I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

Hotel was clean and well located close to the bus terminals. Food was good and the breakfast was filling. My waiter Dodo was awesome.

An amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Strategic location on the side of the road, cool atmosphere.. spacious room but lack of cleanliness because i found lizard shit,, The other twin bed has been shaking, afraid to fall when I sleep,, there is an extra bed but no pillows & blankets,, the bathroom is spacious but the mirror has a lot of stains so it's a bit scary 😅 Breakfast choices are few and tasteless, even the menu is gone, I waited for 1 hour without a visit to refill,, extra breakfast 75k so it feels expensive 😟

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

However, since many of the facilities are fully digital, there can occasionally be issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which may cause the door lock system to malfunction and not open properly. Staying at Bogorienze City Resort was one of the most enjoyable experiences this long weekend. The price was affordable, the room was clean, and the staff service was friendly and excellent. The breakfast and welcome snacks tasted great. The only downside was that only one of the three lifts was working, leading to long queues at certain times. However, I would definitely like to stay at Bogorienze City Resort again someday, and hopefully, improvements will have been made by then. Thank you.
