This is he second time I stayed at this hotel and was pleased.
Pro:
Location, 24 hours operated lobby, esthetic facade, big rooms, beautiful terrace, rich tasty breakfast, welcoming host (cheers Riso)
Cons:
In cold winter the room and bathroom central heating is not sufficient. You need to use AC heating al the time. The bathroom stays cold.

При заселении не нашли бронь, сказали что это частные апартаменты и звонить по указанному номеру телефона в броне. Хорошо там сразу ответили и удивились, что на ресепшене так сказали. Заселили раньше на 2 часа, за что отдельное спасибо, была очень уставшая после перелёта. Номер чистый, просторный, удобная кровать, есть немного посуды и чайник, кофе чай в пакетиках, фен. Из окна был неплохой вид. За 5 дней убрать номер пришли один раз. Спуститься на лифте вниз-это тот ещё квест🤣 Всё время набит битком, хотя их 6 штук. В общем не плохо, но очень много народу

We had little difficulty to find location as the picture we saw while booking was Restaurant photo opposite to location..But Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and amenities were good sea view was good overall Good value for money.We would like to stay more when we visit Batumi again in future.

Жили в отеле 2 ночи. В семейном двухкомнатном номере. Сам номер небольшой, но удобный, все есть. 2 балкончика.

Отель не новый, но всё чисто и аккуратно. Расположен далековато от главных мест развлечений и ресторанов. В отеле есть ресторан на крыше и проводится дегустация напитко в подвальном помещении каждый день в 19:00. Если отель рассматривать только для переночевать и дальше на прогулки и развлечения, то цена соответствует качеству.

説是酒店，理解為民宿會好一些，把自己家改造成幾家客房。
酒店位置比較好，挨着雕像和歐洲廣場，周邊非常多的特產商店，去哪兒都方便。
辦理入住很快，護照掃描一下即可，是鑰匙開門，不是房卡開門，房間裏基礎配套，一次性用品，和小冰箱都有，還有一個小陽台，可以看看風景。
300元這個價位在巴統這個旅遊城市不算貴，有暖氣沒開，空調都已經開好了，就挺熱的，入住了就脱了。床也偏軟，我也喜歡軟床。
如果下次來還可以考慮這家酒店。

Добрый день! Впечатления о пребывании только хорошие. Зарегистрировали быстро. Апартаменты- отличные: все, что нужно для проживания есть: хорошая кровать, утюг, кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, фен. Вид из окна на море , город и немного видны горы . Хозяйка на связи . Но я ее не беспокоила . Все было нормально. Была не в сезон ( конец апреля - начало мая ) - лифты ходили отлично. Ждала не долго . Отличная локация . Все рядом: море , город, рестораны , набережная . Есть круглосуточный магазин в отеле , если что -то срочное . Рекомендую эту студию .

MMarinaaa_009I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

KKostyaFillВ целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал.
В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит

TTati_13When checking in, they didn't find a reservation, they said that these were private apartments and to call the phone number indicated in the reservation. Well, they answered right away and were surprised that the reception said so. They checked us in 2 hours early, for which special thanks, I was very tired after the flight. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable, there are some dishes and a kettle, coffee, tea in bags, a hairdryer. There was a nice view from the window. In 5 days, they came to clean the room once. Going down on the elevator is a quest 🤣 It is always packed, although there are 6 of them. In general, not bad, but there are a lot of people

We stayed for three nights, 3 adults and a child, a suite for five (1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, a sofa that can be unfolded, a cot and a cradle-bed; and 5 windows 🔥, but also wardrobes, chairs, a table, a TV, a refrigerator - everything as it should be!
Thank you to the hotel for the gift provided for my anniversary: flowers and a bottle of champagne, it was very nice! ☺️
Breakfasts are good! There is even an individual approach (to the child), which is very important for little eaters.. I liked the hotel 🏨, the staff is wonderful!

GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building.
However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

GGuest UserThe apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.
