Location is just a 5-min drive from SM. Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy. There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be okay? Our minor complaint was the beer bucket promo of 599 which includes a bar chow. The kitchen was closed when we came and there is no more bar chow, not even peanuts but the price remains the same and the staff was inflexible for us to redeem it the next day.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.
Lotus Blu Hotel

My recent stay at the Lotus Blu Hotel left me thoroughly disappointed. The absence of essential amenities, including a gym and a pool, was a significant drawback. Furthermore, the quality of breakfast was subpar and did not meet expectations. Considering the price I paid, the value for money was far from fair. Adding to my dissatisfaction, the hotel did not accommodate a late check-out without additional charges, despite ongoing construction on the second floor. It was disappointing that the hotel did not make any effort to offer a free late check-out or provide compensation for the disturbance caused by the construction. Moreover, as a guest who frequently stays out early and returns very late at night due to business commitments, I had hoped for a more understanding and accommodating approach from the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Taking into account the lack of amenities, unsatisfactory breakfast, unfair pricing, inflexibility with late check-outs, and the hotel's failure to cater to my specific needs, I have decided that I will not be returning to the Lotus Blu Hotel in the future.

This is a no frills hotel that gives you value for what you pay for, but what makes it shine and excel beyond its competitors is the quality of service. I was assisted by Junna to change our room after we discovered stains and a shoe print on the covers. Junna went the extra mile and personally inspected the new room we were to be assigned before giving us the new key card. That level of dedication to hygiene and guest comfort by a front office staff member is very rare nowadays. When we went to the cafe that evening for coffee and desserts, we enjoyed marvelous service from Joseph and Lito. They were very warm, and anticipated our every need. Again, that is something that makes this hotel shine. For breakfast, again, we enjoyed great service from Jonathan. There is only one downside. The breakfast area assigned to us was a tiny, humid and warm veranda. The interior designer didn't think to put fans or insect screens in that outdoor area. Jonathan brought in the staff fan from their own area just to try to keep us cool in the tropical heat. Staff initiative is really there, but space planning was lacking. Luckily we had breakfast and checked out early because that veranda would not be a great place to be at when all the other guests show up for breakfast. Their team really made our stay memorable. I hope management has a good talent retention programme because good hotels are a dime a dozen in that region and top service is their only real USP.

Hôtel récent construit à côté du centre commercial Robinson. Lobby splendide et accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel Les procédures de check in et Check out se sont déroulées très facilement Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et proposent une belle vue dégagée Le restaurant possède une carte variée et de bons plats faits maison Concernant les points négatifs à améliorer : - problèmes de service au restaurant (plats qui arrivent froid ou tiède) - présence des quelques fourmis au petit déjeuner sur les condiments - petite piscine agréable mais non surveillée (présence de nombreux enfants qui crient perturbant la tranquillité du lieu) - travaux dans la chambre du dessous à 7h du matin, pas digne pour un hôtel de cette qualité - hotel légèrement excentré Malgré ces défauts relevés, l’hôtel reste probablement un des meilleurs de la ville et j’y retournerais avec plaisir

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.

Pros: 1. Location is the best if you want to be near all the shopping malls and easy access to food. 2. The price is reasonable. 3. Don't expect too much for the price you pay. 4. The cleaning of the room is by request. That is why they don't have the do not disturb door signs. Cons: 1. If there is a choice between a junior suite (rm. 4) and an executive suite (rm. 5 and 6) and the price is right, go for the executive suite because it is bigger. 2. I saw a small live cockroach in the bathroom (rm.4) 3. The rainfall and hand held shower heads have molds (rm. 4) 4. The bidet water head also has some mold (rm. 4) 5. The junior suite (Rm. 4) is really small for a queen bed which takes over the whole room. No place to put your luggage. 6. I first booked a junior suite for the first 3 nights and 4 nights were booked on the executive suite. They were not able to give me the executive suite to some mix-up in their booking. I had to have a discussion with the manager (I think she's the owner too) Ms. Elaine to see what they will do about it. At first I was promised she'll fix it but on the day of my move to the executive suite they want me to just stay on the junior suite. After some back and forth with Ms. Elain and a bit of minor arguing they just gave me a 10% discount on the remainder of my stay, Even though that ruined my expectations to have a bigger room, I don't want to be unfair.

The stay was good. The service was terrific. Shout out to Jovy who was very accomodating and very helpful. She went above and beyond in making our stay very memorable, as well as the other staff. Another noteworthy employee was the female who was at the parking at wee hours checking and assisting guests and also serving breakfast with Jovy. One thing that we did not like though was while local guests were served pineapple during breakfast, foreign guests were served mangoes with generous servings. This is not a deal breaker but we were quite envious as we also wanted mangoes.
