Amazing service, great stay, breakfast could be better!

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Everything exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and luxurious. A place well worth visiting again, without a location. Abdulrahman

الفندق جميل جدا وان شاء الله انهم يستمرون على نفس هذه الجودة بالسنوات المقبلة كما اود ان اشكر الموظفة لجين بشكل خاص والموظفين الشباب كلهم والعمال الاجانب ايضا ماقصروا كلهم من بشاشة وجه وحسن استقبال وتعامل. سوف اعيد الحجز ان شاء الله في الايام القادمة.

位置還可以，門口就是地鐵，樓下有小超市和小飯店，對面是一個大醫院，前面是一個四星級酒店，中國旅遊團住那裡比較多。房間挺大，就是設備設施有些老舊，還可以接受，有微波爐，冰箱。

The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

The service is getting bad year after year Internet is very bad Rooms are clean and spacious But the services are not worth the value paid Very expensive

جميل للغاية ملاحظة بسيطة دورات المياة الميول فيها ماهو مضبوط المويا ماينزل ع فتحتات التصريف علطول لازم بالمساحة فقط اما الباقي للامانة جميل جداً.

الفندق جيد ونظيف ولكن الازعاج من السيارات والاسعافات والدوريات والبواري ، النوافذ غير مدبله

I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.
