MMelike KarlıAs described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank you🎀

NnidriksVilla Kadriorg is a budget friendly hostel/hotel that is on a direct bus route to the old town. If not for major upgrade works to the tram network then I believe it would also be on the tram line.
I found my room comfy enough, if a little warm. It was a very warm few days in Tallinn though. Sadly, my room was right above a bar playing music until past 10pm. If you needed an early night to catch transport then that might be a problem.
There's free WiFi and a small shared kitchen. The shared showers were a little grubby, but I suspect that is to be expected. There was also a bit of noise from some of the younger guests after 10.
Sounds like I had a miserable stay but that is not so. Just be aware that the price will attract youngsters.
I'd say that Villa Kadriorg is good value for money and a fine place to rest a weary head after a long day walking around beautiful Tallinn.

MMin Hein HtikeThis hotel is very affordable and the floor and bed sheets are very clean and tidy. The hotel looks very high standard despite its cheap prices. It is also quite close to tourist attractions.

EEricLuiI came to run Tallinn Marathon, here is the perfect location in old town, close to marathon start/finish area, attractions, supermarket, shopping mall, bus stop to airport, everything.
Also good value in price, recommend !

Close to the ferry terminal (10 min walk, google mal 30 mins is wrong)

GGuest UserSelf check-in was easy, the apartment was modern and very clean, the host had put sheets on the couch for me in advance when I informed them about needing the couch for sleeping. The host also sent us very nicely made instructions for check-in and check-out.

XXiaochenhaThe clerk will speak Russian and English. The hotel is located about 100  meters from the old town hall. Very close. There are also light rail and buses at the door that are very convenient to go directly to major shopping malls and airports. It is a hotel in the ancient city. I like it very much. I will stay here next time I go back to Tallinn.

GGuest User塔林的夏天應該有不少芬蘭人過來吧，酒店價格上到天上了，定了這家性價比較高的酒店，塔林也不大，打車也方便。入住那天有個小插曲，説附近有化學品泄露，臨時安置在體育館一段時間。
