Hotel kecil di AO Nang. Kakitangan sangat ramah. Dapatkan minuman dan snek percuma di bar mini bilik dan bilik bersebelahan lobi. Donat, pop corn, biskut nenas. Saya mengambil bilik dengan jakuzi. Ia bersih, katil besar, tekanan air tandas bagus. Balkoni besar yang disertakan dengan rak pakaian. Con adalah pada hujung minggu boleh mendengar kuat band live dimainkan berhampiran hotel. Secara keseluruhan adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan.

Great location where takes only few minutes to the beach. Lots of service such as laundry and currency exchange, convenient stores are within 1 minute walk from the entrance. Every room and every Villa is surrounded by green and bird's Singing. The staff are nice and professional. Also We like to have breakfast at the nearby waterfall and enjoy the sunshine through green. I would like to recommend people to stay with pakasai resort if they plan a vacation in Krabi.

We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, Book, who guided us on the areas nearby and ran through the hotel app with us. Book and Ae are polite, genuine and simply remarkable with their hospitality. The rest of the staff never fail to greet you, always smiling and engage in small talk with guests. We took the cliff view and it was a sight to behold. Sunset from the room is a must! Breakfast spread 10/10. Activities 10/10. Convenience and location 10/10. Clean rooms 10/10 The hotel offers muay thai sessions, pool bar, pool slide, sight seeing, bike rental, surf skate. Its far enough to silence the Krabi bustling noise by midnight yet near enough to go to massages, Mother Marche and eateries on foot. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we definitely will be back!

Penginapan kami di BlueSotel Hotel semasa berbulan madu adalah satu perjalanan yang sukar dan membuatkan kami bercampur-baur. Salah satu halangan pertama ialah proses daftar masuk, yang bermula pada jam 3 petang, sejam lewat daripada kebanyakan hotel. Kesulitan kecil ini agak dikurangkan dengan isyarat pihak hotel membenarkan kami menunggu di tepi kolam renang. Bagaimanapun, minuman alu-aluan yang ditawarkan, pada asasnya air gula berwarna biru, terasa kurang menyegarkan dan bukannya menyegarkan. Bilik itu menanti kami dengan kejutan yang menggembirakan yang mencerahkan mood kami serta-merta. Sebagai mengiktiraf majlis istimewa kami, kami menjumpai tuala berbentuk angsa yang elegan membentuk hati yang dihiasi dengan kelopak mawar di atas katil. Hiasan yang bernas ini benar-benar membuatkan kami berasa diraikan dan menambahkan sentuhan romantik pada bulan madu kami. Walaupun sarapan pagi yang disertakan dengan penginapan kami menyelamatkan kami daripada kebimbangan perbelanjaan makan, ia tidak cukup memenuhi jangkaan kami dalam kepelbagaian dan kualiti, terutamanya jika dibandingkan dengan resort lain seperti Sea Seeker, yang terkenal dengan pilihan yang luas dan pilihan yang lebih segar, termasuk pastri buatan sendiri. Mengenai kemudahan, spa dan kawasan urut menonjol kerana harganya yang tinggi, terutamanya lebih tinggi daripada yang mungkin ditemui di pertubuhan tempatan yang menawarkan perkhidmatan pada kadar yang lebih berpatutan. Potensi hotel terserlah melalui gerak isyaratnya yang bertimbang rasa dan lokasi yang sangat baik, namun keseimbangan dalam perkhidmatan dan nilai boleh meningkatkannya untuk benar-benar sepadan dengan majlis istimewa yang dianjurkannya.

I went to this place 2 times but is it a destiny I could not make my c/in and get my room for booking. When I went there first time no one was not in the reception and hotel area even they informed 24 hours reception. Second time also when I went no one was in reception staff but I met with a foreigner guy at the pool area I ask are you owner or working he do not say anything and he told me he can help me. But sorry man you could not help me. Because when I called by phone before I come o the hotel and ask about pet friendly ? Hotel staff told os ofcourse you are welcome to there with our lovely pet. The staff welcomed us so friendly on phone and I went to this hotel. But the foreigner guy which I met in pool area he do not accept us with our pet to the hotel even their staff informed about out pet can stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that because I made around over 500 KM to go this hotel after I got confirmation from phone about my pet can stay with me. And when I was moving from this place he asked me did I find a place for accomodation ? Are you kidding on me man do not be rude for your next costumers if you can get. Thats why I never waste my time to visit your nice hotel again and never reccumend someone to waste their time ......

When we booked this resort there was a really shortage of reviews available and so hopefully this provides some information to help potential visitors. In short this is an amazing place that we’d thoroughly recommend; it was incredible value and more than met up to our expectations! Overall resort The resort is tucked away off a main road so feels very peaceful but is also walkable to a seven eleven and a couple of nearby restaurants. On site is a main restaurant that at time of writing is open for breakfast and dinner, as well as a really brilliant cafe that’s open during the day and sells coffee, and a range of meals as well. There is also a small but we’ll equipped gym with basically brand new equipment and one of the longest nicest swimming pools slap back in the middle of the resort; alongside a pool bar where snacks and drinks are also served. Given we are staying over Christmas the resort is super quiet; presumably a result of Thailand only recently reopening post-Covid Staff and service Staff have been generally really friendly and helpful; there aren’t millions of them which I guess reflects the low occupancy but they’ve helped us every time we have asked for anything and service in the restaurant has been polite, friendly and efficient Room We are staying in 3101 and 3102 which together make a vast family villa which is just perfect for ourselves and our eleven year old; he can have space to himself but also be around us whenever he wants. The rooms are to a proper, high, five star standard in almost every way. Great coffee machine, relatively inexpensive minibar, huge bed, an outdoor overwater seating area (well two one for us and one for our child), two outdoor baths, ample storage, modern tvs, everything you could ask for. Food Breakfast is good; with an egg station, a range of Asian food, fruit, etc. it’s not as extensive as many Western resort breakfasts but you should find something to most tastes. The main menu is delicious; we’ve been really really happy with everything we’ve eaten so far, some off the scale nice curries. The menu is also really good for children, with burgers, pizza, spaghetti bolognaise all available and done really well Ambience The place is beautifully laid out and the lagoon adds an incredible atmosphere, with the whole resort set up against a mangrove jungle area. We travel a lot (my wife runs a travel business) but the resort is really quite different from anywhere we’ve stayed before, and in my mind all the better for it. Things to improve A few bits were slightly negative; the shower pressure and temperature is pretty variable so they could improve this; we arrived early before our room was ready so we didn’t get a chance to go to the room by gondola which was a really cool thing they offer normally on arrival and we’d have really loved. Strangest of all is that they don’t serve alcohol; this wasn’t a massive problem for us as we’re not huge drinkers. It’s also easily solved as

This is our 4th hotel out of 7 on this particular trip but sadly comes in a bit lacking for me, I had very high expectations. Firstly on check we asked about hiring a moped. The girl on the tours desk barely looked up from her phone and said “no”. We managed to rent one down the road at Miami but this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand that doesn’t help with motorbike rental. We didn’t approach her for anything else as for me, first impressions last. Our room was okay, can’t imagine when booking why I thought a bath on the balcony was a good idea! My bad! There was tons of wardrobe space and the bed and pillows were comfy. Lacked conditioner & body lotion which I’ve found in other hotels. Generally the room was a bit tired and needed a good deep clean. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest and we had ants around the sink on day three. The shower had very intermittent water temperatures and had black mould at the bottom near the drain. Also tea/coffee spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped. The communal areas I also found to be grubby and unkempt. No-one sweeps up leaves and they get mingled with bits of rubbish. The sunbed areas aren’t mopped so drink spillages give sticky dirty patches. You get the gist. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and half decent coffee. I just found the ambience to be generally quite standoffish and unfriendly, apart from Mr Bunty who was lovely. Most days we went out to Horizon Bar on the beach, much nicer vibe. There are no showers or foot washes between the beach and the pools which results in the pool being full of sand. All in all I have been disappointed, for the price I expected better. Small improvements would make this hotel much better.

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

I’ve been to this hotel before, it is a short distance to the beach and the centre close to all shops and restaurants. The rooms great with private balcony and huge beds and it is nice and quiet at night as tucked off the Main Street. It is good value for the price

Had this on offer for 3 nights at S$95. It’s low season and the hotel was pretty quiet (saw only 3-4 other guests and almost nobody at the swimming pool most of the time. Good thing is the service is fast and excellent. My room was at the highest level and at the junction of the main road. It was of a decent size, clean but some things needed fixing during the off season. The balcony door could not be locked and one of the curtains was damaged but still managed to fully close. Someone next door could have climbed over but being just beside the main road would have discouraged that. The toilet paper holder was damaged but still somehow held on to dear life. The tap/faucet kept falling off, which is a huge annoyance. Hot water wasn’t hot enough. In fact it was barely warm which meant that I didn’t turn on the cold water at all to shower! The bathroom had a sliding door which kept opening if not locked, and that hid the wardrobe and safe box which I struggled to find after checking in. There wasn’t any lights in the wardrobe. Air conditioning was noisy even at the lowest setting. My room was at the junction of the main road which meant there was a bit of noise but it didn’t bother me much. The great feature was the small pool. It’s clean and regularly maintained. I saw people check the water condition during my stay. From my side of the hotel, it is only accessible by stairs. The hotel also provides a basket with a beach mat and 2 towels, which is a lovely gesture. I’m unsure how they get returned and cleaned though as there are no instructions and also no towels or towel baskets at the pool. Overall, the stay tolerable with no show stoppers. If they can fix the above issues then the stay would be perfect!
