Hotel 3-Star di Adjara, Georgia

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Orbi Hotel in Batumi. The location is excellent — right by the sea and close to the boulevard, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for the price, and the sea views from the upper floors are genuinely impressive. However, there are some downsides worth mentioning. The hotel gets very busy, and it shows: there were always queues at the elevators, especially in the morning and evening, which got frustrating after a few days. Parking is another major issue — there is essentially nowhere to park near the hotel, so if you’re arriving by car, be prepared to spend time looking for a spot or paying for a nearby lot. If you’re travelling light and don’t mind the crowds, Orbi is a reasonable choice for the price and location. Just manage your expectations regarding elevators and parking.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

I was checked into a new building, D2, on the 47th floor. At first, I was a bit worried, but once I saw the view from the window, all my doubts disappeared. It was simply magnificent, overlooking all of Batumi and the sea. The room was small but cozy, and the balcony was spacious. The room had a sink, a small fridge, an electric kettle, and cutlery. There's no washing machine or stove, but I didn't really need them anyway. They came to clean once during my 9-day stay. The elevators are very fast. I never had to wait long downstairs, 3-4 minutes at most. And because the floor is so high, the elevator almost always arrived empty when going down, which was very convenient. It's very close to the sea, and there are many shops and cafes nearby.

The hotel is on the 16th floor of one of the Orbi buildings. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and cleaning was done daily. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, but it's a 40-minute walk to the seaport. I loved everything, and I highly recommend it.

Everything was exactly as pictured, and the sea was just a stone's throw away. I stayed on the 47th floor; the elevator stops at every floor like a bus, but there wasn't a huge queue as there are many elevators, so the slightly longer ride wasn't really a problem. The room was very clean and even had bathrobes. The only downside was that the fridge was unplugged when I checked in, it was dirty inside and smelled absolutely horrible, so it was disgusting to use. I just avoided opening it again. The reception always seemed busy, but it wasn't crucial for me to address the fridge issue, so I didn't bother spending time on it. Otherwise, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it for its value for money!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

I want to express my huge gratitude! The place is quiet, cozy, and located in a residential area. The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming, which is really important. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all necessary amenities were provided. Plus, it was super affordable! I'll only be staying here from now on. Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
