The store gave a washing machine, a room without a washing machine, all told by WeChat in advance. During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang The North Station also takes 19 minutes. Special thanks, we left in the morning to catch the high-speed rail. The child's headset fell in the room, and the store quickly found it for us and helped me express it home. Traveling to Zhanjiang in winter is a good place!

I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. The location is super convenient! You can walk to the Provincial Museum, Huacheng Square Fountain, Liede subway station, and more. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with new and complete amenities. The service was also proactive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

While the room is aged and not an exact match for the photographs provided, services are freely provided (via WeChat contact and requests). The location is ideal for access to Beijing Walking Street, restaurants and malls. Additional days were easily obtained, again via WeChat request. The washer and dryer facilities were invaluable! I think, without a dryer nothing would dry as it is a very humid environment. A/c made the room comfortable. River view is… ok; we had a comfortable stay and I would use this place again. I do feel it is priced above what it actually offered, but it was comfortable, roomy and all my requests were met in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend it, with this understanding.

Five-star review! The property looks exactly like the pictures, it was sparkling clean and tidy throughout, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. All the appliances were fully equipped and worked great. The host was patient and communicative, provided clear check-in instructions, and was very responsive to any questions. Very dirty place. The common area for the ladies was full of trash, tables dirty and the bathroom dirty. The beds were hard, matresses very thin and for a tall person above 1.72m it is not advisable. They also have shelves at the head of the beds so if you are talles you will slam your head in those. The balcony was full of dirt and people's clothes. It was very hard to find and the front gate was locked and had to spend good amount of time with the security guards until they understood that I have a reservation. Basically these are big apartment buildings so some rooms will be in complex B, others complex C. The receptionist were kind but very disorganized. People in the common area were super unfriendly and actually rude. All in all, I don't recommend this place.

Last year, when I started my new job in Guangdong, my family and I took a detour to Guangzhou. My father booked this hotel, and I remember the service being quite good. This year, I came to Guangzhou alone for a concert and booked this hotel again. It's been renovated a lot, both inside and out. Check-in was much faster than at the B&Bs I used to stay at; they proactively communicated with me to check in as soon as a clean room was available. The room was also completely renovated with no strange odors. When I checked in, both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie reminded me that the floor had just been mopped and to be careful not to slip, which I really appreciated from the hotel staff. The hotel is also close to Beijing Road subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. If I have the chance to come to Guangzhou again, I'll definitely stay here! 😋👍
