This is he second time I stayed at this hotel and was pleased.
Pro:
Location, 24 hours operated lobby, esthetic facade, big rooms, beautiful terrace, rich tasty breakfast, welcoming host (cheers Riso)
Cons:
In cold winter the room and bathroom central heating is not sufficient. You need to use AC heating al the time. The bathroom stays cold.

We had little difficulty to find location as the picture we saw while booking was Restaurant photo opposite to location..But Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and amenities were good sea view was good overall Good value for money.We would like to stay more when we visit Batumi again in future.

Отель расположен не далеко от набережной. Рядом есть продовольственный магазин и различные кафе. Номера отеля очень небольшие. Если переночевать одну-две ночи, то нормально. Персонал общается на русском. В номере вполне чисто и уютно. Постельное белье достаточно свежее.

Отель не новый, но всё чисто и аккуратно. Расположен далековато от главных мест развлечений и ресторанов. В отеле есть ресторан на крыше и проводится дегустация напитко в подвальном помещении каждый день в 19:00. Если отель рассматривать только для переночевать и дальше на прогулки и развлечения, то цена соответствует качеству.

Очень красивый интерьер внутри. Чисто. Удобное расположение. В номере есть все необходимое. Завтраки восхитительные, очень разнообразно и вкусно! Персонал отличный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый!!!

Добрый день! Впечатления о пребывании только хорошие. Зарегистрировали быстро. Апартаменты- отличные: все, что нужно для проживания есть: хорошая кровать, утюг, кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, фен. Вид из окна на море , город и немного видны горы . Хозяйка на связи . Но я ее не беспокоила . Все было нормально. Была не в сезон ( конец апреля - начало мая ) - лифты ходили отлично. Ждала не долго . Отличная локация . Все рядом: море , город, рестораны , набережная . Есть круглосуточный магазин в отеле , если что -то срочное . Рекомендую эту студию .

KKostyaFillВ целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал.
В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит

GGuest UserThis was a truly wonderful stay that I would recommend to everyone. The hotel's location is great; you can reach the heart of the city in just a few steps. All the hotel staff, from reception to room service, were incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, offering a magnificent city view. Many thanks to Ms. Irina and all the staff who were very attentive and helpful to us during breakfast, making this a beautiful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building.
However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.
