Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

My stay was wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious and well-lit—the space was so generous I almost didn’t know what to do with it! I especially loved the beautiful view from the balcony, which made the experience even more memorable. Everything felt very comfortable throughout my stay, and the cleanliness of the room was consistently well maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was easy to find, which made traveling there very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

the room is very clean and spacious. there is TV, sofa, and small dining table, microwave, and washing machine. The apartment is in a very strategic location and very conveniences to get transportation, food and shopping. from Railway Station (MRT) alight at Zumiao exit B access to Biden City Mall. Apartment is located same building to Biden City Mall as well. across the road got another Tiandi Mall. There's variety of food and affordable prices. Inside the Boden supermarket, they sell bread after 8:30 PM. There's a promotion for 4 for RMB16 is very good deal. attraction place such zumiao temple 5 mins walk from apartment including Tiamdi recreation place for tourist, fine dining restaurant includng night market as well. Highly recommend stay in the Roomme Apartment. Definitely I will come back again.

Value for money. As there is no metro in HZ, lcation wise for the hotel is not bad, very near to bus stop, 10min walk to one end of westlake, 20min to 水东街. Hotel room is very clean and quiet to sleep in, the water pressure for the shower is amazingly strong that it has 2 level.

I preferred it because of its score, but I was disappointed when I saw it. It's not a very bad hotel, but I don’t think it deserves this score. A reasonable hotel. Noisy air conditioner Noisy wc ventilation Noisy bed springs Bad lighting Since the shower and toilet are in the same cabin, the toilet is constantly wet and slippery. They combined two separate beds and made a big bed Cigarette smoke and smell come from the shower ventilation The inside of the room looks old The staff is too interested and cheerful

Pros Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfy. Location is good close to lots of shops and restaurants 10 minute walk to a subway. Less than 10 minute taxi drive to Shenzzhen Bei station great if you have an early train. Room looked like photos. Price of the room was reasonable. Cons There was an unpleasant smell in the room possibly from smoke You might have to wait a while for the lift when on a higher floor. The door didn’t offer much soundproofing so you could hear people in the corridor talking from time to time at night.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall quality of the room. However, there was construction and painting work taking place on the 17th floor during my stay, which was quite disruptive. In particular, the noise on Saturday was inconvenient as I had an important business call. The most frustrating part was on Sunday morning, when the work and loud conversations started around 7:00 AM, making it difficult to rest and relax. As a Swiss student currently studying in Hong Kong, this was my first visit, so the experience was a little disappointing for me personally. Nevertheless, aside from this issue, I would still highly recommend the hotel because of its excellent location and overall quality.

The location is convenient and easily accessible, with many amenities nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping team was especially kind and always willing to assist me. I lost my phone charger cable, and they even found one for me to borrow. Everyone was warm and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place. 😊
