Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

A nice hotel! We were looking for a hotel to stay and were able to book this last minute. Check-in was possible after 1 am as well. The staff was very kind and the stay was pleasant as well. Although it was on Times Square it was not noisy at all which made the stay pleasant as well! Overall we had a great stay.

The location is great, right outside of subway. It’s aged hotel as the room wallpaper has some tears. It’s enough for 2 persons in my view. Good for people don’t have high expectations and looking for convenience.It’s very safe, door locks, door latch is available in every single room. You need to use keycard to take guest lift.

I stayed with my girlfriend, and the accommodation was so good. It was neat, spacious, and had a good view.

The room was really good, perfect fit for 2 people and medium luggage. Proper amenities inside the room including coffee machine. The bathroom quite big and well separated wet and dry area. The location is 20-100 m to all subway lines, very convenience for visit most attractions.

We had a good stay. Good size room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very good location.

I got the bunk bed room and it was nice. The sheets weren’t cleaned because I found random hair in the blankets. Only good to stay for one or two nights that’s it.

Awesome hotel with great staff… what a combo! Had a pleasant stay here. There are 24/7 of self serve hot drinks, a decent spread of breakfast buffet which you can have it on the go if you are rushing out and a nice mini shop at the lobby if you are craving late night snacks or ice creams.

The Ramada Hotel is conveniently situated in Flushing Chinatown and is a very close walking distance to many good restaurants and malls. It is about a 5 minutes walk to the Main Street LIRR that takes you to Manhattan. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is also free breakfast included. It consists of simple Western and Chinese breakfast. It is my first time staying here and I would definitely stay here again!

Все прошло отлично Бронирование было через Букинг с полной предоплатой По заселении взяли депозит - вернули его через 10 минут после чек аута Номер отеля огромный, что очень удобно, если вы приезжаете на пару недель и иногда хотите хорошо провести время в номере , отдохнув от городской суеты. Большой телевизор, может и старенький, но качество картинки хорошее — мы смотрели кино через hdmi провод с ноутбука (провод всегда возим с собой) Оставить чемодан без заселения стоит 10$ в сутки, мы оставляли за 2 дня до заселения, что оказалось дешевле чем сервисы хранения, поскольку к нас было вечернее заселения и сервисы бы посчитали трое суток. В номерах все супер - помимо большого пространства самого номера, отмечу еще просторную душевую кабину с лейкой для душа (что важно туристам из Европы и СНГ), наличие гардеробной комнаты и сейфа. В номерах не хватило стаканов, но мы попросили на ресепшн и нам выдали одноразовую посуду - стаканчики и ложки. Вайфай работает отлично! Персонал был мил и отзывчив В номере было прохладно- кондиционер не давал тепло, а наоборот от него шел холодный воздух (хотя он был выключен), но мы это пофиксили тем, что поставили обогреватель прямо у него и он нагревал воздух, делаю температуру в комнате комфортной! Обогреватель уже был в номере. Расположение отеля - тоже отличное, это тихий район, при этом в нескольких минут Гранд Терминал, а в шаговой доступности все ключевые достопримечательности Мидтауна. Из отеля удобно добираться до всех мест, недалеко также остановка Ferry, откуда можно доплыть и до районов Бруклина и до Wall Street Определенно вернемся сюда еще, особенно если не будет повышения цен

The facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

這個酒店的性價比超出我的想象。在Bufflo機場臨時過夜的最佳選擇。飛機晚點，晚上11點多取完行李出來打電話給酒店，shuttle bus幾分鐘就到了。標準的美式早餐方便又好吃，房間乾淨整潔。必須推薦！ 這次美東20天行程裏的第一個小酒店超出我的想象，在物價飛漲的今天能有這個性價比好開心！

Hotel stay was excellent room was clean and nice to have complimentary coffee 24/7

I would not suggest Hilton garden inn for cleanliness. This hotel has great food and the nicest people I met for a long time. But they never came to clean the room for 9 days!

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

The suite was fantastic So spacious and well equipped ‘The Elephant Lady’ on the front desk is absolutely lovely and was so helpful and kind She made an amazing stay for us Thank you :) The free train to downtown just next to the hotel is really useful 👌🏽

My stay was excellent, and I appreciate that the hotel allowed me to retrieve an item I had left in the room, which was impeccably clean.

Easy check in and check out. Front desk personal were great. Had a parcel delivered to the hotel and front desk had my parcel.

Selesa dan bersih, perkhidmatannya bagus dan kakitangan yang membantu mempunyai masalah kecil tetapi dia dapat bersenam dengan mudah.

Kakitangan sangat profesional dan sopan. Biliknya bersih tetapi permaidani tidak sedap. Dindingnya nipis kertas, Anda boleh mendengar jiran anda pergi ke bilik mandi (secara harfiah). Berjalan di lorong, anda dapat mendengar perbualan orang dari bilik mereka. Makanan restorannya enak tetapi mereka tutup sangat awal. Terdapat sedikit kawasan kemudahan di mana anda boleh membeli air, soda dan makanan ringan.

Last minute pick, location is good to where I had to be the next day. Breakfast is very good and gym is ok, you can get your workout done. The room has its age to it, but you can definitely get a decent sleep, very friendly front desk. I will definitely stay there next time if it's the choice...

房間很寬敞，有冷氣，和絕大多數美國酒店一樣，沒拖鞋、牙刷和牙膏，要提前自備。但是有毛巾。酒店服務很周到，前台和housekeeping都給了很多支持。是來石溪大學居住的首先。

Excellent experience

房間衞生和環境可以的，就是沒有瓶裝水供應，你要到前台傍邊的自動櫃裏去買，沒有咖啡和餐廳送房服務，衹能評個三星賓館的標準。

The hotel was clean, although there was a dance competition and it was noisy with young girls.

連鎖酒店，服務過硬！是度假村，規模很大，大堂陽光屋頂，感覺不錯。但是距離鬧市區有一段距離，幽靜。

值得入住遊覽，非常好的體驗。我們到的晚，酒店工作人員已經把加床準備好了而且說我們到的太晚了不收取加床費了。整個城堡非常有特色，是Taylor swift MV取景地，還可以用晚餐和酒吧。最好早點到，可以入住前多拍拍照。
