Hotel 3-Star di West Sumatra, Indonesia

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Hotel berdekatan masjid raya...dan sempat singgah makan satay manangkabau berdekatan hotel.

Untuk kamar type family fasilitasnya ok banget, lokasi nyaman, aman. Untuk type kamar superior jam dinding nya mati, sama lubang pembuagan air kamar mandinya kurang lancar jadi air nya sempat tergenang. Untuk keseluruhannya ok punya mantap

Tempatnya selesa, dekat dengan pantai dan akses ke pelbagai tempat lepak di Kota Padang, sangat disyorkan, terutamanya kerana terdapat kolam renang di atas bumbung, sangat sejuk

Overall is ok , the room looks abit old but overall is clean , breakfast area is nice

The location is excellent very close to the beach, just right in front of the hotel. The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel..What I loved most was the pillow..it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at.. Just one criticism Trip.com should double-check with the hotel in the future about the actual check-in time at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. That said, the Trip.com staff were very helpful in handling the confusion

Padang ialah sebuah bandar pantai di Pantai Barat Sumatera. Hotel ini bersih dan menganggap hampir 1 bangunan tertinggi di Padang. Dengan Pemandangan Hebat dari Atas Bumbung Hotel yang boleh melihat Keseluruhan Padang. Terdapat kolam kecil untuk anda bersenam dan berendam. Selain itu, tiada gim. Sarapan pagi biasa tidak dapat dilupakan. Katil berkembar kecil tetapi selesa. Bilik air adalah seperti kapsul Abit kecil untuk saya. Kakitangan Hotel ramah.

Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience. The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.

Agak kecewa, Booking 2 room di app trip tapi begitu check in customer service info bahwa room yg dibooking kosong dan menawarkan room yg lain dgn tambahan biaya 100rb, kami bisa saja menolak tp krn sudah malam dgn berat hati kami setuju. Gusthousenya baru jd masih bersih tp fasilitas blm lengkap spt TV.
