Hotel 3-Star di Uusimaa, Finland

Free shuttle bus to/from the airport. Breakfast starts at 5am which is very convenient to those who takes early morning fligjts..Room is quite small and pillow is too soft.

Good value art deco hotel for a three night stay. Exceptional breakfast. Not very helpful pre advice about location. So… If you are coming from Helsinki port (eg ferry from Tallinn), get the tram 7T to Kaisaniemenpuisto. Then a short walk to the hotel. Tap and pay at the ticket machine for €3.20 one way, zone AB. From Helsinki airport, get the train to Helsinki main train station, 33 mins, tap and go, zone ABC. To get there walk down the road for 7 to 10 mins; contemplate some cobbled streets when wheeling luggage, but not an issue.  NB Helsinki Kampii is the main BUS/COACH terminal that you may use to go to Porvoo for a wonderful daytrip; a bit more of a walk from the Arthur Hotel ( use Google maps). Not to be confused with the Art Deco train station. All are walkable.  Finally, a visit to Suomenlinna (zone AB tap & go) is recommended along with Senate Square/the Cathedral & the Russian Cathedral. Great restaurant for Finnish food and beer under €7 is Ravintola Kolme Kruunua. Lovely shops at the harbour stalls & Craft Corner. Take a walk down the Esplanade.

I've choosen this hotel for few times. I was satisfied, so for this trip I stayed same hotel again. But i was not happy with the service at all. I left one book to the room, and tried to contact someone in hotel nicely for help, then I got reply immediately sorry room cleaner said nothing found, can not help. They didn't even try to find. I know it might droped to the gap between wall and bed. Or simplely droped under the bed. But just refuse to look up again, reply coldly. Well this kind of service destroyed all good memories, i am thinking not coming back anymore.

It is a self check-in hotel that provides no front-desk services. It would have been a perfect practice if you preferred contactless and prompt check-in procedures (most of the process can be done days before online). Unfortunately, I actually needed the luggage storage service which is not provided by the hotel. Fortunately, there is a restaurant nearby which offers this service (but need to pay for it and the drop-off/pick up time is restricted to it’s opening hours). I would recommend this hotel if you are a backpacker instead of a traveller who carries many luggages like me :’(

Had a nice stay at Noli. Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Local to all central Helsinki entertainments and convenient for rail station. We used the bike storage and also took advantage of the luggage storage upon check out. Would happily stay again and would recommend.

Rauhallinen sijainti ,hyvät yhteydet ulkoilu maastoon ja luontoon, Nuuksion kansallispuistoon. Rauhalliset mukavat ja tilavat huoneet .Iso plussa allas-osastosta ja saunasta. Infoa voisi olla esillä hieman enemmän Hotellin palveluista heti saavuttaessa, respa oli hyvin kiireinen ,koska vain yksi henkilö työskenteli siinä vaikka oli ihan vilkas lauantai , teki turhan montaa hommaa , oli baarissa myyjänä plus respassa ja illallisella auttamassa ja kokous tilojakin taisi siivoilla siinä samalla. Opasteet hotellin pihapiirissä jotkut hieman jo uusimista vailla ja Hotelli alueen kartta voisi olla myös ulkona esillä. Lisäksi helpottaisi respan kiirettä jos aulassa olisi esimerkiksi kahvi sekä juoma automaatti. Nyt kahvia esim sai vain rajoitettuun aikaan , tai sitten vastaavasti huoneissa voisi olla vedenkeittimet. Ulkomaalaiset (joita hotellissa oli paljon )esim tottuneet usein juomaan teetä ja vedenkeitin hotelli huoneessa vakio varuste. Aamiainen ihan perus , sillit ja pieni makea jälkiruoka puuttuivat.

Kaikinpuolin mukava kokemus. Henkilökunta oli miellyttävä ja iloinen. Tilat kokeneet jo vähän ajan patinaa, mutta viihtyisään tyyliin. Aamupala riittävä päivän aloitukseen. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen. Vilkas Iso-Robertinkatu palveluineen vieressä.
