Hotel 3-Star di Adjara, Georgia

We chose this apartment because we needed a two-bedroom option. The renovation is dated, the room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all (hair on the floor, toothpaste caps), and there was no water. Parking and the pool are paid separately. The location isn't ideal either; we thought it was close to the sea, but it's dirty and lacks amenities.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

Great value for money. The sea view is truly fantastic. Location is great. A bit difficult for car parking. The room is nice but basic and minimalistic. Very convenient online check-in, the key was waiting for us in the locker next to the room door when we arrived. At night can be a bit loud, every noise in the corridor can be heard through the zero-soundproof door, and also all the noise in the nearby rooms and balconies. Otherwise, highly recommend for a couple of nights stay, for longer stays I would opt for something more premium (at least with daily cleaning and soundproof).

Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close. Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

The room was good and clean. The hotel is located in the new city center, close to shops, cafes, currency exchange offices, and the beach. The room had a stove, so we could cook dinner. Although there was no pot or pan, you could ask for them at the reception. On the upside, there was water, coffee, tea, and sugar (portioned for the number of guests), and both the internet and air conditioning worked perfectly. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking! As for the downsides: when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a long time to check in (not enough managers at reception), and also wait a long time for the elevator.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
