Great!! The staffs are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even greet me with my national language (Indonesian). There are a lot of young people here, so if you’re young and looking to make friends on your trip this is the perfect place. The location is also perfect, it’s close to the touristic places. They have quite a good amount of breakfast selection. I think it’s definitely a great value for money ⭐️

This is a lower budget airport hotel option but they pleasantly surprised me with good things. Having stayed at 10 previous hotels on this trip, this was hands down the most comfortable linen and bed. Really comfortable. Convenient to the airport naturally but be aware if your flight leaves outside their shuttle times, you have to find your own way. I was able to walk but if it rains, or is dark and you have luggage, you would struggle. The breakfast was exceptional for someone with diet restrictions. There is good signage, the staff were well informed to help me with non-dairy milk. I was super impressed (photo attached). I stayed in a city hotel later in the month in Geneva and I was yearning to come back to this hotel, so that says something. Well done Ibis. This will make me consider Ibis all around the world now.

That’s my favorite hotel in this trip in Geneva and there is very beautiful places and cleaning everywhere. I book a room with double beds for my friend and me. It’s very comfortable and cozy. Staffs are very nice and they welcome you yo Switzerland and introduce more places for us👍

I spent 3 nights here with my adult daughter. We chose it because it is close to the station and was within our budget. The room was very clean and it was quiet. My daughter found the bed too hard - though it was fine for me. It is very basic and I was disappointed - management could do more - we only had one small pillow each, only one chair, no cereal bowls, no tea towel or washing up liquid, no sharp knife, not even a bottle opener or cork screw. Considering there is a fridge, microwave and kitchen sink I would have expected more utensils. We asked for extra pillows on the second night and they were delivered to our room quite quickly. Checking in was fine and I can’t fault the service. The room looked out onto the back of the Novotel and some run down flats. Not a pretty sight. If you are out all day and just want somewhere to sleep it is adequate.

The hotel is nice and located in a quiet suburb of Geneva. The room was small but well appointed and breakfast was great! The only thing that the hotel needs a major improvement with is the cleaning of bathrooms. We stayed for three days and the bathroom was never properly cleaned. I would not stay at this hotel again on account of this.

This small family-owned hotel is centrally located bang in the middle of the cosy old - town of Geneva. We booked a quad room and were given a spacious cosy appartment-style accommodation equipped with kitchenette if one needs to prepare or warm-up food and beverages. This hotel didn't offer breakfast but there is Coop within close proximity on the other side of the road where all necessities can be acquired. We did hear a bit of noise but not overly disturbing. There is aircon and TV offering multiple channels in the rooms. The bedding is of good quality and the decor provide a sense of homely feeling. The staff at reception were helpful and Ludovic was the friendliest one. I was told that the Swiss are generally cold people but I believe that they are protective of their own comfort. Coming from Australia, we fully understand mutual respect and like to get things done right the first time, these are our common quality traits. Therefore, one is expected to look after the amenities like their own and appreciation is the key-word. The only downside which we are not use to is people smoking under covered area at the building entrance. I am sure that this small inconvenience can be addressed with the building management.

If you're looking for a very centrally located accommodation in Geneva, and you basically just expect a good bed and a bathroom, this is a splendid choice! It's practically at the start of the seaside boulevard walk; in the opposite direction you will find the Pointe de la Jonction, hangout for swimming I'm the Rhine for young people. Third direction, old town and cultural district, fourth a short walk to the station. Great site, I bet it will soon be developed to become more posh. The room (no 12) and bathroom were small but clean, had a view towards the lake and was not too noisy. It did the job! Comfy bed! Even a fridge! No AC, but a fan helped me through a hot summer night. Friendly staff. Don't expect breakfast or any other extras, this is a simple place, but provides good value for money in an otherwise expensive city! (One pic is from Bessa, the recommended breakfast place s few blocks away - just simple continental bfst for 6fr, but fair enough.)

Sincerely, try to avoid this hotel. Impossible to sleep if you have a room streetside. The Tramway stop is just below...so, during summer, without airco, you need to open the window and then, you hear the tramways stopping every 5 min , people waiting for the tram who are laughing, talking,... The tramway transport stop at 2pm and starts at 6-7 am...you won't sleep much. Additionally, people from the hotel do not make you feel like you were at home...rather the contrary...really not friendly. Just one example among others : there's a restaurant with plenty of free table...coming back from our visit trip to Geneva, we just wanted to have a drink inside where lots of table were available ...the answer : no, not possible...you do not even get an explanation. Furthermore, there is no parking facilities at the hotel and people from the hotel do not help you to find a solution, so be prepared to pay an expensive car park or an expensive parking fee as every little parking square meter is chargeable in Carouge. Conclusion : flee this hotel, do not book it!

Stayed here one night while my wife conducted business. Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel located in Plainpalais area. Booked a room with a bath/toilet in the room. Had a balcony and extremely comfortable bed. Owner/receptionist was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. She speaks perfect English. Follow up contact after the reservation was made were prompt.. Breakfast is included. Nice little variety of breads, yogurt, cheese, ham, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. Other extra perks that come with the room are free public transportion tickets, free WiFi and a parking discount if you drive and have a car parked at the nearby Plaine Palais Parking garge. Over night cost 15CHF. Located next to the University so plenty of cheap eats nearby. Several nicer restaurants to choose from also. We ate at Le Potugais. A supermarket at COOP CITY Is less than a five minute walk. Post Office is right around the corner. If you like Flea Markets there is a huge one on Saturdays and Wednesday across the street at the park. Hotel and area met all of my needs and I would stay here again. Thanks!!
