The location is ideal. Its in the middle of the old town and has a stunning view. But what made it for me was the service i received from these lovely people. I think i was the only guest and i could choose my room. They are so helpful with questions and with booking my train ticket. The rooms are cozy and look authentic and matches the vibe of the town. The heater was working properly which i could say in many places i stayed. The fact that they offer a drop-off was the cherry on top. I would definitely come back to them again if i go back

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

Location: Great. It is located in the midway between Wulingyuan bus station and Zhangjiajie-Wulingyuan gate which can reach by walk Service: They are really nice and helpful. They can help booking the Zhangjiajie ticket with discount (advance booking), gave me a map and guided/planned the route in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Room: Clean and nice.

Returned to same hotel after back from Zhangjiajie 4 days trip. The frontline staffs were warmth and friendly just like my earlier week stay. Though the entrance lift at level 1 is less than impressive, but the hotel room and overall service level is good. It’s in a good location just outside Wuyi metro station. Eateries and night markets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Recommended!

The location is soo strategic like you are close to everywhere especially the tianmenshan. It is just right behind the hotel. If u arrived at afternoon and stay for at least 2 nights, u can go to 72 wonders town and make sure ur leg is fit haha because u need to move around to catch bunch of performances at some spots at the area. The show is not really my cup of tea but it was worth for the first timer u should try. And then, The tianmenshan view is beautiful especially if u went at the right weather. We got a quite foggy and cloudy. The hotel located at 10th and 11th building of this AAlogo building (see the picts below). The room is spacious and with toilet and shower separated as requested. Food stalls are everywhere. Hallal food probably should be asked for. Lastly, thank you so much Tianmen area!

The hotel provided service to pick up from the railway station. They would also help to purchase entrance tickets into the city. The location is walking distance to photo spots to take pictures of the waterfall and not far from the entrance. But it can be noisy as the street along the hotel is a busy one with group tours and restaurants.

Very near tianmen mountain entrance and convenient. Friendly and super helpful staff, the 2 ladies helped us connect to the WIFI as we do not have China number. They also helped me to dry my laundry as my clothes weren’t dry when I checked out, they offered to help dry it while I store my luggage and came back to dry clothes. They were also super informative and helpful with the attractions. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF THANK YOU!!!!

Siman hotel has been a very accommodating place to stay. A very nice view and clean amenities to use. The host way especially helpful and I would love to stay here another time!

Very nice homestay. The host was amazing and very proactive, providing us with a detailed itinerary and a map of Furong Ancient Town. We don’t speak Chinese, but that wasn’t a problem at all because we used an online translator. The place itself is very charming. You are always welcome to drink green tea, which is made by the host from his garden (and the tea is amazing). Our type of room felt a bit cluttered, so if you have a lot of luggage, that might be an issue. The bed was good, with nice linens and comfortable pillows. Breakfast was also very nice, and everything was fresh. Just keep in mind that the hotel is outside of Furong Ancient Town, but it’s situated just a couple of minutes from the main gate.

The place is conveniently located near the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and is easily reachable by local ride hailing transport! The homestay boss is very nice and helpful and explained the route and how to tour the various attractions in Zhangjiajie in detail and is easily contactable whenever I need help! The room is very beautiful with a great mountain view and is very clean as well. I enjoyed my stay there very much and thank you for the great stay! Highly recommend this place for a budget-friendly and comfortable accommodation option!

The service was amazing. The owners were so kind seeing that we had a young child with us. Breakfast was noodles and each time the amount was huge. Even gave us an extra small bowl for our daughter - one day they even gave her a banana and another day they gave her yogurt 🥰 The bed was very comfy and we slept like babies. The only part that needs improvement is the washroom. There was some mold probably because the shower door doesn’t close. There were massive gaps between the shower door and the glass wall and water just sprayed everywhere. Also the shower hand held handle was hot and cold so don’t use that one. The rain shower head was fine. We never got our hand drawn map despite me asking for one but they did help us buy tickets. Not sure if it was actually cheaper or not but it was convenient for them to help us. Bottled water, toothbrush, and a shower cap was provided. They changed our towels and threw out our garbage every day when we went out. Wonderful stay overall!

The hotel’s location cannot be better. Close to the regular train station for nearby counties ie Changsha; two bus stations, one for high speed train and another for Wulingyuan (Zhangjiajie National Park), all within a few minutes’ walk. You can see the hotel as soon as you step out of the train station. Cable car to TianMen Mountain is a 10 min leisurely walk. A nice bakery is right beside the hotel entrance and plenty of choices of eateries. A supermarket is also close by.  As for the hotel itself, it was clean and well equipped. The room we had has a nice view of the mountain, train station and cable cars slowly floating by. It was quiet at night for a good night’s sleep.

Super travel service for the National Park! The staff booked the tickets and explained all the spots and suggested routes for the best experience (in english or translation, that was well understandable). The room was clean. Hotel close to the river and main street. One entrance to the park is only a short taxi drive (or medium walk). I can really recommend this hotel, especially with their „travel service“.

Very nice place, close to the east entrance, 5min by walk and close to the bus station ! Lots of place to eat around They explain me the road for the hike and walk in the mountain and even help me to book the ticket ! Highly recommend was a perfect stay !!

This hotel is very amazing. The location is the best, just only 1 min from Wuyi sqaure exit 1 by walk. The room was clean and comfy. The staffs were very helpful. So we recommended to others. And I will come back again next time. I love here!

The lifts were such nightmares as it kept breaking down and the door closes within short period of time. The entrance was so hard to find too. I think this place is more suited as love hotel, not very kid friendly. The air vent is quite bad as it brings second hand smokes from ppl staying in other rooms. The lighting in some rooms are very dim too, so be cautious when picking your room.

Good room, got a free upgrade and the room is quite big for the price. Cleanliness can be better. I found hairs on the floor. The thing that is commendable and should be mentioned is the friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She is so responsive and quick to solve problems.

Was here for a family visit. It was a pleasant experience living here at Chang hotel at the heart of the city centre. To be honest I was a bit unsure given the price and the pictures however it turned out to be completely in line. The stuff were very friendly and gave me an free upgrade over the 4-day stay. I would heavily recommend the place if you are looking for a simple clean and chilled experience in changsha. Will for sure come back.

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

This hotel’s service is exceptional. We got free coffee daily. To avoid the heat of Changsa, we used the hotel’s lobby for food delivery and eat at the long table over there. The staffs are young and super friendly and very supportive. Room decoration and facilities are modern and high tech. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Location is very convenient and accessible. The rooms are clean and all amenities including heaters, hot waters functioned with no issue. Breakfast is nice and has great variety. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Staff are also accommodating and speaks good English.

There is no need to reserve the afternoon tea (despite 3-hour notice noted on the booking confirmation). However, there isn’t much other than some soda & salad when I was there. There weren’t coffee or tea.

第一次來鳳凰古城，我們全家都特別滿意！ 我們是自駕過來的，民宿老闆娘提前聯繫我們發了停車場位置，位置在景區外面（老闆娘家位於景區外的民宿酒店門口）我們到的時候，她妹妹已經開車在門口等我們了，幫我們把行李放好以後，送我們到了景區虹橋，老闆娘就在那兒等我們，她們姐妹都很熱情友好，老闆娘看着就面善，還幫我們提了行李。 民宿位置離虹橋非常近，走的快3分鐘就到。地理位置可以説是絕對的核心了。玩起來很方便。 民宿房間衞生非常乾淨，江景太漂亮了！我女兒特別喜歡陽台的弔籃，這組照片都是在房間的陽台拍的。陽台有燈，都不用打光，晚上拍人像很絕。很出片，江上隨時都能看到遊船，真的很美！！ 因為太喜歡了，我們本來準備住一夜去長沙的，當天又辦理了續住，真的很喜歡這個房間！ 我們住的雙床房在三層，視野很好。 我問了老闆娘，她們民宿有一間房是1.8米床，那間房是可以直接從房間陽台打開到江邊的。想住那個房間的可以提前問下老闆娘還有沒有。 我沒入住前還以為我訂的是那種的！後來問了才知道…

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

The lady boss provided clear video clips and photos of where she will be waiting and the direction for me to meet her at the pick up point outside the train station (prior to my arrival). The one-way pick up service is complementary as per hotel booking. A value added service provided by the hotel and lady boss. Other hotels did not provide such service. The hotel is at the center of the Furong Town main street, which is approx 300-400m from the entrance. It's very convenient to walk to any hotspots in Furong Town. The room is clean and comfortable. It's a modern design room type compared to my friend's other hotel room, which is a local antique design. The view from the room balcony was great especially at night, although it's not a waterfall view. My overall stay was great and satisfied.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Free drop off at the Furongzhen railway station. Good location, step out of the hotel straight to a row of shops/restaurants. Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

Location: Really nice hostel, located close to Wanming Pagoda. Around 10-15 mins walk from bus stop (A2). Room: Clean and cozy chinese style. Really ❤︎ Service: Great. I cannot find the hostel so a woman from hostel found me and took me to the hostel. She also gave me a map and recommended me the route to travel in whole Fenghuang ancient town. More info: I travelled to Fenghuang ancient town via tourist bus (A2) from Fenghuanggucheng railway station with 26' luggage. I can walk from bus stop to hostel.

We had a big room with a very big bed. The bathroom was big with a self-flushing toilet and toilet seat warmer! One wall of the room was just glass so we had a good view out, over some old roofs and windows, and a far view of lovely builidings on a hill. We had a long and narrow balcony with a view of the river, pagoda and bridges. Right below was the bustling street scene near the Hong Qiaio (Rainbow Bridge). The balcony has a couple of hanging bubble seats and even a small table and chairs. Just perfect for viewing the amazing night scenery and people-watch. (Based on an earlier review, we knew the noise stopped at 11.30pm so we had good nights' sleep). We were very comfortable and happy with our room. It was just a short walk from the shops outside the Ancient Town, so we could enjoy both sides of Feng Huang. The entrance to the hostel is hidden behind a costume rental shop, so it's a little tricky to find. The hostel also has a water dispenser for filling up water bottles. All I can say is the location is just the best for watching the comings and goings in the streets, with easy access for walking along the riverside, pagoda, bridges, viewing the performances on the river...yet near enough to pop into our comfy room to recharge.

The owner/proprietor is TOPs! Accommodation is excellent. Location is excellent...near to all conveniences and eateries. Getting there our taxi driver was lost and he offered to come out to guide us to his homestay. Overall a 5star performance
