, snow-white linens, and blackout curtains solve all your insomnia problems. Just set an alarm so you don't miss breakfast =). Warm and professional service and assistance with any questions. Delicious cuisine in a cozy restaurant with panoramic windows and access to a large terrace. Everything is top-notch – 100 out of 10 =) Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel in early April and had the best experience: the staff were responsive and friendly, the room was neat and clean, and the breakfast food was varied and delicious. We'll definitely come again!

Great location, great service. Amazing breakfast!! Highly recommend it

The hotel is very convenient. You can get to the Koltso shopping center without going outside and stock up on essentials and groceries. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the center of town, yet the room is completely silent from the street! The room is huge, and there's a sauna included in the price. We loved everything!

A very good hotel with pleasant staff and spacious rooms. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. We especially loved the breakfasts; we booked our stay with them. The food was very diverse and changed daily, offering everything from porridge and pancakes to desserts, scrambled eggs, sausages, and more – all very delicious. The location is 10/10; there's a Pyaterochka supermarket and other nice cafes nearby. You can walk anywhere within 25 minutes, including the city center and the 'Kremlin.' We almost always walked, but when we were feeling lazy, there's a bus stop close by. We were very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely return if we're ever in Kazan again!
