The room was very well-sufficient, the room was very divided and functional, clean and comfortable, and everything was very nice.The food was very tasty, the adults and the children had a lot of fun. I could just adjust a little recreation, but in general it was all fine, sure we'll be back, and the care was also good.

The trip was long after 7 hours of travel, so I expected good accommodation to rest, but the room was not in the condition I expected, a very strong musty smell, I even had to sleep without the sheets provided due to the smell, I had a problem with the air conditioning which was dripping water and in the morning I woke up with it making a noise as if it had exploded, I also had a problem with the TV that didn't work, in relation to the bathroom the shower didn't come out properly as if it had been blocked and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. This was my first impression on the first day, but after a conversation with the team, they resolved all these problems and I was able to make the most of the hotel, with lots of food available and the desserts were amazing, the pool was very clean and great for swimming, I just felt comfortable I had to test the jacuzzi, but there were only 2 for all of the hotels and it was always busy, but overall it was a good experience and I would like to suggest that the rooms are better looked after before guests arrive.

The hotel is wonderful, with me good, comfortable beds, activities for children, everything very clean and organized. My only problem was that they wanted to charge me beyond what I had already paid, arguing that my accommodation was less than what was described in my voucher. They reported that the information sent by the trip would be from Junior chalet with different specifications. After a lot of question I didn't pay the value and led our entry, but I could not have access to the voucher in going by the trip to them.

O local foi reformado e conta com uma linda decoração rústica/moderna que eu adorei.

The room is beautiful, the facilities are comprehensive (some furniture is slightly old), facing the sea, although the sound of the waves is a bit loud at night. The hotel provides luggage storage service before and after check-in, and you can also order food in the room. In addition, the breakfast is also very rich.

Cheguei num quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro era horrível, a água não tinha pressão nenhuma e saía pouquíssima água. Passei 2 dias pedindo pra resolverem e só no terceiro dia me ofereceram um outro quarto que tinha um chuveiro funcional, mas também não era grande coisa, sem pressão mas tava melhor que o anterior. Acho que é um problema do hotel. Outro problema foi a falta de um estacionamento, entendo que eles não possuem espaço, pelo que eu soube havia uma estacionamento e transformaram em quartos, algo assim… Tem um Pão de Açúcar do lado com um estacionamento que podia ter um convênio com o hotel pra gente não estacionar em qualquer lugar… Tirando isso, todo o restante foi muito bom, o café tava impecável, as áreas de convivência são bem bonitas e aconchegantes, e o pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, com o destaque do Matheus que foi o rapaz que não ficou jogando o problema pra “amanhã”, ele resolveu na hora.

Schöne Lage, toller Ort. Leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobilar war doch sehr marode. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich aber ein wenig arbeitsscheu. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich nebenan buchen.

Second time at this hotel and as good as the first. However I placed in a family room which was fine but outside for most of the evening had kids running past shouting but of course that got quieter as the night went in

AAlex.NascimentoTudo maravilhoso, hotel limpo, novo, moderno, quarto com Led branca, secador. Piscina grande com hidro ao lado, ótimo café da manhã, bem servido, fit com opções veg. Perto da praia, não tem a melhor localização visando os arredores para baixo linha dragas do mar, mas bem tranquilo de andar em direção a praia. Recepção ótima, amigáveis, limpeza impecável, hotel lindo.

Zimmer gross und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Strand vorm Hotel ist allerdings nicht sehr schön.
Wir sind deshalb mit Uber an den Praia do futuro wo es schönere Straende gibt. An der Beira Mar gibt es eine schönere Uferpromenade und mehr Möglichkeit abends auszugehen.

LLucas SimasSimplesmente agradabilíssimo... nível de atendimento. Limpeza do quarto sem nada a reclamar. Vista do quarto muito agradável. Camas muito confortáveis. Banheiro com muita comodidade e itens de higiene. Espaço físico com excelente custo benefício. Passamos a festa da virada de ano em super lotação. Ainda assim atendimento e limpeza impecáveis. Excelente escolha em qualquer época do ano acredito.
